From Beth Goodrham comes a lifestyle and health podcast for mid-life women who are seeking a fun-filled life & which offers them joy, freedom, peace and balance. Together we will explore how to live an anti-inflammatory lifestyle through saunas, cold water dipping and a ketogenic lifestyle. We'll explore ways to bio-hack our health using PEMF mats, Creatin, collagen, magnesium, sleep, mindfulness and exercise. I will walk you through how to deal with issues which impact us in our mid-life such as tinnitus, having a hysterectomy, being an empty nester and going through a "mid-life crisis." We'll dive into female entrepreneurship, running an e-commerce business, spirituality and daily practices to both take care of, and broaden, your mind. The Beth Goodrham Podcast is designed to offer you lifestyle and health advice, comfort, support, insight and words of wisdom on this exciting (and sometimes challenging) journey called life!

You Don't Need A New You, Just Love The Old You - Contemplating Wise Words From Matt Haig As Shared By Dr Julie Smith

In this episode my friend, Libby, and I consider (from varying angles!) an especially wise quote from Matt Haig which reads as follows:
"You don't need a new you. You don't need replacing every year like another iPhone. Don't throw yourself away like another piece of plastic trash. Love the old you. Improve, evolve, do better, but head towards yourself not away. Be gentle with your mind."
It's such a profound quote and led us down many different avenues, before we reached our ultimate goal of today's episode which was discuss, and share with you, our favourite TV series.

Something You REALLY Need To Know About If You Want More Balance In Your Life

I'm so excited to be sharing all about the "divine feminine" with you on the podcast. It is a concept that I've come across fairly recently. And in all honesty, I cannot believe that I've reached my grand age without really coming across it before. It is revelatory in figuring out how to gain more balance in your life.
The point of the podcast has always been to share with you things that I come across by way of new concepts, ideas and beliefs that I think might help to make your life a little bit easier. So I hope that this does too.
