mardi 4 novembre 2025 • Durée 39:17
If you've ever stalled your launch, delayed a visibility push, or side-eyed your Canva grid wondering "does any of this even matter?" — this one's for you.
In this juicy episode, I spill the tea on all things branding, from logo panic to website shame to that "don't look at my Instagram" energy — and the real reasons we resist showing up.
You'll hear:
-
The messy (and totally relatable) truth behind Kirsty's own branding journey
-
Why your message matters more than your visuals — and how to nail it first
-
3 free things you can do right now to make your brand more cohesive
-
When it's actually time to invest in photos, logos, or websites
-
What truly makes a brand trustworthy, bingeable, and buyable
This episode is part pep talk, part practical strategy — and a must-listen if you're ready to get visible without wasting time (or thousands of pounds) on things that don't convert.

How To Conduct Your End Of Year Business Reflections
Épisode 122
jeudi 30 décembre 2021 • Durée 32:38
At the start of every year, we decide on our resolutions, but a few days later, they've mostly faded from our minds, and we are still doing the same things we had been the year before.
This is why instead of relying on well intentioned resolutions, I like looking back at the year that's just ended and making precise notes on what worked and what didn't, and how I can leverage both to make the next year even better!
In this episode of The Wellness Entrepreneur Podcast, you must join me, as I reflect back on my 2021 and set a fresh path for my business in 2022.
I will guide you through this end of the year business reflection, so you can come out with a deep, objective appreciation for your own strength, creativity, and success, and feel ready to take on the next year.
Here are the five questions we explore within todays episode:
- What resistance did you face this year and how did it help you evolve?
- What positive impact did you have on others this year?
- What are you leaving, keeping, and inviting in?
- What were your greatest 2021 wins?
- What is your seed intention for 2022?
2021 was the year I had the least launches in my business, and yet, it was also the year when I had the most clients. It was a year when I focused on building my community on Instagram and inside my membership, but it was also the year I potentially tempered my voice because there were times I was afraid to seem "too much".
This end of year reflection has allowed me to embrace my own strengths and achievements, and I hope it does the same for you!

2022 Health And Wellness Business Trends
Épisode 121
jeudi 23 décembre 2021 • Durée 39:15
The wellness world has been embraced widely in the last two years, as (finally!) more people have felt the need to holistically care for themselves and those around them.
As a result our clients and potential clients are better informed and more ready and willing then ever to invest in themselves.
Even the corporate world has understood the importance of providing access to wellness for their employees.
We've seen our industry shift online out of necessity but so many are now reaping the rewards of this as we're reaching people we never expected to before.
All of this means that the wellness industry has changed in a way none of us could have predicted pre apocalypse. And as we start a new year, it's important we understand how to adapt to these shifts and serve our customers in a way that helps them best.
So, in this episode of The Wellness Entrepreneur Podcast, I bring you the top 10 trends that will inform our wellness business decisions in 2022.
Some of these trends cover:
- why a shallow social media presence will no longer satisfy potential clients
- why you need to develop a business model that builds long term relationships
- how being transparent with your values will attract clients who're looking for aligned partnerships
- the importance of creating a wellness journey that empowers customers
- why you must be ready to be vulnerable and ask your clients how you can improve their experience
Possibly the most important shift in mindset that happened over the last year was the business world recognising that leaders and entrepreneurs need to put their wellness first.
So, while you're taking a deep look at your business and optimising it to provide the best client journey possible, remember to look after yourself and prioritise your own wellness in the process.
Catch the full episode here and DM me your thoughts about these trends. Have you spotted any that I've missed? How will you be integrating these into your business in 2022?

Finding Your Voice In Wellness With Carelle Rose
Épisode 120
jeudi 16 décembre 2021 • Durée 55:30
There is more than one path to a successful life.
You may have had a dream career in mind that never came to be, but there's a good chance that your journey towards that dream has put you on a path to an even better life.
As entrepreneurs we are constantly comparing and judging our success against an ideal target. But as wellness entrepreneurs, we must remember that success must be balanced with authenticity and wellbeing.
In today's episode of The Wellness Entrepreneur Podcast, I speak to Collective Member of the Month, Carelle Rose, a Gua Sha therapist, Face Yoga instructor, and Reflexologist.
I wanted to know about her journey as an aspiring singer, her struggles with severe allergies, and how Wellness entered her life as a salve and ultimately became her true calling.
We chat about:
- her battle with years of treatment and the anxiety it caused
- how Reflexology helped her feel in control while she weaned herself off medication
- the wholistic solutions that empowered her to take care of herself
- the shift from patient to practitioner
- balancing her family life and business
- starting a new venture to help female entrepreneurs with the mental load they carry every day
Carelle had fought hard to live a normal life and pursue a career in music while her body threw her new challenges daily, but eventually, her patience and trust in the process made things easier. She met her husband, created the family of her dreams, and started a successful business in the Wellness Industry.
Her struggles as an aspiring singer were ultimately leading her to a life where she could be her authentic self.

The Only Piece Of Content You WILL EVER Need To Grow Your Business
Épisode 119
jeudi 9 décembre 2021 • Durée 35:07
Every social media platform demands complete devotion to its content production.
If you're an entrepreneur building a business, you don't have hours to pour into creating content for multiple platforms every day.
But there's one way to get around this problem.
It's the solution that helps me be present in all social platforms I want to dominate and increases the searchability of my business on Google.
It's the main pillar of my digital presence - my core content.
In this episode of The Wellness Entrepreneur Podcast, I talk about how to zero in on core content for your business. How to figure out what fits, and what criteria you should keep in mind. But most importantly, I want to talk about how establishing my core content freed me from the social media rat race.
As we covered in the previous episode, this podcast is my main content. The one thing that helps me boost my presence throughout the net.
In today's discussion, I explain:
- how I define core content
- how to choose the perfect core content for you and your audience
- why it builds trust and community with your audience
- how it relieves the pressure to constantly post on socials
- how batching can allow you create patterns in your content over time
- the technique I use to generate fresh ideas for my podcast
I even lay out my exact method to repurpose one piece of core content into over 6 additional forms of content without any extra work!
Once you find your own core content, remember this one advice. Devote your energies into being regular at producing just this one thing. Don't be distracted by the shiny algorithms of other platforms. Over months of effort, you will find that your core content has done more for your business, than short lived fame on any one social media app can ever do.
Listen to the full episode and come talk to me in my DMs. Which platform will you build your core content on?

How To Build An Audience Without Social Media
Épisode 118
jeudi 2 décembre 2021 • Durée 20:34
Does every small business owner have to be on social media now?
What if you're someone who doesn't want to spend a large chunk of your day creating content for socials?
What if you would rather spend that time focusing on your clients and doing the work you love?
Let me tell you something about how I started my business. It was by distributing fliers (remember those) and building a community of audience the old fashioned way.
Today I'm on social media because I enjoy it, but I am always very aware that I don't own these platforms.
If Instagram shuts down tomorrow, it's goodbye to all my 10k+ followers!
So every week, I spend a little time focusing on my core content and the main pillars of my online presence off social media.
In this episode of The Wellness Entrepreneur Podcast, I tell you exactly what those pillars are and how you can utilize them to build an audience without ever stepping foot on a social media platform.
Some of the things I get into are:
- how building a website with good SEO helps draw in clients who are searching for you
- the massive impact an active blog can have on your site's traffic
- how you can build you core content
- how repurposing content can be a wonderful way to save time and double your reach
- the unbeatable advantage of an email list
While everyone around you gets on the social media bandwagon, it's the perfect time for you to focus on all the ways you can make your content immortal on other channels' search using my strategies!
Listen to the full episode to understand why I never worry about the impact of social media on my business, and how you can build your brand without a single social media account.

Making Time Management Work For You With Sade Jones
Épisode 117
jeudi 25 novembre 2021 • Durée 45:28
Do you ever look at the mountain of tasks piling up and feel like you'll never catch up?
"I'm terrible with time!" This is something many entrepreneurs tell themselves while juggling work, life, and a brand new business they're trying hard to grow.
When we have poor time management - the busier we get, the more we hope to accomplish yet the more chaotic our life.
Sound familiar?
This is why I invited Sade Jones to come and talk to us on The Wellness Entrepreneur Podcast.
Sade is a time management coach, and in her extensive experience working with ambitious clients building their dream businesses, she has found that we always have time to do the work that really needs to get done.
After holding a brilliant masterclass for The Collective, Sade joined me on the podcast to talk about:
- how she had to work on her vulnerability to learn how to share on social media
- why poor time management results in exhaustion and emotional turmoil
- how "being bad with time" is an identity you have to shed
- the great gift of creating boundaries with clients
- how structure helps us be more creative
Sade's time management formula for entrepreneurs hinges on three core pillars! One of them is learning how to create and manage your weekly calendar.
Listen to the full episode here and incorporate her simple methodology into your daily life.
It's time to stop blaming yourself for the work that doesn't get done.
Let's build a realistic and kind system that allows you to rest and prioritize the tasks that will help you take your business forward!

How To Build A Stellar Team With Zero Budget
Épisode 116
jeudi 18 novembre 2021 • Durée 20:33
Entrepreneurs on social media talk about their teams all the time. It's clearly a support system that helps these businesses thrive.
You see these posts and videos, and wonder how nice it would be to have a team like that.
But you're not at that place yet. Or maybe you don't really want an actual team of people to manage.
So how can you get the real benefits of having a team dedicated to your work without hiring employees or spending a single penny?
Let me tell you how in this episode of The Wellness Entrepreneur Podcast. This is a tool I first used when I was in that stage of my business, and it has helped me work through ideas, be more confident, dispel self-doubt, and remind myself of the value of my services.
The main thing a team brings to the table is a diversity of perspectives and strengths. So, its true usefulness comes from the team members understanding your values and aligning with your vision.
It's as simple (and cost effective) as reaching for people you look up to and having them fill up a boardroom you can access on tap.
And the best bit is:
- These people don't have the limiting beliefs that sometimes hold you back
- They have already won the battles that you're fighting now
- The more you call on them, the more you become like them
- They wholeheartedly believe in your vision and mission and, most importantly, your ability to deliver
Ready to build the team of your dreams? Catch the full episode to find out how I tap into the strengths of my own team members and get the boost I need, exactly when I need it.
Once you've created your own team, come and tell me who they are in my DMs.
