Essentials for Early Career Leaders w/ Alyssa Kropp19 Oct 202300:27:08

About Alyssa

Hi there, I'm Alyssa.

I know a lot of moms start by saying they're moms but really, that's my favorite title. So I'll start there.

I love people and have a passion for their stories and development. I don't get stressed by a lot. I truly believe everything is working in my favor and trust in God's greater plan for my life.

My professional background is 15+ years in sales, 10+ years in sales leadership. I've been on large teams like Viacom, small startups and everything in between.

In 2019, I started to toy with the idea of leadership coaching. I had always lead engaged, overperforming teams and wanted to replicate my secret sauce to other leaders. In 2022, I got the push to get my coaching certification and have been working with leaders ever since.

I mention my ability to stay calm in times if stress because I believe this is what distinguishes great leaders. The ability to stay clam, to reframe stressful events, to understand your reaction is all work I do with leaders in my 1:1 coaching. Knowing how important this is, I created a resource exclusively for the Toxic Leadership Audience which can be found here: https://view.flodesk.com/pages/64e667398ae79e9ed264b418

Mastering Confrontation with Danielle Gibson19 Apr 202300:29:00

Danielle Gibson is a Confrontation Expert and High-Performance Coach. Her definition of confrontation is “to get out of your own way so you can deal directly with someone or something you’ve been avoiding out of fear, " which is the biggest thing holding you back.

Not being confrontational keeps you small, holds you back and often causes the demise of relationships, personally and professionally. Being confrontational can also prevent the conflict most people are scared will come from confrontation.

Danielle partners with Founders, Entrepreneurs and Execs who are stuck in a mundane, unrewarding cycle to help break them free. She helps them in areas like Difficult Conversations, Being more Assertive/Direct, Speaking up, Saying NO, Boundary setting (helps prevent burnout,) money conversations (asking for more,) Public Speaking /

Connecting better during presentations,) and much more. In doing so, she helps her clients get what they want, not just what they think they can get, so they can move toward a truly authentic life they can live on their terms!
