Elisa Caro is a sacred sexuality practitioner. She works in the subtle realms and also on the more physical planes, weaving tantra and somatic practices. Elisa is a sensual goddess who guides others to activate their most sacred and intimate parts of their being.

In this podcast with Freya Vajra we dive into juicy and edgy topics around pleasure, trauma, and somatic body work. 

Both Freya and Natalia coming from a mental health background with roots in psychology and trauma-informed practice. We spoke about the many paths to healing, the complex relationship with our body, mental health and emotions. Bringing in the current models and structures that are available to us as we start to notice the merging of modalities, teachings and practices- the marriage of science and spirituality.
