| Control, Choice & The Female Body: What's Really At Stake | 10 Dec 2025 | 01:18:06 | |
In this incredibly important episode, Holly is joined by Sophie Nir, the co-founder and CEO of the Abortion Positivity Project, an organization dedicated to creating a world where anyone who chooses to have an abortion can access care without barriers, stigma, or judgment. Every piece of their advocacy and messaging is rooted in that mission. Together, they dive into far more than just abortion itself. Many of the laws currently being proposed are receiving almost no national coverage, yet they have the power to dramatically reshape women’s healthcare, reproductive freedom, and bodily autonomy. Lawmakers are moving to restrict contraception, IUDs, IVF, and even monitoring how miscarriages are handled and the consequences are already showing up in real women’s lives. They also discuss the alarming rise in cases where women are being investigated or even criminally charged after experiencing a miscarriage, highlighting why it is crucial to understand what these laws actually say and who they harm. This conversation is essential because none of this is simply about “policy.” Listen to learn, to get clear on what’s happening, and to understand what these laws truly mean for women everywhere. | Motherhood, Abortion & The Reclamation of the Feminine | 17 Sep 2025 | 01:23:25
In this powerful and tender episode, Holly sits down with Ash Murphy to open an honest and heartfelt conversation around motherhood, abortion, and the reclamation of the feminine. 🌹Listen to Holly's personal abortion story here before diving in Ash’s voice is so deeply needed in this conversation, because the reality is that the majority of women who choose abortion are already mothers. Ash herself is a devoted mama of two, and she opens up about the abortion she and her husband walked through after having their children, sharing her experience with honesty, tenderness, and strength. This conversation sheds light on abortion as not only a deeply personal choice but also an act of responsible parenting and honoring the mother within. The part of you that knows your limits and makes decisions with deep care and intentionality. Sometimes loving your children, your body, and your family means acknowledging that you do not have the capacity to bring another child into the world at that moment, and that too is a form of intentional parenting. They also speak to the layers of collective shame that surround abortion and women’s choices, and how we can begin to release that weight by remembering our innate wisdom and reconnecting with the rhythms of the earth and our own bodies. This conversation is an invitation to reimagine how we view motherhood, choice, and feminine power, and to find healing in the truth that the feminine knows how to guide us home when we listen deeply. 📲Connect with Ash:

| Womb Healing, Self-Love & Awakening After an Abortion | 27 Aug 2025 | 01:19:03 | |
Shame thrives in secrecy. When an abortion is hidden or left unspoken, it doesn’t simply go away, it can quietly shape the way we see ourselves, leaving us feeling unworthy, disconnected from our bodies and sexuality, or allowing ourselves to be mistreated. But healing is possible. Peace is possible. With grace, compassion, and honesty, we can begin to ask: What was this experience here to teach me? Can it bring me closer to myself?
In this heartfelt episode, Holly and Ellie Stiles share their own experiences with abortion and how those moments became gateways into awakening. Both raised in Catholicism, they speak to the deep conditioning, stigma, and pain they had to unravel, while learning to hold themselves tenderly, love themselves more fully, come home to their own lights and voices, and no longer abandon themselves. They reflect on how they feel about their experiences now, honoring the teachings and the ways it has shaped their paths. This conversation is a call for women to know they are not alone. It’s an invitation to give yourself compassion, to see the wisdom in your journey, and to remember that even in the hardest moments, there are gateways to your awakening. An opening to question, to discover what feels true for you, and to come home to yourself. | A Personal Story About Abortion | 06 Aug 2025 | 00:58:42
It has taken me a lot of strength, courage, and contemplation to share this part of my story with you, but with women’s healthcare increasingly under threat from the overturning of Roe v. Wade in 2022, to each state now deciding its own abortion laws, and the ongoing efforts to defund Planned Parenthood, I cannot stay silent. Being a woman, a holistic health coach, and having a platform, I feel a deep duty and responsibility to speak about abortion in a way that feels authentic and true for me. To be an advocate for women’s rights, a voice for the voiceless, a mirror for those carrying their experience in silence, for my own healing, and to stay in integrity. To stand in solidarity with my fellow sisters who have had abortions and feel deep shame and guilt because of the stigma that is cast on us as a life sentence by society and religion, that I know all too well. For the women who will not have the autonomy or choice to decide what happens to their own bodies, their lives, or their futures. For the women who will lose their lives because of these laws going into place… I use my voice for you. Because I am so grateful that I had the choice 11 years ago when I had my abortion. For the healthcare workers who cared for me with no judgment, for the support I received during that time, for the lessons learned from my experience, for the soul that volunteered to come down and teach me to choose myself, to choose my healing, to choose my now husband, to aid in my awakening, and to come home to self-love. Without this experience, I would not be the woman I am today, and I know that deep in my bones. So I share my story as an offering. An offering to women and my fellow sisters who feel alone, who feel deep shame and guilt, holding their experience as a secret. I see you. I feel you. And I stand with you. This shame is not yours to carry and I pray you can find peace. Stay connected 📲Follow The Multiple Truths Podcast on

| Inviting in Creativity, Joy, Pleasure & Presence | 09 Jul 2025 | 01:11:58 | |
In this soulful and nourishing conversation, Holly and Brittany dive into what it means to intentionally invite more joy, creativity, and pleasure into your life—especially while walking the path of healing. So often, the healing journey can feel heavy, serious, and emotionally intense. And with the weight of the world right now, it’s easy to get swallowed by the grief, fear, and heartbreak around us. But part of healing, both personally and collectively, means creating space not only to feel the pain, but also to invite in the light. Not as a form of spiritual bypassing—but as a form of resilience, remembrance, and reclamation. They explore how reconnecting with your inner child and teenager—through singing, dancing, drawing, or whatever once brought you joy—can be a powerful act of coming home. Creativity isn’t separate from healing; it’s a portal back to your essence. The same goes for pleasure, especially for women, whose creative life force is so deeply tied to sensuality and embodiment. Together, they unpack the layers of shame and suppression that have historically surrounded female pleasure, and invite listeners to reclaim it as sacred and generative. The episode also touches on the joy of self-expression through personal style—how the way we dress can be an extension of our soul—but also the shadow that emerges when our appearance becomes rooted in wounding, insecurity, or a need to prove our worth. Holly and Brittany hold space for both truths: the beauty of expressing yourself authentically and the importance of noticing when body image or aesthetics begin to dull your inner radiance. This episode is a gentle reminder that joy is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. That pleasure is not shameful—it’s sacred. And that presence, creativity, and play are some of the most potent medicines we have access to, especially in a world that feels so heavy. Feel it all—and then let the light in. 👉🏼 Join our next healing circle 🍯Sign up to The Beehive Stay connected 📲Follow The Multiple Truths Podcast on

At the heart of her work is one core mission — one that reflects her commitment to empowering parents with the confidence and tools they need to educate their children about body safety. As the founder of The Safe Kids Project, Victoria is passionate about prevention: helping parents raise safe, confident, and empowered children through clear language, strong boundaries, and open-hearted communication. Victoria believes that body safety isn’t about having “the talk” once — it’s about consistently weaving body autonomy, consent, and boundaries into daily life. She shares how to make these conversations natural, age-appropriate, and shame-free — rooted in trust and clarity rather than fear. Because when we start early, use empowering language, and create a culture of connection, we lay the foundation for true safety and body sovereignty. This episode is full of real, practical tools to help parents and caregivers protect children — not through fear-mongering, but through knowledge, presence, and empowered action. We explore the uncomfortable but essential truths around sexual abuse — including the reality that it most often happens not at the hands of strangers, but from people close to the family, or even other children. Victoria shares how to spot subtle signs of abuse or grooming, how to navigate sleepovers and boundary-setting with other adults, and how to create a safe space at home where your child feels secure enough to come to you if something ever happens. Victoria brings not only her clinical expertise as a trauma-informed psychologist, but also the lived wisdom of a mother — someone who is walking this path right alongside the parents she supports. Through her online course, Body Safety Education for Parents, and her library of free resources, she’s helped hundreds of families feel more equipped, confident, and proud of the way they’re raising their children. 📲Connect with Victoria: 🔗Resources from Victoria: 👉🏼 Join our next healing circle 🍯Sign up to The Beehive Stay connected 📲Follow The Multiple Truths Podcast on

In this insightful episode, Holly sits down with Dr. Russell Kennedy—neuroscientist, Anxiety MD, and author of The Anxiety Rx—to explore the deeper roots of anxiety and how true, lasting healing is possible. If you struggle with anxiety and feel like you’ve tried everything… if you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and sick of just coping—this episode is for you. We’re living through a mental health crisis, one that’s left so many of us disconnected from ourselves, from our bodies, and from our inner world. Anxiety, social disconnection, and emotional overwhelm are often signals from younger parts of us—parts that were never fully seen, heard, or held. Dr. Kennedy and Holly explore how anxiety can start to feel like a life sentence—but it doesn’t have to be. They dive into how we can become addicted to worry and hypervigilance, stuck in the familiar cycle of fear, and how to begin breaking free from that loop by identifying the alarm system in the body and reconnecting to the inner child within. This inner child—the part of you that experienced early pain or trauma—is often still holding onto fear, longing to feel safe, soothed, and secure. Real healing doesn’t come from avoiding or managing symptoms—it comes from feeling, from embodiment, from returning to yourself. This conversation is a powerful invitation to meet the younger parts of you with compassion and begin a new, more loving path forward. This is your reminder: you are not broken. And healing your anxiety, for good, is entirely possible. 📲Connect with Dr. Russell Kennedy:

Sex is often treated as a taboo topic, yet it’s one of the most natural and sacred aspects of human connection. | Rewiring the Urge to Binge: Finding Food Freedom | 04 Mar 2026 | 01:10:07
In this powerful and deeply hopeful conversation, Holly sat down with Kathryn Hansen, author and podcast host of Brain over Binge, to explore binge eating disorder, what it truly is, and how real healing is possible. Kathryn shares her personal recovery story and the brain-based approach that helped her fully recover from binge eating. Together, we unpack what binge eating disorder actually is, and what it isn’t, and explore how binge urges become wired as habits in the brain. We talk about how dieting, under-eating, or under-fueling the body can fuel the binge cycle, and why binge eating is not a willpower problem, but a conditioned neurological response. This episode gently separates shame from science. Kathryn explains how the binge urge is a learned brain pattern, not a reflection of your worth, brokenness, or lack of discipline. When we understand how the brain forms habits, we can begin rewiring the urge to binge in a practical and empowering way, without endless self-analysis or self-blame. We explore whether full recovery is truly possible, how to begin separating your higher brain from binge urges, and how to create a healthy, trusting relationship with food, your body, and yourself. If you’ve ever felt stuck in the cycle of restricting, bingeing, and blaming yourself, this conversation is a reminder that you are not broken, and you are not alone. True freedom with food doesn’t come from more control. It comes from understanding, nourishment, and rewiring. Healing is possible. 📲Connect with Kathyrn: ✨Learn more about The Journey Back Home to Self Program to truly heal your relationship with yourself, your body and food. 📲Follow The Multiple Truths Podcast on
