Marco Canha’s success as a coach has been made evident through his students who have achieved prestigious medals in tournaments such as the World Championships, European BJJ Open, the No Gi European Championship, British Open amongst many more.

Ethan Crelinsten is a Canadian professional submission grappler and former student of John Danaher and Firas Zahabi in jiu-jitsu, before he formed his own squad, B-Team, with other teammates from DDS. Ethan gained notoriety in jiu-jitsu’s no-gi circuit after his wins at the North American ADCC Trials (2018, 2019) and is the Combat Jiu Jitsu Worlds 2022 Lightweight Champion.

Kris Barras is a former professional MMA and Muay Thai fighter, gym owner, and fight promoter turned Rock Star. The Kris Barras Band is a British rock band formed in 2015 and has released five studio albums including Halo Effect (2024), which acheived top 5 in the UK album charts when released. in September 2023 the band signed to Earache Records securing a worldwide deal.

He currently runs BJJ schools across the United States, Australia, Canada and Mexico
