Lennox Saint is the Threads Guy.

In 2021, Lenny graduated with a Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Western Australia. However, a year earlier, he became depressed, realized he hated law, and couldn't envision a career in it. So on graduation day, he quit to start Saints Coaching — inspired by his late mum's emphasis on quality education and her own business, Saints Clothing.

Despite investing 3,000 hours and $80,000 into a failed course, Lenny persevered. Since July 2023, he's spent 1,500+ hours creating Threads content, building a community of over 6,000 followers.

Recognized by Buffer as one of "7 Creators on Threads to Watch," Lenny continues his mum's mission with Saints College, a Skool community for Threads creators, now boasting over 500 members and ranked as a Top 500 Skool group.

The Future of Marketing: Community, Experience, and Real Stories10 Apr 202400:33:22

In this episode, I'm continuing the discussion on why this shift to Mindful Marketing is needed now more than ever.

We're in an era where shouting has replaced conversation, where artificial intelligence threatens the authenticity of our content, and consumers are bombarded with too many choices.

How do we rise above the noise instead of getting stuck in the middle of it all?

Let's talk about it in this episode.

We'll discuss the shift from building audiences to nurturing communities, the significance of human connections, and the power of casually curated content. As we aim to resonate deep within the hearts of our community members, we'll ditch artificiality for genuine, human-centric marketing.

I'll also share exciting plans for the podcast, including introducing "round tables" for diverse insights and perspectives.

With our 10-year business anniversary and a renewed focus on real stories from online business owners, we're embracing human experience over formulas.

In this episode of the podcast, I talk about:

  • The era of information overload
  • The shift from conversational to "shouting" marketing tactics
  • The need for humanity-centered marketing approaches
  • The concept of "casually curated content"
  • Human storytelling as a brand representation tool
  • My plans for fostering open, vulnerable communication

…And More!

Is TikTok Changing for the Worse?20 Feb 202400:20:28

Has TikTok lost its magic?

That's a question I've been asking lately, and I think I have a pretty clear answer now.

With any social media app, there are going to be changes. Changes users love and changes that make no sense at all. TikTok is not exempt.

Yes, their version of Mr. AL is still one of the best discovery algorithms on the market, and their in-app video editor puts all others to shame, but something is different.

In this episode of the podcast, I talk about:

  • Discovery engines

Strategies for Engaging with Your Social Media Lurkers06 Feb 202400:23:45

Do you have social media lurkers silently engaging with your content?

I've had my lurkers, and I say keep them coming because they have turned into my most profitable relationships (more on that in this episode).

We've been trained to go after the dopamine hit from likes and comments, but the folks who don't publicly engage with your content are just as important (if not more) than the ones who do.

It's time to embrace these followers, so in this episode, I'm stressing the importance of prioritizing quality engagement so you can gain a fresh perspective on engaging with your audience and fostering meaningful connections on social.

In this episode of the podcast, I talk about:

  • Why every business isn't built for likes and comments
  • Why engagement doesn't equal interest
  • Going deeper than surface-level social connections
  • Private engagement metrics
  • Stirring the pot to increase engagement

…And More!

There's still so much potential on LinkedIn, so in this episode, I want to talk about the latest updates and features, share my strategy for this coming year, and give you some insight on how you can take advantage of LinkedIn's algorithm so you can start showing up and getting noticed.

Okay, we've all seen it—those posts that seem designed just to make you angry. Yep, that's rage-baiting, and it's everywhere. In this episode, I'm breaking down what exactly rage-baiting is, why it works (ugh, thanks algorithms), and how it sneaks onto your feed. Growing a Newsletter Without Social Media: Building Sustainable Success with Jessica Lackey08 Oct 202400:40:53

Ready to build your email list without becoming glued to Instagram? (Yes, it's possible!)

In this episode, I chat with business strategist and systems guru Jessica Lackey about how she grew her newsletter without the social media hustle. Yep, you heard that right—no reels, no hashtags, just a beautifully crafted newsletter that people actually want to read. 😱

Tune in for:

  • How Jessica built a thriving newsletter without social media and why email might just be the secret sauce to sustainable business growth.
  • Her genius strategy for making sales without turning every email into a "BUY NOW" pitch. Spoiler: It's all about building real relationships over time.
  • The importance of business systems (minus the overwhelm). Jessica breaks down how to create a structure that works for you—not against you. We're talking sustainable, repeatable processes that make your life easier.
  • Why podcast guesting > social media for reaching new audiences. If you're tired of dancing for the algorithm, this one's for you.
  • How she turns her newsletter into a product and delivers so much value it practically sells itself (no spammy vibes here).

Jessica's approach is a breath of fresh air for anyone who's over the "always-on" grind. And while you'll learn some pretty smart tactics, you'll also leave with a reminder that marketing doesn't have to be a high-speed chase—it can be cozy, slow, and still wildly effective.

Breaking the Mold in Branding with Chloé Nwangwu15 Oct 202400:40:21

Ever feel like your brand is just blending into the background? Or like you're stuck under some kind of invisibility cloak (but not the cool kind from Harry Potter)? Well, good news—Chloé Nwangwu is here to help you break out of that!
