Sharon Eden: Awakening the Wild Elder Within and Redefining Midlife29 Oct 202500:20:05

What if midlife isn’t the beginning of decline, but the sacred invitation to become more fully, wildly you?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Sharon Eden, Spiritual Psychotherapist Coach and founder of The Wild Elder.

Sharon helps ambitious midlife women who find themselves thinking, “I didn’t sign up for this,” to reclaim their spark, rediscover their purpose, and design a life they truly love.

With over forty years of professional experience blending psychotherapy, coaching, and intuitive wisdom, Sharon’s approach is both grounded and mystical - a powerful healing blend that draws on ancient traditions, deep psychological insight, and the client’s own inner wisdom.

Sharon’s story began with her own awakening, catalysed by the passing of her mother, which set her on a profound journey of healing and transformation.

Today, she guides women through what she calls the “rite of passage” of midlife ...helping them reconnect with their wild soul, step into authenticity, and live with renewed vitality and aliveness.

We explore:

The “I didn’t sign up for this” awakening - the moment midlife women realise that something’s missing and begin seeking a more meaningful, soul-led path

How Sharon’s unique integration of psychotherapy, coaching, and psychic wisdom supports deep emotional and spiritual transformation, helping clients access their own inner guidance

What it means to reclaim your wild soul - releasing old conditioning and rediscovering the freedom, sensuality, and truth that may have been buried under years of “shoulds”

Why midlife isn’t a crisis but a sacred initiation but an opportunity to step into a richer, more authentic expression of self and live as the “delicious wild elder” you were always meant to be

This episode is for any woman navigating midlife who feels restless, numb, or uncertain about what’s next... and who’s ready to reconnect with her power, aliveness, and joy.

Victoria Duarte: Creating Your Own Toolbox for Regulation and Safety28 Oct 202500:20:36

What if the reason nothing is working isn't because you haven't found the right strategy, but because you haven't felt safe enough to implement it?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Victoria Duarte, Co-Founder of Healing Arts Center in Virginia and a trauma-informed somatic and mindfulness coach with over 15 years of experience.

Victoria works with clients including active duty military, veterans, and their families through the Navy SEAL Foundation, helping them build personalized toolboxes for regulation rather than searching for the perfect formula that doesn't exist.

What makes her centre's work unique is its belief that healing requires creativity, and she integrates writing, movement, artwork, and tactile practices to help clients reconnect with safety in their bodies.

What we covered:

➤ Why you can't strategize when your body is screaming threat - what happens when clients come to Victoria after years of therapy but still have no tools to use when they're home, upset, angry, or frustrated

➤ Victoria's unforgettable grocery store story - the moment during the pandemic shutdown when she chose to do EFT tapping in a crowded aisle, and what happened next when she picked up her daughter from school that revealed everything about why self-regulation matters

➤ The Navy SEAL who brought his guitar to work - what Victoria asked this client with anger management issues to do that he thought was crazy, how it proved her point, and why she tells everyone to stop delaying comfort

➤ Why your trauma won't match someone else's formula - how Victoria builds personalized toolboxes using everything from writing poems and singing songs to tactile objects and movement, and what she's discovered about creativity unlocking parts of ourselves other methods can't reach

➤ The real reason people stay stuck in dysregulation - what Victoria sees happening when someone excitedly tells her about a change they want to make but their body language tells a completely different story, and how she uses creativity to create a sense of safety first

This episode is for anyone who's tried everything and nothing is working, who keeps watching themselves get more upset, or who realizes they're always waiting for the perfect moment to comfort themselves...and for those ready to stop delaying and start building their own personalized tools for safety and regulation.

Lindsay O'Donnell: When Marketing Strategy Meets Shadow Work13 Oct 202500:13:05

What if the marketing strategies keeping you busy are actually keeping you stuck?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Lindsay O'Donnell - Intuitive Marketing Coach who helps entrepreneurs uncover hidden blocks, trust their inner guidance, and build brands that feel both authentic and unstoppable.

With a background in leading marketing agencies and campaigns across North America, she now blends strategy with soul to create transformations that last.

Lindsay opens up about running her marketing agency for eight years, how she discovered her gift for doing intuitive readings on the side, and why she trained as an intuitive coach to understand the shadow work and subconscious patterns that block business growth.

We explore:

➤ How subconscious blocks and shadow patterns manifest as business problems - and why looking at the invisible blocks clients can't see themselves changes everything

➤ The powerful example of a throat chakra block showing up in a client's brand, communication, and vendor relationships - and how healing the source opened doors

➤ The shift from masculine hustle culture to feminine energy - why exhausted entrepreneurs are finally ready to rest, receive, and work from intuition instead of force

If you've done all the "right" marketing things but still feel frustrated with your results, this conversation reveals the invisible patterns that strategy alone can't solve.

What if the key to lasting change wasn’t another diet or plan… but understanding the emotional triggers underneath?

In this episode, I’m joined by Body & Life Coach Courtney Gray, who shares the real reason so many women struggle with emotional eating, habit change, and body confidence ... and how she helps them feel empowered from the inside out.

Courtney blends habit science, mindset work, and emotional awareness to help her clients not just lose weight, but actually feel good in their bodies again.

Dale Darley: Writing the Book That Sets You Free08 Oct 202500:14:55

What if writing your book wasn’t about trying to sound clever or professional - but about finally telling the truth?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by writer and book coach Dale Darley, whose powerful personal journey and deep wisdom guide women to stop betraying themselves and write from a place of healing, truth, and wholeness.

We explore how writing a book can become a sacred act of self-restoration...an invitation to come home to the part of you that never left, no matter how long you’ve ignored her.

Dale shares:

  • Why writing your story - even the raw, difficult parts - can be a catalyst for healing

  • How to listen to your body and inner voice to guide your message

  • Why your book doesn’t have to be polished or perfect to be powerful

  • The common ways women betray themselves (and how to stop)

  • How Dale approaches the process of supporting her clients to write transformational books that lead to movements, not just manuscripts

If you’ve ever felt the tug to write your story but doubted whether it’s worth telling, or whether you’re ready to tell it, this conversation is your permission slip.

Richard Waldman: A Better Way of Thinking for a Quieter Mind and a More Present Life07 Oct 202500:19:37

What if changing how you think could change everything?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I speak with life coach and thought leader Richard Waldman, whose grounded and practical approach helps people quiet the noisy, judgmental voice in their heads so they can return to clarity, confidence, and present-moment power.

Drawing from decades of personal exploration and coaching experience, Richard shares how he created his signature Order to Life framework, a simple but powerful process to shift from reactivity to response, and from mental chaos to clarity.

We talk about:
✨ The role of the inner critic and how it distorts reality
✨ Why “thinking about thinking” can be the first step to peace
✨ How self-awareness changes your relationship with fear, doubt, and frustration
✨ The power of micro-moments to disrupt automatic patterns and create choice
✨ And how Richard’s clients learn to take control of their focus and energy, without needing to “fix” themselves

This episode is a powerful reminder that transformation doesn’t always look loud or dramatic. Sometimes, it starts with a quiet decision to see your thoughts differently.

Whether you coach others or are on your own path of inner leadership, Richard’s work will help you slow down, tune in, and move forward with presence and clarity.

Jade Stoner: What If the "More" You're Chasing Is About Becoming More Yourself?23 Oct 202500:15:13

What if the "more" you're chasing isn't about bigger results, but about becoming more yourself?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Jade Stoner, Spiritual Alchemist and Intuitive Guide, and the founder of Soul Growth - the revolution redefining what it means to live, lead, and succeed with soul.

Known for her calm authority and soul-deep resonance, she leads icons, visionaries and leaders beyond performance into truth, guiding them to build lives and legacies that feel even better than they look.

Jade shares her journey through personal development since 2010, moving through the bro side, masculine hustle culture, mindset work, spirituality, and energy work...only to discover that transformation isn't about choosing one approach over another.

We explore:

Her holistic embodied approach - after years exploring different phases of personal development, she realised it's not just mindset, not just spirituality, not just energy...it's about pulling it all together

The truth about outward success - her clients look successful with social media, income, and career, but inside is a very different story, which is why her work creates lives that feel as good as they look

The real meaning of "more" - most people confuse that inner calling for more with needing to make more money or get a bigger house, when it's actually about becoming more yourself through soul growth and unbecoming everything you're not

Her gift for seeing what others miss - combining her intuitive abilities as a channel with her coaching background to speak real truths in a light way that might trigger for a moment, but are always received by people ready to hear them

This episode is for any entrepreneur who's done all the things - worked with coaches, done the healings, been on the retreats, read the books - but still isn't where they want and need to be.

Caroline Smith-McLean: Transforming Relationships From the Inside Out22 Oct 202500:13:24

What if the most important relationship work you'll ever do has nothing to do with finding the right partner?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Caroline Smith-McLean, Hypnotherapist and Breathwork Facilitator who helps women stop attracting partners who don't see their worth or sabotaging the ones that do.

After her own mental breakdown 13 years ago led her to discover the power of hypnotherapy, Caroline found that traditional talk therapy kept her stuck in patterns rather than releasing them.

Now she combines timeline therapy, hypnotherapy, and breathwork to help women regulate their nervous systems, transform their inner dialogue, and finally feel secure in who they are, not just in theory, but in their day-to-day lives and relationships.

We explore:

Why one client moved countries, changed jobs, and switched partners multiple times yet still found herself in the exact same patterns, and the profound realisation she had about what she was actually taking with her everywhere she went

The real reason a woman on the brink of divorce ended up happier in her marriage than she'd ever been after six sessions focused on something that had nothing to do with her husband, and what actually shifted to create that transformation

What happens when you do all the external glow-up work like losing weight and changing your appearance, but your inner talk is still horrific, and why Caroline sabotaged a healthy, loving relationship even after leaving an unhealthy one

The glasses metaphor that explains why you keep attracting the same type of person and what actually needs to change so you stop gathering evidence for the beliefs that are keeping you stuck in breadcrumb relationships

This episode is for any woman who's done all the external work, changed jobs, moved countries, even changed partners, but still finds herself in the same patterns, ready to stop waiting for a relationship to fix her and finally transform the relationship that matters most.

Hannah Lilly: What If Learning to Like Yourself Is the Key to Everything?21 Oct 202500:16:24

What if the relationship you have with yourself is the foundation your entire life is built on?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Hannah Lilly, Self-Compassion, Joy and Confidence Activator.

Hannah supports women to shift from people-pleasing, self-doubt, and self-criticism to confidence, self-compassion, and excitement about being who they are.

Based in Ireland, Hannah discovered her calling through her own profound transformation. After achieving an external goal she'd wanted since childhood, she realised that achieving the "perfect" body didn't make her feel good at all.

In fact, she sank into depression, anxiety, and eating disorder behaviours, leading to the stark realisation that she absolutely did not like who she was.

From that dark place, Hannah began a journey to figure out how to live differently, creating a six-month experiment using simple mindset tools that transformed her life and became the foundation of her work today.

We explore:

Why self-compassion is foundational because if we're not treating ourselves in a compassionate, loving way like we would a friend, it impacts everything in our lives, from our relationships to our bank balances to our careers

The symbiotic relationship between joy and self-compassion where triggering joy inside ourselves (which lives within us, not externally) makes it easier to start being kinder to ourselves, creating an upward spiral of positive change

Her powerful realisation moment when she achieved her lifelong goal of having a body that looked a certain way and felt the opposite of what she expected, leading to depression and the awareness that everything she was doing to herself, she would never do to a friend

Why healing requires courage and how cultivating a positive relationship with yourself doesn't make life perfect but gives you the strength to go through adversity and difficult healing work as your own cheerleader, ultimately helping you see the joy in all of it

This episode is for any woman who spends more time criticising herself than complimenting herself, who struggles with people-pleasing or caring too much about what others think, or who has done all the external work but still doesn't feel the way she wants to feel.

Terri Ann Russell: When Loss Becomes Your Greatest Teacher - Healing Through Soul Wisdom20 Oct 202500:16:07

What if the key to healing isn't out there, but already within you?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Terri Ann Russell, Healer, Author, and Soul Wisdom Alchemist.

Terri Ann guides her clients to recognise their soul's wisdom and understand that everything begins with us, emphasising that healing is each individual's responsibility.

Her journey into this work began when her daughter was born sick, leading her to discover Reiki. Nine years later, while immersed in her healing practice in Sedona, tragedy struck when she lost her 27-year-old son suddenly from a medical complication.

This profound loss catapulted her spiritual awakening and deepened her commitment to helping others understand that we all have the ability to heal from our limited beliefs, thoughts, and patterns.

We explore:

Her journey into healing work starting with Reiki when her daughter was born sick, which opened the door to her spiritual practice nine years before her son's passing

How beliefs, thoughts, and patterns keep us stuck often stemming not just from this life but from past lives or inherited from our parents and grandparents, and how she helps clients get in tune with their own soul by holding the frequency for them to see their potential

The critical role of nervous system safety because if the body doesn't feel safe, all the mindset work and manifestation practices won't create expansion, and how growing up in trauma-based environments keeps us stuck and hidden within barriers

The importance of balance between spiritual and human recognising that many of us know how to be human and are learning to be spiritual, but haven't learned how to integrate the two, and that our soul didn't just come here to do work and endure pain and suffering, but to enjoy this human life

This episode is for anyone navigating grief, seeking spiritual clarity, or feeling stuck despite doing all the healing work.

It's for those who are hearing, seeing, feeling, and knowing things but don't know how to interpret them, and anyone ready to understand that they hold the wisdom they're seeking.

Laura Sylv: From Invisible to Empowered - Healing Your Relationship With Yourself16 Oct 202500:16:26

What if the invisible girl could become the woman on the global stage?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Laura Sylv - a Holistic Self-Love & Empowerment Coach for Women, NLP Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, and Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator.

Laura shares her powerful journey from feeling invisible and like an outsider to helping women heal their relationship with themselves through self-love and self-compassion.

She also opens up about the dark places she's been and how turning to self-love saved her life, sparking her passion to help other women live life on their own terms rather than through societal conditioning.

We explore:

➤ Why she felt invisible her entire life - always feeling like the outsider, different from her friends, never fitting in with other women, and dealing with an unhealed sister wound that made her feel inferior and anxious in spaces with women

➤ The safe healing space she creates, where women tell her things they've never said out loud in their entire life because of the deep trust and level of safety she provides, helping them truly let go

➤ Why you don't have to be loud to be confident ... and how she helps women unmask, learn who they are at their core, and find their identity in the world that hasn't been placed upon them by societal milestones or conditioning

➤ Her journey from being the shy girl who wanted to shrink and hide to now wanting to be known worldwide, hold retreats in exotic locations, and speak on bigger stages - a powerful testament to her own work

Jen Thomas: Reclaiming Your Emotions As A Leadership Superpower15 Oct 202500:17:31

What if the key to powerful leadership isn't in your head, but in reclaiming your ability to feel?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Jen Thomas - Priestess of Goddess Isis, professional coach and TEDx speaker, an interspecies communicator and certified angel guide with over nine years of experience.

After 20 years in corporate, a burnout in 2015 sparked her awakening, leading her to find healing and belonging through nature. Now, she empowers women to reclaim their autonomy through emotional mastery and self-leadership.

Jen opens up about her journey from corporate marketing through burnout to becoming a digital nomad, being diagnosed with stage two melanoma and leaving her home within 48 hours - the strongest invitation she's ever had to own her fear.

We explore:

➤ Why she helps women feel again - because intuition is largely about feelings and emotions that many have been conditioned to suppress, minimise and apologise for

➤ Her journey of coming home to herself and taking ownership of who she really is without feeling guilty, apologetic or embarrassed

➤ Who her perfect clients are - highly sensitive women on a lifelong journey of suppressing who they really are, not feeling safe to be seen, and dealing with imposter syndrome

➤ Her powerful mantra for resilience and how it switches on your reticular activating system to scan for opportunity

If you've been conditioned to lead from your headspace alone and you're ready to reclaim your emotions as the powerful leadership tool they are, this conversation will resonate deeply.

Denise Mortimer: The Frequency First Approach to Subconscious Transformation14 Oct 202500:17:23

What if the business strategies aren't working because your energy field needs clearing first?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Denise Mortimer - Transformational Business Mentor, Rapid Transformation practitioner, and the visionary behind the Frequency First movement.

Denise helps high-achieving women dissolve subconscious blocks, activate their authority energy, and create quantum leaps in income, impact, and influence.

In this episode, she opens up about teaching business skills to women and discovering that strategy alone wasn't enough, how childhood programming creates the limiting beliefs blocking success, and the moment she realised subconscious clearing had to come first.

We explore:

➤ Why she could no longer justify giving business advice without doing subconscious clearing first - and how discovering the impact of the subconscious mind changed everything

➤ How childhood programming creates limiting beliefs we adopt as truth and carry through life, believing them so strongly we'd defend them in court

➤ Her core belief "I always win" - and the choice between victim or victor at every intersection throughout the day

➤ The Frequency First movement - clearing energy, amplifying frequency, and how her voice activations speak life into people to create results they couldn't imagine

If you've done all the right things but aren't seeing the results you want, this conversation reveals why clearing your field comes before strategy.

Maureen Benkovich: Gray Area Drinking and the Question Most People Are Afraid to Ask23 Apr 202600:19:28

What if the reason you can't seem to cut back on drinking has nothing to do with willpower, weakness, or lack of intention?

I'm joined today by Maureen Benkovich, Alcohol Freedom Coach, author, speaker, and host of the Sober Fit Life podcast. Maureen helps high-achieving, health-conscious women and men break free from the exhausting cycle of detoxing and retoxing.

The people Maureen works with aren't who most of us picture when we think about alcohol support. They're running businesses, raising children, making decisions all day long. They're also waking up at 2 or 3am with a racing heart, frustrated that they promised themselves one glass and drank a bottle again.

They're noticing brain fog, impatience, a creeping sense that something's off, but they're not sure they have "a problem," and they're even less sure what people will think if they start questioning their relationship with alcohol.

That fear of the label, Maureen says, is one of the biggest things holding people back from even exploring the question.

What makes her approach genuinely different is that she doesn't start with willpower. She starts with neuroscience. By the time 5pm arrives and the craving kicks in, most people have been making decisions all day long.

Their brain's willpower reserve is depleted, and the dopamine is already signalling, "do what you always do." It's an automated pattern, not a moral failing. Once clients understand that, something shifts. The shame loosens. The curiosity opens up.

And the real work of building new neural pathways, through breathwork, nutrition, sleep, movement and habit replacement, can actually begin.

In this episode we explore

What gray area drinking actually is, and why it affects far more people than the conversation around alcohol typically acknowledges

Why taking a break isn't enough, and what needs to happen during that time for lasting change to actually take root

The neuroscience of cravings, and how understanding your brain chemistry removes the shame and gives you back a sense of agency

Maureen's own journey, from years of back and forth to building a coaching practice grounded in lived experience and science

The moment everything clicks for clients, and why that first sober wedding, party, or stressful evening often becomes the turning point

This episode is for anyone who's been quietly asking themselves whether their relationship with alcohol is serving them, and hasn't yet known where to start.

Karen Baines: Alignment, Abundance and the Energetic Language of Money22 Apr 202600:26:01

What if the reason money isn't flowing in your business has nothing to do with money at all?

I'm joined today by Karen Baines, Conscious Wealth Mentor® and Founder of The Conscious Wealth Code®, who has spent more than ten years teaching business owners the energetic language of money, wealth, and the universe through alignment.

Karen's definition of alignment is beautifully simple and completely uncompromising: you do you, 100% of the time, 100% unapologetically, 100% from love.

The clients who find Karen are usually already doing a lot of things right. They've tried different strategies, invested in support, got close to what felt like a breakthrough, and yet the money still isn't reflecting the effort. There's a low hum they've become so used to, Karen describes it like tinnitus, always there, especially at 3am, leaking quietly into their finances, their decisions, their energy.

They can't quite name it anymore, but they feel it.

That's the person she works with, and that low hum is exactly where the work begins.

What makes Karen's approach genuinely different is that the money itself is never what she focuses on: how you're spending your time, how you're spending your money, and how you're broadcasting your value through every single choice you make.

Not just with clients, but in every relationship, every conversation, every quiet moment.

She makes a distinction I found really striking: your thoughts and feelings aren't the mechanism of attraction.

They're your navigational system. They exist to help you make conscious, aligned, grounded choices, and those choices are what vibrate at a frequency the universe responds to 😌.

In this episode we explore

Why money is always the last piece of evidence, never the cause, and what's actually happening in the three areas that determine your wealth frequency

The energetic language of money, and how every choice you make, big or small, is broadcasting whether you're available to receive abundance

What alignment actually means in practice, beyond the word that gets thrown around and stripped of meaning everywhere

This episode is for any business owner who's been doing the inner work, running the strategy, and still wondering why the money hasn't caught up yet.

Scarlett Stanhope: Why Abundance Is a Way of Being, Not an Amount in Your Bank Account31 Mar 202600:17:47

What if the thing standing between you and a business that fully supports you isn't your strategy, your offer, or your visibility, but your relationship with money?

I'm joined by Scarlett Stanhope, Abundance Coach, also known as The Biz Hippie, who teaches coaches to conquer their finances and own their worth so they can be fully supported by the work they love.

Scarlett's approach works on two levels at once. The internal work, clearing the deep belief systems and scarcity patterns she calls "scarcity seeds," and the external work, actually seeing, tracking and wielding your money with intention. She's clear that you need both, because one without the other will only get you so far 😊.

What struck me most in this conversation is how Scarlett talks about enoughness. Not as a milestone you reach when the numbers look right, but as something you have to cultivate right now, with whatever you currently have. It's a reframe that changes everything.

In this episode we explore:

Why passion alone doesn't pay the bills, and what shifts when coaches start treating money as a tool rather than a source of stress

The two sides of money transformation, the inner mindset work and the tangible financial skills, and why both are non-negotiable

What "scarcity seeds" are, and how these deep-rooted patterns keep showing up no matter how much money you make

This episode is for any coach or healer who loves their work but feels like money is the one thing still holding them back.

Sue Richards: Why Simplifying Your Business Might Be the Boldest Move You Make30 Mar 202600:17:38

What if the thing keeping you from the business you dreamed of isn't your strategy or your skills, but the sheer weight of everything else you're carrying?

I'm joined by Sue Richards, Life and Business Coach and Mentor, who works with ambitious, self-employed women to help them simplify their lives and businesses so they can thrive in both, without sacrifice, guilt, overwhelm or burnout.

Her approach blends mindset, strategy, and capacity thinking, because as she puts it, we are the heartbeat of our businesses, and you can't separate the human from the work 😊.

In this episode we explore:

Why busy doesn't mean progress, and what's really happening when ambitious women get stuck in the spiral of overwhelm and indecision

The capacity question nobody's asking, and why Sue looks at mental, emotional and energetic capacity, not just your diary

How to know you're that person, and the tell-tale signs that an outside perspective could change everything

Sue's core message to every woman in business, the one thing she'd say from any stage, anywhere

Dr. Bri: What If You Just Haven't Found the Actual Root Yet?26 Mar 202600:16:59

What if the symptoms you've been chasing for years aren't the problem, but a message you haven't learned to interpret yet?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Dr. Bri, Mind-Body Practitioner who helps people break free from chronic stress patterns and the symptoms they create, including anxiety, fatigue, pain, gut issues, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.

She works at the emotional and neurological roots of why the body gets stuck in survival mode, even after trying "all the things."

Dr. Bri's current work came out of her own health journey. Trained as a chiropractor, she was doing everything right and still stuck.

Then she experienced mind-body work with a colleague and had a profound shift within minutes.

She shares what happened next, why she believes the limbic system holds the key, and what one client meant when she said "the residue of this work is on every aspect of my life."

In this episode, we explore:

Why chronic symptoms are different from acute injuries and what that means for finding the root

How the limbic system keeps the body in survival mode and why healing can't happen in that state

What physiologically-based mind-body work actually does that years of mindset work often can't

Why symptoms aren't something to immediately shut off but something to listen to and interpret

Her message of hope for anyone who feels like they've tried everything

Liz Roberta: Soul, Strategy, and Subconscious25 Mar 202600:17:33

What if the success that actually feels good requires knowing your soul first?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Liz Roberta, Intuitive Guide, Business Coach and Hay House Author who helps healers, coaches and wellness entrepreneurs get soul aligned so they can answer their calling and build six-figure businesses from what feels simple and natural.

Liz's journey took her from an economics degree and the JP Morgan graduate scheme to fashion to entrepreneurship, each step driven by a search for something she couldn't quite name.

She shares how scarcity shaped her early career choices, the moment she realised purpose was the missing piece, and the 30,000 words that accumulated on her phone before becoming her Hay House book, Living In Tune.

In this episode, we explore:

The witch wound and fear of visibility and why it kept showing up even when soul and strategy were aligned

Why she's claiming the word "psychic" this year and leaning deeper into her intuitive gifts

Your soul is the way to your success and why leading with soul creates fulfilment alongside impact➤ Her three-part framework: soul, strategy, and subconscious and why all three need to point in the same direction

Lucy Whitemore: Your Internal World Creates Your External Reality24 Mar 202600:18:24

What if you could see every energetic block standing between someone and the life they actually want?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Lucy Whitemore, Source Channel and Energy Transformation Mentor who helps women create a life they love by awakening them to their unique soul path and helping them embody their true sense of self, whether that's meeting their soulmate, stepping into their soul purpose, or creating more freedom.

Lucy comes from a lineage of mediums, five generations on her father's side. But her own gifts came online in a way she never expected.

She shares the 2020 breakup that cracked her open, the meditation where her hands started moving on their own, and the voice note to a friend where light language suddenly started pouring through.

In this episode, we explore:

Why your internal world creates your external reality and what that actually means in practice

The two types of women Lucy attracts and what they have in common underneath

How light language works as energetic transmission and why the logical mind doesn't need to understand it

Why everything that's happened to you happened for you and how to finally see that

This episode is for any woman who feels behind, lost, or disconnected from who she truly is, and is ready to remember.

Beshlie Donaldson: The Fork in the Road I Couldn't See Before23 Mar 202600:15:18

What happens when success stops feeling sustainable and your body starts sending signals you can't ignore?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Beshlie Donaldson, Transformational Coach who works with founders and entrepreneurial female leaders. Beshlie helps women who get to a point where what got them here won't get them there.

Beshlie shares her own pivotal moment during COVID, juggling twin boys, a recruitment business, and the realisation that she had somehow ended up at the bottom of her own family's priority list.

She talks about the fork in the road she couldn't see until coaching opened it up, and why she believes we always have a choice, even when we don't realise it.

In this episode, we explore:

Why clients arrive saying "something's wrong" without knowing identity work is what they need

What "a new way of being" actually means and how all the doing flows from who we become

Why some outcomes look the same on the outside but feel completely different on the inside

The role of the body in signalling that something needs to shift

This episode is for any woman who has built real success but feels something deeper calling.

Morgan Rich: The Inner Work That Changes Men's Lives21 Mar 202600:18:31

What would it look like if the men in your life stopped performing and started actually living?

In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Morgan Rich, Transformational Coach, Author, and Men's Work Leader, devoted to helping people live from soul instead of performance, teaching presence, integrity, and the art of meeting life with courage and love.

Morgan's path into men's work began at 18 when his father died. Rather than numb the grief, he sat in it. And something woke up. A deep knowing that there had to be a different way of moving through life, one rooted in the language of the soul.

When he looked around for men who could speak that language, guides who weren't pushing compliance or academic answers, he couldn't find them. So he became that person for others.

What I found so compelling about this conversation is how Morgan talks about the moment a man knows he's ready for this kind of work. It's rarely a crisis. More often it's a quiet, inconvenient knowing: the conversation you've been avoiding, the risk you haven't taken, the version of yourself that keeps nudging you. He calls building the capacity to meet those moments "training for the unknown."

He also shared a story from one of his men's groups that gave me actual tingles. Something so simple on the surface, and yet so perfectly illustrative of what becomes possible when men are held, not teased, for showing up with their whole hearts 😊.

In this episode, we explore:

How to know if you're ready for this work, and what stress, conflict, or feeling off-course is really pointing to

What transformation looks like in a men's group, and why one young man's courageous moment became a turning point for everyone in it

The journey that brought Morgan here, beginning with loss at 18 and a search for men who spoke the language of the soul

What "training for the unknown" is, and why stepping towards intensity, not away from it, changes everything

This episode is for any man who's sensing there's a deeper way to live, and for anyone who loves one.

Trine Schmidt: Shift Faster Through Energy and the Mind20 Mar 202600:18:41

What if the reason nothing is changing isn't that you're doing something wrong, it's that knowledge without embodiment only gets you so far?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Trine Schmidt, Alignment Coach and Licensed Psychotherapist, who helps women go from the old version of themselves to the new, by integrating mind, body and energy to create lasting identity shifts.

Trine works with women who have done the reading, listened to the podcasts, know they are growing, and still feel stuck. The same relationships, the same self-doubt, the same sense that their inner development hasn't quite translated into their outer life.

Her work sits right in that gap, using a blend of mindset, energy healing and what she calls aligned action to shift things at a level that thinking alone simply can't reach.

What she shares in this conversation stopped me in my tracks. The idea that self-doubt isn't something to push through, it's a part of us asking to be heard.

That when we stop trying to override those parts and start integrating them, that's when the real change begins. Her clients have gone from rocky relationships and lost confidence to unexpected promotions, speaking on stages and a quiet, steady knowing of where to go next 😌.

In this episode, we explore:

Why reading all the books and knowing all the things still leaves you feeling stuck, and what integration actually does differently

How energy healing shifts the nervous system faster than mindset work alone, and why that combination creates results that last

What self-doubt is really telling you, and why nurturing it rather than overriding it is the turning point

The ripple effect of inner work on outer life, from career shifts to deeper relationships to a steadier sense of self

This episode is for any woman who knows she has grown but can't quite understand why her outside world hasn't caught up yet 😊.

Renee Rendall: The Witch Who Helps Women Create a Life They Actually Want19 Mar 202600:16:05

What if the life you actually want is on the other side of giving yourself permission to want it?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Renee Rendall, Spiritual Coach, Tarot Reader and the Witch behind Sagittarian Tarot and Coaching, who helps women embrace radical authenticity, rebellious joy and deep empowerment through tarot and witchcraft.

Renee came to witchcraft in 2018 after hearing a podcast interview with modern witches, published authors and academics, taking something ancient completely seriously. She didn't know she was allowed to want this.

That thought sat with her for nine months before she dove in headfirst, and she hasn't looked back since. What I love about that origin story is how perfectly it mirrors the work she now does for others: giving women permission to stop living by someone else's rulebook and start creating a life that genuinely feels good 😊.

Her approach blends tarot, astrology, human design and ritual coaching to help women understand the gifts they were born with, the ones they've been quietly taught to hide, and the stories they've been telling themselves about what's possible.

The transformation she described from one of her clients stopped me in my tracks. A woman hemmed in by fear, convinced she wasn't datable, who ended up taking spontaneous day trips around Europe and, in doing so, completely changed who she was showing up as.

That's the kind of shift Renee creates, not by chasing the thing you want, but by becoming the person who's already living it.

In this episode, we explore:

What witchcraft really is, and why so many spiritual women are already closer to it than they think

How astrology and human design reveal the gifts you've been taught to hide, and how to finally let them work for you

Why radical authenticity is the actual magic, and how trusting your intuition changes everything from relationships to business

This episode is for any woman who's spiritually curious, quietly craving more freedom, and ready to stop waiting for someone else to tell her she's allowed.

Grace Fogarty: The Networking Myths That Are Keeping You Busy and Broke18 Mar 202600:15:22

You're going to every networking event, having all the right conversations, and still not converting them into clients. So what's actually going wrong?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Grace Fogarty, Networking Strategist, who helps female solopreneurs turn networking into a reliable, consistent way to generate leads without sounding salesy.

Grace didn't start out knowing how to do this. She spent a full year showing up diligently to networking groups, visiting different events, doing everything she'd been told to do, and getting almost nothing back.

The work that did come in wasn't aligned, the revenue wasn't there, and quietly, her confidence was taking a hit every time someone said "I'll definitely be in touch" and then disappeared. So she made a decision: either quit entirely, or completely change her approach.

She chose to change it. Drawing on her background as an actor and scriptwriter, she started applying what she knew about storytelling, stage presence and owning a room to the way she networked.

Combined with sales and marketing training she'd done that year, she developed an approach that started generating regurlar income from networking meetings.

And once she realised most people had never been taught how to actually do this, she pivoted her whole business to teach it 😊.

What I love about Grace's framework is how it dismantles the advice we've all heard: that networking is a slow burn, that you just need to show up consistently, that if you give enough it'll eventually come back around.

Grace tells us that those are myths. What networking actually requires is clarity, presence, and conversion. And when all three are working, it stops feeling like a networking strategy and starts feeling like your most powerful business tool.

In this episode, we explore:

The three gaps that cause most people to lose leads at networking events, and how to spot which one is costing you

Why presence matters more than your pitch, and what it really means to show up in a way that gets you noticed

How to convert great conversations into actual clients, instead of watching the energy fizzle out after every meeting

The myths about networking that keep talented people busy but not growing, and what to do instead

This episode is for any female solopreneur who knows networking has potential but can't quite figure out why it isn't working yet.

Jahanvi Shah: Why Your Child's Behaviour Is Actually About You21 Apr 202600:21:52

What if the most important parenting work isn't about what you say to your child, but what's happening inside you in the moment?

I'm joined today by Jahanvi Shah, Conscious Parenting Coach and Emotional Intelligence Educator, who helps parents heal their emotional patterns, regulate their nervous system, and create deeper connection with their children.

Her work weaves together neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and compassionate guidance to help families move from control to connection and raise emotionally resilient children.

Jahanvi's journey into this work started with a moment she still remembers clearly. Her daughter, then two years old, did something small. Objectively, not a big deal. And yet Jahanvi's reaction was enormous, completely out of proportion to what had actually happened. In that moment afterwards, she thought, "this reaction isn't really about what just happened." That single realisation is the heart of everything she now teaches.

The gap isn't knowledge. It's access to yourself when your nervous system is already in a stress response. Jahanvi doesn't start with scripts or techniques. She starts with what's actually happening inside the parent, because when that shifts, the dynamic with the child shifts naturally, without force.

In this episode we explore

Why reactive parenting isn't a knowledge problem, and what's really happening in your nervous system in those triggering moments

Why parenting tools and scripts so often fail in the moment, and what needs to shift first for any technique to actually work

The neuroscience of co-regulation, and why your child genuinely cannot regulate themselves if you're not regulated

What the inner work of conscious parenting actually looks like, and how real transformation shows up gradually, then unmistakably

Jahanvi's belief that your child is here to teach you, and what becomes possible for your whole family when you approach it that way

This episode is for any parent who keeps setting the same intention, and finding themselves in the same reaction the very next morning. If you're ready to stop troubleshooting the behaviour and start understanding what's underneath it, this one's for you.

Amit Rawal: The Soft Skills Gap Nobody Is Talking About17 Mar 202600:16:29

What if the skills that hold young people back at work aren't about intelligence or talent, but about something nobody ever taught them?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Amit Rawal, Lecturer in Coaching and Entrepreneurship at Bayes Business School and Founder of 1Take Motivation, who is on a mission to help people become more employable, embrace failure effectively, and develop their entrepreneurial skill set.

Amit's story is one of those that stops you mid-listen. He grew up working class, attended speech therapy as a child, and navigated dyslexia and dyspraxia through school.

He could have let those experiences define his limits. Instead, he went on to complete a PhD in entrepreneurial failure, and now uses everything he lived through to help young people find their voice, build their confidence, and show up in the workplace as themselves .

What strikes me about his approach is the emphasis on genuine inclusivity, not as a buzzword, but as something that shapes every question he asks, every phrase he uses, and every coaching relationship he builds.

And because he knows that young people won't always have access to a coach, he's created something they can use on their own: Dream Coaching Cards, a self-coaching tool designed to raise self-awareness, build resilience, and help people get clear on where they're headed.

In this episode, we explore:

Why soft skills are the real differentiator in today's workplace, and what gets lost when we rely on AI to do our communicating for us

What changes when young people go through a coaching journey, from self-belief to becoming genuinely better listeners

How Amit's own struggles with communication became the foundation of his work, and why that matters for the people he serves

The case for self-sufficiency in coaching, and why giving people tools they can use independently is just as powerful as the sessions themselves

This episode is for anyone who works with, supports, or cares about young people finding their footing in the world of work.

Karrie O'Connor: From Hidden Healer to Soul Essence Activator16 Mar 202600:19:15

What if you've followed all the right paths, done all the expected things, and still can't shake the feeling that you've somehow lost yourself along the way?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Karrie O'Connor, Soul Essence Activator, Multi-Qualified Life Transformation Coach, Psychic Medium and Reiki Energy Healer, who guides spiritually aware women to align with their soul's true essence and lead powerfully as their authentic selves.

Karrie spent 25 years in the corporate world before a chain of "weird, wild and wonderful experiences" cracked her wide open. What followed was a spiritual awakening that didn't just change her work, it changed everything.

She found herself knowing things she couldn't explain, sensing what people were hiding from themselves, and gradually realising that the very tools she needed to heal herself were the ones she'd eventually use to help others do the same 😊.

What I love about this conversation is how honestly Karrie talks about the fear of being seen. The terror of telling former colleagues she could communicate with spirit.

The long period of dancing around it in her content, updating her profile, then changing it back. And then, finally, the decision to just go for it. Because the more she leaned in, the more everything started to fall into place.

In this episode, we explore:

The body signals that tell you you're ready for something more, and why we're so good at talking ourselves out of them

How Karrie blends neuroscience and spiritual practice to create transformation that's grounded as well as profound

What it really feels like to come out as a hidden healer, and why the scariest step often turns out to be the most liberating

The moment clients realise this is who they were always meant to be, and why that realisation changes everything

If you've ever had the quiet sense that you're living someone else's version of your life, this one's for you 😌.

Debbie Heiser: The Lit Up Life and What It Actually Takes to Get There12 Mar 202600:20:30

What if you stopped trying to achieve your way to fulfilment, and started with figuring out who you actually are?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Debbie Heiser, Founder and Leadership Coach of The Lit Up Life. Debbie supports high-achieving women who are done pushing and ready to lead and grow from alignment, self-trust, and embodiment instead of pressure.

Debbie's path here wasn't a straight line. After more than 20 years in corporate America, including a senior executive role at Citibank five levels below the CEO, she left to become CFO for a small business owned by a close friend.

Four months in, that friend was killed in a private plane accident. Debbie stayed, helped the family keep things running, and quietly learned what it meant to just figure it out. She started her coaching business as a side gig in 2014, went full time in 2021, and within 18 months had built something profitable and deeply meaningful.

The personal chapters in between, including her mother's death, a divorce after 30 years, and the work of unwinding what decades in corporate had layered over her sense of self, all became part of the wisdom she now brings to clients.

What I love about this conversation is how Debbie holds both the structure and the soul of this work simultaneously. Brain science and transactional analysis in the same breath as feminine flow and deep desire.

And she's clear that transformation requires actual change, something she's watched people resist even when they desperately want the result. The women who come to her are brilliant, she says. They just need help remembering it.

We explore:

Why knowing who you are has to come before knowing what you want, and how high-achieving women lose that thread under the weight of all the roles they carry

The blend of feminine and masculine energy in business, and why structure isn't the enemy of flow, it's what makes flow possible

What transformation actually looks like in practice, from saving a marriage while growing a business, to selling a company in rural Montana and walking into a life only half believed was possible

The inner voices that run the show, and what it takes to let the right one lead

This episode is for you if you keep hitting a ceiling, not because you lack capability, but because the old messaging about who you're allowed to be keeps getting in the way.

Ashleigh Grave: Burnout, Dementia, and Finding Your Way Back Through Nutrition11 Mar 202600:14:58

What if the fatigue you keep pushing through isn't just tiredness, but your body asking you to finally stop?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Ashleigh Grave, Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist, and Founder of Holistically Curated. Ashleigh helps high-achieving women recover from burnout and find their joy again, and she's also the author of Navigating Dementia Together: A Holistic Guide to Supporting a Loved One with Dementia.

Both parts of Ashleigh's work grew from her own lived experience. She went through severe burnout herself while working in corporate, during the pandemic, while caring for a loved one newly diagnosed with dementia, and while simultaneously going back to school for holistic nutrition.

She describes a burnout so extreme that a 15-minute walk would leave her done for the rest of the day. It was only once she finished her training that she had the tools to bring herself back, and that's what ultimately shaped the work she does now.

What I found so grounding in this conversation is how clearly Ashleigh describes what burnout actually looks and feels like before women even name it. The joy draining out of things you used to love. Still exhausted on Monday morning after a full weekend of rest.

Getting every cold that goes around the office. She's seen the same two patterns show up again and again in the women she works with: people-pleasing, and a deep commitment to doing everything to the highest standard. Together, those two things become a recipe for running on empty.

We explore:

The signs that you're heading into burnout before it becomes a crisis, and why catching it early makes coming back so much easier

Ashleigh's three-phase six-month process, from stopping the burnout cycle and rebuilding energy, to working on the nervous system, to creating habits that mean you never go back

Why the approach has to be individual, because what helps one woman might exhaust another, and why meeting clients exactly where they are is central to how Ashleigh works

Ashleigh's bigger mission: helping women filter through the noise, find what genuinely works for them, and reclaim the energy to do what they're here to do

This episode is for you if you're a high-achieving woman who has been running on empty for longer than you'd like to admit, and you're ready for an approach that actually meets you where you are.

Lina Gudiene: Subconscious Roots of Corporate Burnout and How to Finally Get to the Source10 Mar 202600:17:31

What if the exhaustion you're feeling isn't a personal failing, but the result of beliefs you've been carrying for most of your life?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Lina Gudiene, Certified Hypnotherapist (RTT) and Coach for Women in Burnout.

Lina helps women turn exhaustion, burnout and self-doubt into deep self-trust and a balanced life, guiding them to understand the subconscious roots of why they got there in the first place.

Lina's path into this work is deeply personal. She had her own burnout working in tech, in a role that didn't feel right, and then her father died. That collision of events stopped her in her tracks. She found herself asking: half of my life is already gone. What do I want to do with the rest of it?

That question led her to RTT hypnotherapy, and she describes the training as mind-blowing. She got clients, fell in love with the work, and hasn't looked back.

What struck me most in this conversation is how Lina describes the women who find her. They're high achievers with a strong sense of responsibility, who deliver and deliver and keep going, but somewhere along the way stop resting, stop sleeping, start waking at 3am wondering what's wrong with them.

And often, they don't even call it burnout. They just know something isn't working. What Lina does is help them go underneath the symptoms to find the actual source, and then rewire it.

We explore:

Why high-achieving women often don't recognise burnout in themselves, and how it tends to show up as sleeplessness, exhaustion, and a creeping sense that something is off

How RTT hypnotherapy works differently from talk therapy, going into the subconscious to find the root cause of a pattern rather than managing symptoms at the surface

What the process actually looks like, from guided sessions with a specific question to explore, through to a personalised audio recording that rewires the brain over at least three weeks

Why willingness to explore the past matters, and why the clients who get the most profound results are the ones who stay open and curious, even when surprising things come up

This episode is for you if you're a high-achieving woman who keeps pushing through, even when everything in you is asking you to stop.

If you've tried other approaches and still feel like you haven't got to the actual thing, this conversation might be the one that opens a different door.

Geraldine Crane: How Mother Wounds Shape Our Identity and Keep Us Playing Small09 Mar 202600:19:13

What if the identity you've been living from was never really yours to begin with?

In this episode, I'm joined by Geraldine Crane, a spirit-led hypnotherapist and coach who supports ambitious women to shift out of survival identities and lead from their Soul Sovereignty. With a particular focus on mother wounds and identity conditioning, Geraldine helps women recognise the patterns that have kept them playing small, people-pleasing, and disconnected from their authentic power.

Geraldine shares her own journey of awakening to the realisation that much of who she thought she was had been shaped by early conditioning, survival mechanisms, and inherited beliefs.

She opens up about the profound moment she recognised she had been living from a "survival identity", one built to keep her safe but ultimately keeping her from her true self. Through her work combining hypnotherapy with spiritual guidance, she now helps other women untangle these same patterns and step into leadership that feels aligned rather than exhausting.

In this episode we explore:

Survival identity versus Soul Sovereignty, understanding how we unconsciously build identities designed to keep us safe rather than help us thrive

The impact of mother wounds, how our earliest relationships shape the beliefs we carry about ourselves and our worthiness

Identity conditioning, recognising the inherited patterns and expectations that were never ours to carry

Spirit-led healing, the role of hypnotherapy and spiritual guidance in accessing deeper layers of transformation

Leading from authenticity, what it looks like to step out of people-pleasing and into genuine self-expression

This episode is for ambitious women who sense there's more to who they are than the roles they've been playing, those ready to explore the deeper conditioning that's been running the show and finally step into their true power and purpose.

Nadia Khan: The Coaching Gap That Muslim Women Are Ready To Explore03 Mar 202600:15:50

There's a quiet strength about a Muslim woman deciding her own happiness matters.

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Nadia Khan, Faith-Based Life Coach and NLP Practitioner specialising in culturally sensitive coaching for Muslim women who feel lost or overwhelmed.

Nadia works with women who have spent years, sometimes decades, showing up for everyone else. The husband. The in-laws. The children. The community. She knows this terrain intimately, because she's lived it herself.

And what she found, when she finally sought support, was that almost no one was offering it through a lens that made cultural and religious sense.

So she built that herself. Her Sakina Framework, named after the Arabic word for peace and calmness, combines coaching, mentoring, and deep emotional support to create transformation that is holistic and sustainable.

Not just a mindset shift, but a whole-self shift 😌.

What stayed with me from this conversation is something Nadia said about boundaries. So many of her clients fear that setting limits means going against their faith or their culture. Nadia gently, powerfully reframes that.

Boundaries aren't walls, she explains. They're doors. You choose which ones you open and which ones you keep closed.

We explore:

Why so many Muslim women lose themselves in marriage and motherhood, and the moment they realise there's more to them than the roles they've been given

What the Sakina Framework offers, and how combining coaching with mentoring creates the kind of transformation that actually lasts

The truth about boundaries in faith and culture, and why setting them can strengthen relationships rather than threaten them

What changes when women do this work, including the confidence to take time for themselves without guilt, and the courage to show up differently for their daughters

Why culturally specific support matters, and how general advice often misses the very barriers that prevent Muslim women from moving forward

This episode is for any woman who has quietly wondered if it's okay to want more, for herself, not just for everyone else around her.

Jane Johnson: Helping Parents & Their Teens To Thrive26 Feb 202600:19:34

What can you do when you're parenting a teen who is pulling away?

In this deeply moving episode, I'm joined by Jane Johnson, founder of Bright Futures Coaching, a mindset and confidence coach who works with parents and teenagers to rebuild connection and confidence during some of the most challenging years of family life. Jane helps families move from frustration and disconnection to calm, communication, and genuine understanding.

What strikes me most about Jane is her warmth, her honesty, and her deep conviction that connection must come before correction. She doesn't try to "fix" teenagers or families... she helps them rediscover trust, hope, and each other.

She talks openly about the signs she wishes she'd understood, the pressures teenagers face today, and why so many parents feel helpless when trying to reach their teens.

In this episode, we explore:

Connection before correction, the principle at the heart of Jane's work with families and why trust must come first

The hidden pressures teenagers face today, from social media comparison to exam anxiety and feeling misunderstood

What parents get wrong about communication, and simple shifts that rebuild trust instead of creating tension

The transformation from surviving to thriving, what it looks like when families begin to truly understand each other

This episode is for parents who feel disconnected from their teenager and don't know how to bridge the gap. It's for anyone working with young people who wants to understand what's really going on beneath the surface. And it's for those who believe that even the deepest pain can become something meaningful.

Meg Calvin: The Sacred Permission to Trust Your Own Desires25 Feb 202600:21:14

What happens when the woman who spent two decades guiding others through spiritual formation has to dismantle everything she thought she knew about God, her body, and her own desires?

In this deeply moving conversation, I'm joined by Meg Calvin, Amazon bestselling author and guide who stewards healing spaces for women awakening to their body's wisdom after years of religious conditioning.

A former minister with over 20 years in emotional health and spiritual formation, Meg now uses fiction as a healing modality to help women who are cautiously emerging from spiritual control, ready to make pleasure and sensuality a priority, and hungry to incorporate metaphysical modalities while still honoring their sacred roots.

Meg shares her profound journey from being deeply embedded in evangelical ministry to experiencing what she calls "the great undoing," a complete unraveling of her faith that began in 2020.

Through her own healing journey, she discovered that fiction became the bridge that allowed her nervous system to explore new ideas without triggering the alarm bells that direct teaching would set off. Now she guides other women through this tender process of spiritual integration, helping them trust that their desires, intuitive gifts, and pleasure are not selfish but sacred invitations from the Divine.

In this episode, we explore:

Fiction as a healing modality, why stories can slip past our defenses and create safety for the nervous system to explore ideas that feel threatening when presented directly

Pleasure as permission, the radical act of allowing yourself to feel good, experience sensuality, and trust your desires after being taught they were dangerous

Melding the ministerial with the metaphysical, honoring your sacred roots while opening to new spiritual practices like tarot, astrology, and energy work

This episode is for women who are cautiously emerging from high-control religious environments, who feel that stirring inside telling them there's more to spirituality than what they were taught, and who are ready to trust themselves as their own spiritual authority, even when it feels terrifying.

Alyssa Wolff: Time Freedom for Entrepreneur Mums24 Feb 202600:15:33

What if the key to growing your business isn't doing more, but doing dramatically less?

In this episode, I'm joined by Alyssa Wolff, Time Back Consultant and founder of Your Unbusy Life. Alyssa helps entrepreneur mums reclaim their time and build businesses that actually fit around their lives, not the other way around. She's a master at helping women cut through the noise of endless to-do lists and get back to what truly matters, both in business and in life.

Alyssa's journey into this work began in an unexpected way. After her fifth child turned six months old, she found herself with something she hadn't experienced in years: free time. That moment of spaciousness sparked a realisation that would become her life's work.

She'd spent years learning how to run a household, manage chaos, and still create room for herself, and she knew other women were desperately searching for that same freedom. What started as a curiosity turned into a thriving consulting business that she's now run for over five years, through every season of motherhood.

Her approach isn't about cramming more into your day. It's about ruthless prioritisation, understanding that everything has a cost, and making intentional choices about where your energy goes.

She talks about treating your business like a job you clock in and out of, and the radical permission that comes from deciding that some things simply won't get done.

In this episode, we explore:

The "life-first" philosophy, why building your business around your actual life creates more success than forcing your life to fit your business

Ruthless prioritisation, how to identify what truly moves the needle and let go of the rest without guilt

The cost of every commitment, understanding that every "yes" has a price and learning to make those trades consciously

Seasons of business and life, why some seasons are for growth and others are for holding steady, and how to honor both

This episode is for you if you're an entrepreneur, especially a mum, who feels like you're constantly running on empty. If you've been told to hustle harder but something inside you knows there has to be another way, Alyssa's wisdom will feel like a breath of fresh air.

Gill Sealey: The Neurospicy Business Owner's Guide to Actually Getting Things Done15 Apr 202600:19:55

What if the reason your productivity systems keep failing isn't lack of discipline, but the fact that they were never designed for your brain in the first place?

I'm joined today by Gill Sealey, Small Business Coach and founder of the Brain Friendly Business Club. Gill helps neurodivergent, perimenopausal, and chronically overwhelmed business owners create a way of working that fits their real life, their energy, and their brain, rather than endlessly trying to squeeze themselves into systems built for someone else entirely.

Gill's own journey here is one I think a lot of people will recognise. Twenty years as a primary school teacher, a late ADHD diagnosis, a breakdown that, in hindsight, made complete sense, and a daughter who was the one to finally name what had been going on all along.

She came out of teaching, retrained as a coach to support parents of neurodivergent children, built a journaling membership, ran a craft business, and then one day noticed people were asking her the same question over and over: how are you doing all of this with ADHD?

The honest answer was that she wasn't doing it the "right" way. She was just doing it the way that worked for her. That realisation became the Brain Friendly Business Club.

What I found most refreshing about our conversation is Gill's take on novelty. She doesn't treat it as a flaw to overcome. For neurodivergent brains, finding a new system and then going off it within a few weeks isn't failure, it's just how things work. So instead of trying to find the one perfect approach, Gill teaches her clients to build what she calls a buffet of strategies. You try one, it works for a while, you swap it out, no shame attached.

In this episode, we explore:

Why energy blocking beats time blocking, and how working with your energy levels instead of against them changes everything about how you run your business

The buffet approach to productivity, and why having a suite of strategies you can rotate is more sustainable than searching for the one system that will finally stick

What late diagnosis actually looks like in a business context, including the years of masking, the pressure to perform, and the relief of finally understanding your own brain

The transformation that's possible when you stop fighting how you work, including the client who went from seven unfinished business ideas to a thriving craft shop in Yorkshire

Why success doesn't have to mean growth, and the case for building a business that supports your life rather than consuming it

This episode is for any business owner who is tired of feeling like they're failing at systems everyone else seems to manage, and who is ready to hear that the problem was never them.

Julia Weigert: When Sacred Sites Activate Your Cellular Memory20 Feb 202600:19:59

What if the land itself is waiting to activate something ancient within you?

In this episode, I'm joined by Julia Weigert, a Sacred Site Oracle, Sacred Travel Facilitator, and Magdalene Rose Priestess based in Switzerland. Julia supports women in reconnecting with their innate healing intelligence and embodied knowing through sacred site journeys, Cell Memory Activation, and Magdalene Healing Codes.

Julia's path began in the wellness industry, but a life-altering experience in Egypt cracked her open to something far deeper. Receiving a powerful download at a sacred site, she discovered that the places we visit aren't just locations... they're living portals that speak to us, activate us, and remember us. What started as personal healing became her calling to guide other women through these initiatory journeys, bridging ancient feminine lineages with modern life.

In this episode, we explore:

The body as living technology, and how our cells hold memories waiting to be activated through connection with sacred land

The Magdalene lineage and healing codes, working with this ancient feminine wisdom to restore wholeness and coherent power

How sacred travel differs from spiritual tourism, approaching these journeys as initiations rather than experiences to collect

Anchoring these activations into daily life, bringing the remembrance home and letting it transform how we lead and live

This episode is for you if you've ever felt called to sacred places, if you sense there's wisdom your body already knows, or if you're curious about what it means to walk the Earth as a steward of feminine remembrance.

Katherine Robinette: Your People Aren't Broken, Your System Is19 Feb 202600:20:51

What if your workplace frustrations aren't about the people, they're about the system?

I'm joined by Katherine Robinette, President and Owner of Keystone and Raven, a speaker, consultant, and trainer who helps leaders transform their workplaces into environments people actually want to be part of. Katherine works with organisations to diagnose what's really going wrong and create sustainable change without burning everything down.

Katherine spent years watching brilliant people leave jobs they loved, not because of the work itself, but because the systems around them made everything harder than it needed to be.

She noticed a pattern, leaders blaming individuals for problems that were actually structural, teams struggling under processes that served no one.

Her mission became clear… help organisations see that when good people are struggling, the answer isn't to fix the people, it's to fix the system holding them back. 💡

In this episode we explore:

The system versus people myth, why your team members aren't broken and how to identify what's actually causing friction

Sustainable change without destruction, Katherine's approach to transformation that doesn't require starting from scratch

What makes work feel like work, the hidden dynamics that drain energy and engagement from even the most passionate employees

Leadership's role in culture shift, how to create environments where people genuinely want to show up and contribute

This episode is for leaders, managers, and anyone who's ever felt like something's wrong at work but couldn't quite name it. You'll walk away with a fresh perspective on workplace challenges and permission to stop blaming yourself or your team for systemic failures.
