The Dangers of The Baby Sleep Industry - Exposing the real stories from this unregulated industry
Saison 2 · Épisode 1
mercredi 11 septembre 2024 • Durée 59:54
Molly and I recorded a special episode after a national TV channel here in the UK had a "baby sleep expert" on their morning television program. We discuss the interview and the points made and hopefully reassure all of you about your little ones sleep.
Why Is My Toddler Still Not Sleeping?
Saison 1
jeudi 9 mars 2023 • Durée 01:16:25
In this episode we talk to Emma, Mum of an almost 3 year old little girl.
Emma is struggling with night time wakes, night time screaming and struggling to settle her daughter back to sleep. Emma said that the night wakes were unsustainable, especially as she worked full time and she desperately needed help.
We received an amazing email from Emma just a week later:
"Morning, so we jumped straight on trying out no dairy and with a supplement. Seen amazing results. Also tried lots of the mouth games , lots of clicking her tongue which she thinks is hilarious. We are going to keep up with the no dairy as best we can without being strict when we are eating out or she's with the childminder but I can honestly say I feel like a new woman after just these 5 days!! We have slept with her each night in her room so that could also be a big reason, but even before when we did occasionally she would still wake screaming ect so again big improvements. We are on holiday now 5 days so will share a bed but when we get home I'm going to test sleeping in my own bed and see how it goes. I cant thank you enough, it was so so helpful and also reinforced my own thoughts about there is likely something slightly underlying. Sleep deprivation can really play tricks on you and make you doubt yourself!!"
