I recently saw a post by Steven Bartlett in regards to the power of Gratitude and it honestly stopped me in my tracks and made me want to waffle about it!

We have a tendency to lean into the negatives so much that we often miss out on the positives, this episode is probably a bit preachy but I hope it helps anyone who's feeling a bit down at the moment, sometimes focussing on what we do have rather than what we don't can really change your mindset!
