This Berlin & Chicago Marathon training series is presented by Amazfit and Nomio.

Amazfit: Performance running watches with high build quality at a great price point. I've been loving the T Rex 3 Pro. Use code SUPWELL15 for 15% off: https://us.amazfit.com/products/t-rex-3-pro?variant=48523623104764

Nomio: Nomio is a natural performance enhancer which reduces lactate during intense physical activity. I used Nomio before the Bayshore Marathon, which is my PR of 2:29:04, and I felt a big difference with increased closing power and lower fatigue in the last 10k.
