In this episode of The Earth Keepers podcast, I'm talking about how land healing requires more than just sending "love and light." It's like performing energetic surgery, where we work with the spirits to rewrite energy patterns, much like binary codes in computing. This deeper healing approach is necessary for areas that have experienced significant trauma.

As we consider what the ancient future technology should be for optimizing our human-ness, I think we have to start at the beginning and consider the technology we’re already surrounded by.

The technology our human bodies evolved with.

The earth. The sun. Water. Plants and trees.

Modern science might finally be able to explain it all to us. But we don’t need to understand quantum physics to know that it feels good to go outside.

And one person who I think stands right at that intersection of these disciplines - quantum biology, nature, and healing - is my guest today, Carrie Bennett.

With multiple degrees in biology, nutrition, and bodywork, Carrie's relentless enthusiasm to learn has made her one of the leading educators in the emerging field of quantum biology. She combines deep research and clear explanations of the complex quantum mechanisms at play in the human body to teach people how to use light, water, and nature to thrive.

In this episode, I'm chatting with author, scholar of ancient history, and wildlife tracker Sylvia Linsteadt.

Sylvia's work—both fiction and non-fiction—is rooted in myth, ecology, feminism & bioregionalism, and is devoted to broadening our human stories to include the voices of the living land.

I worked with Sylvia a bit last summer as I was pulling all of the threads of Season 3 into a cohesive story and have also participated in some of her writing workshops, which I can highly recommend if you’d like to find a way to weave your shamanic journeys into the written word.

In this final episode for Season 3, The Honeybee as Shaman, I talk with beekeeper Ariella Daly to explore the cultural and historical practices, myths, and beliefs around bees and parallel stories related to the serpent.

Ariella is devoted to natural, bee-centric bee tending and has spent the past decade studying under The Path of Pollen, a shamanic honey bee tradition based in the British isles.

As we wrap up this season, I wanted to explore the symbology behind the bee and the serpent which I encountered again and again on this journey with my ancestors and to explore the ancient idea of honeybee as shaman that can be found in many traditions around the world prior to Christianity.
