 In today’s episode, I’m getting straight to the point about something we all struggle with—knowing what we need to do but not actually doing it. We often get caught up in planning, researching, and prepping, thinking that’s progress. But the truth is, none of that matters if you’re not taking action. I dive into the difference between being busy and being productive and why the key to achieving your goals is just to start doing the thing, no matter how scary or challenging it may seem.

I also share a personal story about a time in my life when I realized I was getting lazy and had to make a tough decision to turn things around. It all comes down to taking responsibility for your own success and committing fully to making the changes you want to see.
