When life gives you lemons, what do you do with them? Over here at The Squeeze—we talk about it—"it" being our mental health and well being. Host Taylor Lautner's (no, not that guy, but she is married to that guy) introduction to mental health was at a young age, witnessing friends and family suffer in ways she couldn't fully understand. She started a nursing career in the peak of the pandemic and has been struggling with her own mental health ever since. Tay is joined co-host, husband Taylor Lautner, in addition to celebrity and expert guests to further the conversation surrounding mental wellness. At the end of the day, we're all pretty similar; even those living in the lime-est of lights can be weighed down by sour lemons. In addition to sharing coping strategies and stories, we hope that above all, this podcast offers the comfort of knowing you are not alone.

In this week's episode, Tay sits down with Zak and Olivia June Williams, the couple behind mental wellness brand Pym, in a special episode closing out Suicide Awareness Month! Zak bravely opens up about losing his father Robin Williams to suicide and his journey through grief, PTSD, substance use, and recovery. He reflects on the unique experience of grieving a loved one so publicly, sharing that while the world lost Robin Williams, he lost his dad, and how that affected his ability to grieve privately and has shaped the way he parents his own children. Olivia also bravely shares her own grief journey after losing her sister to suicide, opens up about living with ADHD since her teens, and how discovering amino acid supplementation helped regulate her mood, which ultimately inspired the two of them to spend two years working with food scientists to create Pym together. Olivia shares how she has shown up for Zak through his grief without trying to solve it, and the two get candid about their individual therapy and healing journeys, how they know when the other needs support, and what communication looks like in their relationship. They also get into what it looks like to build something together when both people come into a relationship carrying their own histories of grief, loss, and mental health challenges without expecting the other person to heal you.

Hannah also talks through how she balances her social media presence, how she decides what to post and what to keep private, getting off her phone, and even her phone jail rule during dinners. Carlacia Grant: Brave Enough To Surrender
Épisode 145
mercredi 9 septembre 2026 • Durée 49:54
In this week's episode, Tay sits down with actress Carlacia Grant! Carlacia opens up about her feelings wrapping Netflix’s Outer Banks and the emotional letdown that came with it, what she's excited for fans to see in the final season, and what her character Cleo has taught her over the years. She shares what she's most proud of from being part of the show, including what it has meant to her playing such a prominent role and to be a role model for other young Black women. Carlacia gets candid about how she's kept her mental and emotional routines intact as her life has become bigger and busier, what she does to unwind and take care of herself, and where her resilience comes from. She also reflects on what it means to surrender in this season of life, including learning to let go of control. Carlacia bravely opens up about experiencing a significant loss that ultimately led her to therapy, how that experience changed the way she approaches taking care of herself, and the biggest thing she's taken away from the process. She also shares advice for anyone scared to start therapy, her journaling techniques, the signs her body gives her when it's time to slow down, and one tool from her own toolkit that listeners can incorporate into their own lives.

Angourie Rice and Spike Fearn: The Idea of Love
Épisode 143
mercredi 26 août 2026 • Durée 51:57
In this week's episode, Tay sits down with actors Angourie Rice and Spike Fearn to talk about their new film Finding Emily! They give an inside look at the movie, which follows Owen searching for a woman he barely knows while Emily approaches love from a much more analytical perspective, and share whether they personally lean more toward their characters or the opposite when it comes to romance. Angourie talks about how fun it was to play a character so different from who she is in real life, and Spike opens up about what it was like portraying Owen's unusually soft, sincere, and emotionally open version of masculinity onscreen. They also get into some of the deeper questions the film raises, including whether we are sometimes more attached to our idea of a person than to who they actually are, whether social media makes it easier to genuinely know someone or just gives us more material to build an imagined version of them, and whether love is created by one magical moment or by spending meaningful time together. They also get personal, sharing what rest and self care look like for each of them and how they navigate the emotional letdown that can come after wrapping a film.
Watch Finding Emily in theaters beginning August 28th, 2026!

Kameron N. Saunders: Redefining the Mold
Épisode 140
mercredi 5 août 2026 • Durée 01:02:45
In this week's episode, Tay sits down with dancer and choreographer Kameron N. Saunders! Kameron opens up about what it's like working in an industry where your body is both your instrument and something constantly being evaluated, including his relationship with body image in a dance world where his body type may not fit the "typical" mold and the advice he'd give to anyone struggling with insecurities of their own. Kameron talks about his first tour, what it looks like to prioritize mental health on the road as a dancer, and what it was like joining The Eras Tour with Taylor Swift. He gets into what those first few shows felt like with thousands of people in the audience, the pressure that came with it, and how performing for a crowd never once felt like work. He also shares when he started therapy and what made him take that step, as well as his relationship with social media. Kameron wraps up by reflecting on what he wants this next chapter to reveal about him, what he hopes people remember about him beyond the performances and choreography, and what he's most proud of in himself!
