Here’s another podcast episode for you! I didn’t think I was gonna record one today, but the expression just came pouring out after hosting my mid-day meditation class. I talk about a bunch of things, mainly circling around a fascinating topic— finding the balance between the extremes of spiritual discipline (which can lead to a closed heart & samsaric attachment to spiritual rigidity) VS over-indulgence in addictions.
