We spoke to Claudia Knowles, digital content strategist at Breast Cancer Care, about the charity’s innovative app, BECCA. We also spoke to Amanda Diamond, senior content lead at the Government Digital Service (who has since moved to head of content design at ACAS) about the content strategy the organisation is implementing to manage gov.uk's vast estate of content.
