Matcha-do About Nothing
Juice 1 Lime
1 oz Simple Syrup
Matcha powder to taste (try starting with 1/2 tsp)
1 oz Yuzu juice
Soda water
Combine lime, simple syrup, matcha and whisk. Add to glass with ice. Add yuzu juice and top with soda water. Enjoy!
