Barrett and Myles continue their rewatch journey as they discuss episode 3, "The Big Crappy Birthday Episode." In this episode of Half & Half Mona and Dee Dee attempt to throw a joint party, as Dee Dee thinks it'll bring them closer together but it actually just brings up bad memories of the past and reminds us why Mona is so distant. (Cake in the crotch can have that effect on a person.) Also, the big lie that Phyllis has told Mona (and all of us) a million times regarding how Charles and Big Dee Dee got together is finally uncovered and Phyllis has to tell Mona the truth. We dive in on the effect that lie has had on her and how her outlook could change now that she knows the truth.

Barrett and Myles recap "The Big Pimpin' Episode" which was written by David M. Matthews and released October 14, 2002. This episode starred the late great Merlin Santana as Dante Aldente, a music artist with a big ego, and an even bigger connection with Dee Dee. We discuss the funny moments, Mona's fears that her sister will get hurt because of Dante's playboy ways, and the shocking plot twist at the end of the episode.

Myles and Barrett discuss episode 2 of the 1st season where Dee Dee and Spencer become great friends, making Spencer's best friend Mona a little jealous. Also in the episode Mona is preoccupied by the exterminator from episode 1 after they had a PHENOMENAL date and now she's being ghosted. Myles and Barrett also continue to track the relationship of the sisters and the brilliant clap-backs between Big Dee Dee and Phyllis.

Barrett and Myles dissect episode 6 of Half and Half in which Dee Dee convinces Mona to attend a fancy banquet celebrating Charles. Things quickly fall apart as the experience reminds Mona why she's never felt like she belongs in spaces with Charles and the Dee Dees. A lot of emotional baggage is discussed and more!

Myles and Barrett discuss episode 14, "The Big Game of Love." In this episode, Mona assumes she'll be "lonely" with Spencer on Valentine's Day as per their usual tradition, but instead gets date offers from two recent blasts from the past and has to decide whom to choose. Meanwhile, the Dee Dees are struggling to deal with their men choosing work over spending Valentine's Day with them, and Spencer struggles to get a date.

Barrett and Myles get into episode 13 of Half & Half titled, "The Big Condom-Nation Episode." In this episode, Spencer and Mona get a visit from an old college friend (played by the amazing Tatyana Ali) who ends up sleeping with Spencer and having a pregnancy scare. This upsets Mona on many levels as she doesn't like her friends getting together and she's especially concerned with Spencer having sex without a condom, which causes her to push him to get an HIV test. Myles and Barrett break down episode 12, "The Big Hit It & Quit It." In this episode Dee Dee is sexually frustrated by her boyfriend Neil only to disocver that he's celibate. While she tries to navigate a relationship without physical intimacy, Mona is so stressed out from work that she starts smoking cigarettes again and does everything she can to hide it from her family.
