So, How Do You Do It?

Here's the short story: we started our accounts at the end of 2021. At the time of writing, that's just over 15 months ago.In that time, we've grown our followings from to over 350,000 combined and have tens of thousands of leads every single month - helping us grow a 7-figure business at the same time.We've never done trends. We've never mimed or danced. It's all been with expert content teaching what we know.

It Was All About One Simple Shift

Reels were available globally in early 2021, and the honest answer is, we found them pretty weird. Endless miming, dancing and pointing. Zero value. 

It was like the worst parts of TikTok ramped up to 1,000.
And as experts, we didn't know how to use that to grow an engaged following that wants to buy from us.So we spent most of 2021 fumbling with content, and it was messy.

We tried a lot of different types - 5 second reels, faceless reels, tutorials... and we had a little success but nothing long term.By the end of the year we were beat - our growth was underwhelming and we were exhausted.

But Then We Realised Something That Changed Everything...

We realised we'd been guessing. We were coming up with ideas out of our own heads - high value, well intentioned ideas... but with no evidence that suggested they'd do well.So instead of guessing and getting stressed when we don't get results, we worked out how algorithms work - and how to rig the system to get thousands of leads consistently.

When people play they guess a number... "black 17, that's the lucky one!".
But of course, it's not lucky, and it doesn't come up. And the more they play, the more they lose. But if you knew where the ball would land, you'd win over and over, right?

So we spent 18 months rigorously testing thousands of posts to create a system to work out where the ball will land, to dramatically increase the odds of success.

Instagram bio’s can be hard... until now 👇

Bio’s are the number 1 most frustrating part of Instagram marketing for most people...

But there IS a format for them that’ll get more people who visit your page hitting that all important FOLLOW button - and we're sharing it today.

Why have a great bio?

Well, firstly it ranks you on SEO - meaning your profile will rank higher in results.

When your profile ranks higher, your profile picture will help it stand out amoungst other marketers.

When people visit it to find out more, your bio will tell them what value your content brings.

When they look at your highlights, they'll see that you mean business and get to know you.

And when your content aligns with the above, they hit follow.

A perfect profile will also rank higher on suggested for you (the recommendations that appear when someone follows another person).

And a perfect profile will result in more link in bio clicks too.

If your reels aren't converting to follows, it's a profile issue.

If you're getting visits to your profile but not follows, it's a profile issue.

Seriously, everything revolves around your profile - so take the time to get it looking awesome!

Marketing offers isn't about selling FEATURES, they’re about OUTCOMES.

If you’re giving people more and more of your time and more and more resources and they’re STILL not buying, it’s because they don’t understand what they’re buying FOR.

Information isn’t inherently valuable, it’s what you do with it that counts - that's where the marketing messaging comes in.

That’s your OUTCOME - the return on investment for all that studying and effort from the student.

No-one wants more work, they want more RESULTS. Tangible, measurable results.

Results that are going to change something for them.

Now I know you may be hesitant to commit to specific results but those are based on your student doing all the work and following your advice and guidance to the letter.

Not someone who doesn’t do the work!

And if you can’t guarantee results for someone who does everything right, well, you need to work on getting your method nailed down so it works better :)

I got a message today saying Facebook Meta is calling people to help them with their content marketing strategy on social - sounds promising right?

Boy oh boy was I wrong. What preceded was 20 minutes of the most basic, out of date suggestions for growth I've ever heard - and proof that Facebook Meta doesn't actually know how their own algorithms even work.
