Stop Shrinking to Stay Connected | S05.E0613 Oct 202600:28:40

How do we stay connected to the people we love without losing ourselves? Through my conscious uncoupling journey, I realized my sacred graduation wasn’t just about the end of my marriage—it was about ending the pattern of leaving myself to preserve connection. In this episode, I’m sharing how people pleasing, rescuing, and over-functioning can look like love while quietly pulling us away from our own truth. Together, we explore compassion without collapse, caring without carrying, and allowing someone else to be disappointed without immediately trying to fix it. If you’ve been saying yes when you mean no, we’ll consider what love can look like when your needs belong in the room, too.

Five Key Points

Self-abandonment can hide inside helpfulness. Being supportive, flexible, and understanding can become a pattern of overriding our own needs. I’m sharing how I began recognizing that distinction in myself.

Disappointment doesn’t automatically mean disconnection. Someone can disagree with your boundary and still love you. We can make room for their feelings without taking back our truth.

Rescuing can get in the way of reciprocity. When I fill every gap, there’s less space for someone else to step in. Leaving that space allows us to see what each person is willing and able to contribute.

Compassion doesn’t require carrying someone else’s path. Spirit has taught me that each soul deserves the dignity of its own lessons. We can offer love and support without managing another person’s entire experience.

Being needed isn’t the same as being known. Beyond what you do for others, there’s a person with preferences, dreams, limits, and needs. Honest connection makes room for that person, too.

Questions for Reflection

Take these questions into your meditation or journaling this week:

Where am I leaving myself in order to remain connected to someone else?

What would it look like to stay connected to myself here, even if someone else is disappointed?

If I stop shrinking to preserve belonging, who would I give myself permission to become?

Your Higher Self Has Been Trying to Get Your Attention | S05.E0506 Oct 202600:36:05

The Whisper Before the Wake-up Call

We all love the idea of trusting our intuition until it tells us something we don’t want to hear. In this episode, I share what my own sacred graduation and conscious uncoupling journey have taught me about recognizing the whispers of spirit—and finding the courage to honor them. Together, we explore how I distinguish intuition from fear, what our bodies can tell us, and why signs shouldn’t replace our own inner knowing. I also share the questions that help me separate responsibility from over-responsibility. Sometimes guidance asks us to act. Sometimes it asks us to wait, speak, rest, or release. The practice is becoming quiet enough to listen and willing enough to take the next aligned step.

What We Explore

Fear screams, intuition whispers. I share how fear tends to demand certainty and keep changing its argument, while intuition often repeats the same simple truth.

Listening to the body. I explore patterns of contraction, depletion, expansion, and relief, while recognizing that our human bodies also need rest, care, and appropriate medical attention.

Signs and discernment. I love angel numbers, dreams, songs, and synchronicities, but a sign isn’t a substitute for sovereignty. We still have choices to make.

Responsibility versus over-responsibility. I can communicate clearly, set a boundary, and love someone without controlling their response or living their life for them.

Guidance without a guarantee. I’m learning to trust the next step without needing the entire map—and to remember that discomfort doesn’t automatically mean leave.

A Practice to Try

Sit quietly, breathe, and put your feet on the ground. Ask yourself one question at a time, pausing to listen:

What do I know to be true?

What am I afraid of?

What actually feels true underneath that?

What’s mine to do next?

The answer may be rest, wait, speak, ask for help, say no, or say yes. Before immediately questioning or intellectualizing it, see whether you can simply sit with it.

This Week’s Reflection

What has my higher self been quietly trying to tell me that I keep asking spirit to say louder?

What’s mine to do with what I already know?

When You Can't Unknow What You Know | S05.E0429 Sep 202600:30:55

How do I know when a soul contract or season is complete? In this episode, I explore the difference between discomfort that helps me grow and the dissonance I feel when I keep overriding what I know is true. I share what I learned as my marriage changed, including why grief and peace can exist at the same time. I also offer questions to sit with before deciding whether to stay, repair, change my part in a pattern, or let go. An ending doesn’t erase the love or growth that came before it. Sometimes honoring what was means allowing it to take a new form.

Five key points

I can’t use discomfort alone as proof that it’s time to leave; growth can feel uncomfortable, too.

I look for repeating patterns and ask how my own participation might need to change.

I pay attention to whether staying requires me to keep abandoning myself.

I can feel sad about an ending and still know it’s the right choice for me.

I don’t need a villain to recognize that a relationship or season is complete.

 Stop Re-enrolling in Earth School | S05.E0322 Sep 202600:30:29

Where in my life do I already know the lesson—but keep waiting for permission to live it?

In this episode, I share what it means to stop re-enrolling in Earth School after my soul has already learned the lesson. For years, I understood boundaries, codependency, and people-pleasing intellectually. But Spirit kept showing me that knowing isn’t the same as embodying.

I explore the difference between a spiritual curriculum and a spiritual loop, including the patterns that kept me over-functioning, rescuing, managing other people’s experiences, and treating their discomfort as my emergency. I also share the question that helped me separate love from responsibility: What’s mine to do—and what isn’t?

Graduation doesn’t mean leaving someone behind or deciding I’m better than they are. It means honoring every soul’s individual curriculum while releasing the version of myself who believed love required self-abandonment.

As you watch, consider where you may be repeating a familiar pattern even though your soul already knows the way forward. What would graduation look like—not someday, but now?

Key Takeaways

I cannot take another person’s test, complete their homework, or carry them across their graduation stage.

Knowing a pattern is not the same as embodying the lesson; graduation happens when I choose and behave differently.

I can love someone deeply without absorbing their fear, solving their problems, or preventing their consequences.

Interdependence allows two whole people to support one another without either person abandoning themselves.

I do not need to reject or shame an old version of myself to outgrow it; I can thank it, bless it, and let it retire.

What’s Your Heaven? by Rebecca Rosen

Love Without Holding On | S05.E0215 Sep 202601:02:21

What if the end of a marriage doesn’t have to mean the end of love?

In this deeply personal conversation, Rebecca sits down with her former husband, Chris, to share both sides of their Sacred Transition. Together, they reflect on the individual healing journeys that ultimately changed their marriage—and how they moved from married to divorced while preserving love, respect, compassion, and the family they created together.

Chris opens up about experiencing a dark night of the soul, confronting long-held wounds around worthiness and safety, and the healing work that helped him find his way forward. Rebecca shares how his transformation became a mirror for her own patterns of codependency, people-pleasing, porous boundaries, and trying to manage the people and energy around her.

They explore nervous-system regulation, the difference between supporting and rescuing, evolving forms of love, and what it means to take responsibility for your part in a relationship without making the other person wrong.

Their marriage may be complete, but they don’t see it as a failure. Instead, Rebecca and Chris ask a different question: What if the measure of a relationship isn’t simply how long it lasts, but who you become because of it?

Sometimes love asks us to stay and do the work. Sometimes love asks us to let go. The wisdom is knowing the difference.

The Hardest Decision I’ve Had to Make | S05.E0108 Sep 202600:38:44

In this deeply personal episode, I’m sharing one of the hardest transitions of my life: the end of my marriage to Chris and the journey that led us to consciously uncouple.

This wasn’t a decision made from a lack of love. It was a journey of learning to trust my intuition, recognize patterns of codependency, honor what my body and soul were telling me, and understand that sometimes a relationship can be complete without being a failure.

If you’re moving through your own sacred transition—whether in a relationship, career, home, or another chapter of your life—I hope my story encourages you to listen to what your soul has been trying to tell you and trust your own path.

Outgrowing What Once Fit | S04.E2027 Jan 202600:37:15

Are unhealthy relationships always rooted in childhood wounds? Do life lessons ever really end? And what happens to our closest relationships as we heal and evolve?

In this listener-led episode, Rebecca answers powerful questions about relationships, soul growth, self-love, codependency, parenting, and spiritual alignment. She explores when a relationship is truly misaligned versus when it’s simply part of our soul’s growth, how boundaries are an act of spiritual maturity, and why not every painful dynamic needs to be traced back to the past.

Rebecca also shares spirit-guided insight on soul contracts, evolving partnerships, healing generational patterns, soulmate connections, and how to love yourself in real, embodied ways beyond positive self-talk. This episode is a compassionate reminder that growth doesn’t require perfection — just presence, discernment, and the courage to honor where you are now.

Trinity Channeling: What Your Soul Already Knows | S04.E1920 Jan 202600:53:22

In this episode, I’m joined by my dear friend and soul sister Katie as we open the space for a Trinity channeling—a collective of higher consciousness connected to divine source, unity, and unconditional love. Together, we revisit a practice we began years ago in our meditation group, allowing questions from Katie and others to guide the energy and the messages that come through.

These messages are meant to be both informational and energetic—an invitation to listen not just with your mind, but with your heart.

The Spiritual Toolbox - Cleansing Energy with Crystal Bowls & Your Voice | S04.E1706 Jan 202600:52:23

In this episode, I’m joined in person by master sound healer, recording artist, and author Tryshe Dhevney for a deep, grounded conversation about sound as one of the most powerful tools we have for self-regulation, healing, and embodiment. Over the past 18 months, sound has become a foundational part of my own self-healing journey, especially in learning how to regulate my nervous system and reconnect with my body.

Tryshe and I explore what sound healing really is, how sound works at a cellular and energetic level, and why your voice—yes, your voice—is one of the most accessible and overlooked healing tools available to you. We talk about resonance, safety in the body, manifestation, and how sound bypasses the mind and gently brings us back into alignment.

We also discuss crystal singing bowls, why they are such a powerful instrument for our time, and how you can work with sound even if you don’t have access to bowls—through humming, listening, or simple vocalization. Tryshe closes the episode by guiding us through a short sound journey so you can experience the medicine of sound for yourself.

You’re Not Here to Fix Everyone | S04.E1616 Dec 202500:26:40

In this episode of Small Medium at Large, Rebecca answers listener questions about boundaries, over-functioning, and the deep exhaustion that comes from always being the helper. She speaks directly to empaths, Enneagram Nines, and anyone who struggles with guilt, people-pleasing, or the urge to fix and save others—especially family members and children. Rebecca explores why setting boundaries can feel destabilizing, how to stay grounded when others react strongly to your growth, and how to step out of over-responsibility without abandoning love. Through spirit-led guidance and practical tools, she reminds us that boundaries aren’t about pushing people away—they’re about coming back to ourselves and creating healthier, more honest connections.

Key Takeaways

Boundaries are an act of love, not punishment. You can care deeply about someone and still choose distance if the relationship is harming your well-being.

Over-empathy often turns into over-responsibility. Just because you can carry something doesn’t mean it’s yours to carry.

Guilt doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. Discomfort is often a sign you’re breaking old patterns, not failing at love.

You are responsible to others, not for them. This is especially important when releasing the need to fix, save, or heal loved ones—including your children.

Spirit can help you stay aligned. Inviting guidance, noticing body signals, and practicing energetic release can help you recognize when you’re slipping back into over-functioning.

Are You the Helper in Your Life? How to Heal the Pattern with Katie Burke | S04.E1509 Dec 202500:53:59

If you’re the one everyone turns to — the strong one, the reliable one, the empath, the fixer, the helper — this episode is for you. Rebecca and her dear friend Katie Burke dive into what Rebecca calls the helper wound: the quiet pattern of overgiving, over-functioning, and putting everyone else first until you’re drained, resentful, or disconnected from yourself. Together they unpack why so many intuitive, caring people fall into this cycle, how it shows up in everyday life, and how to start healing it without closing your heart. Through personal stories, spiritual insights, and practical tools, this conversation helps you understand why you feel the way you feel — and how to finally create boundaries, listen to your own needs, and give from a place of fullness instead of exhaustion.

Trinity Channeling: Remembering Your I AM Presence | S04.E1402 Dec 202500:21:42

In this episode, Rebecca opens the space for a rare and powerful channeled transmission from the Trinity — a collective of higher-consciousness beings connected to divine source. Unlike mediumship, this channeling brings through universal wisdom meant to support anyone navigating awakening, alignment, and the shift into higher consciousness. The Trinity speaks directly to listeners about remembering their inner authority, releasing old programming, embracing the new earth frequency, and reclaiming their light. This message is an invitation to reconnect with your I AM presence, trust your soul path, and step into a more aligned, authentic way of being.

Q&A: Generational Trauma, Inner Child Work, and Spirit Support | S04.E1325 Nov 202500:29:18

In this Q&A episode, Rebecca takes on some of the most tender questions she receives—from healing after abusive or absent parents to cutting ancestral cords, reparenting yourself, and supporting teens on their own inner journey. She explains what happens on the other side when our parents were deeply wounded and harmful in this life, and how we can very slowly and safely let in their spiritual support—without bypassing our pain or erasing what happened. Rebecca also walks through generational trauma, how to recognize patterns that didn’t start with you, and how to work with intention, ritual, and your spirit team to help heal the line. You’ll hear a grounded introduction to inner child work and Internal Family Systems (IFS), simple ways to start reparenting yourself day-to-day, and how to know where to even begin when it feels like everything needs healing. If you’ve ever wondered how to feel less alone with your story and more supported by spirit, this conversation is for you.

The Power of Pause and Internal Realignment with Gabrielle “Gabby” Bernstein | S04.E1218 Nov 202500:30:40

Rebecca sits down with her dear friend Gabrielle “Gabby” Bernstein to explore how Internal Family Systems (IFS) can help us pause, realign, and lead from Self—our calm, clear, compassionate inner guidance. They unpack the language of “parts” (managers and firefighters), why no part of us is “bad,” and how spiritual reparenting, journaling, and daily check-ins can transform codependency, people-pleasing, and over-functioning into presence, creativity, and faith. You’ll hear practical steps to build spiritual fitness, strengthen your intuitive channel, and move from fear to love—especially in uncertain times.

Five Key Takeaways:

IFS in plain English: We all carry “parts”—protector patterns from childhood (managers & firefighters). Healing is befriending them so Self-energy (calm, clear, courageous, compassionate) can lead.

No bad parts: Addictions, control, people-pleasing, and dissociation are exhausted protectors trying to keep us safe. When they feel your compassion, they relax and transform.

The Four-Step Check-In: 1) Choose to check in, not check out. 2) Get curious (where is it in the body? what thoughts/sensations?). 3) Compassionately ask the part, “What do you need?” 4) Check for the “C-qualities” of Self. Rinse and repeat.

Spiritual fitness = clear channel: As protectors soften, intuition strengthens. Self-energy opens creativity, childlike joy, and clearer guidance from spirit and your guides.

Reparenting in practice: Weekly IFS therapy, simple daily check-ins, and journaling (“let it out”/“rage on the page”) are grounded ways to move from codependency to sovereignty and stay steady in shifting times.

Q&A: Energy Boundaries, Cleansing & Living as the Light | S04.E1111 Nov 202500:31:47

In this Q&A, Rebecca breaks down how to support others without absorbing their emotions, why “observe, don’t absorb” is a non-negotiable for empaths and recovering codependents, and the daily practices that keep your field clear. She walks you through simple energetic hygiene—blue-light deprogramming, salt baths, grounding, breath, sound—and offers fast resets you can use anytime. You’ll also learn how to spot and release draining energetic cords, set loving boundaries (hello, golden bubble), and embody the frequency of light so you naturally elevate the people around you.

5 Key Takeaways:

Observe, don’t absorb: Compassionate detachment lets you be present without carrying someone else’s pain.

Daily energetic hygiene matters: Try blue-light deprogramming, salt baths, grounding, breathwork, sound, and smudging.

Sound for quick clearing: Tuning forks, singing bowls, humming/chanting, or 432/528 Hz tracks can rapidly reset your field.

Cord cutting + re-patterning: Release draining attachments, replace the underlying belief, set boundaries, and call your energy back.

Be the light: You don’t have to convince anyone to “ascend”—your steady, loving presence is the invitation.

Jakki Leonardini-Smith - The Empath’s Prescription | S04.E1004 Nov 202500:56:46

Rebecca and energy healer Jakki Leonardini-Smith unpack what it means to be a sensitive soul—and how to actually care for your energy. They explore the four kinds of sensitivity (emotional, energetic, sensory, intuitive), why regulation and self-awareness go hand-in-hand, and simple tools to “call your energy back,” set compassionate boundaries, and shift from shadow to light. You’ll learn a color-based practice (gold, green, royal blue, neon blue, and copper) to cleanse, fill, and focus your field—plus a five-minute daily routine you can use anytime to get grounded, connected, and protected.

Key points:

Observe, don’t absorb: First ask, “Does this energy belong to me?” If not, send it out and call your energy back.

Self-care = self-aware: Fragmentation from over-absorbing creates anxiety; centering restores coherence and calm.

Quick reset: Three deep breaths + the declaration “Any energy not mine must leave now” can instantly shift your state.

Color medicine:

Gold (divinity/love) to fill; Green (creative earth) to expand; Royal Blue to purify; Neon/Electric Blue for clarity; Copper/Earth to ground.

Bonus: Christ-force “blue flame” for strength, forgiveness, and steady boundaries.

5-minute daily practice: Run a golden rod down the spine, create a golden vortex to clear, call your energy into a golden sun (then orange to purify), say your name three times, and set a simple intention for the day.

Q&A - Finding Joy Through Grief, Raising Your Vibration, and Choosing Light | S04.E0928 Oct 202500:26:44

In this Q&A episode, Rebecca Rosen shares spirit-led insight on some of life’s hardest emotional lessons—grief, forgiveness, and maintaining your light. She offers practical spiritual tools to help you honor your grief, regulate your nervous system, and choose light even when others around you are struggling. With real-life stories and grounded guidance, Rebecca reminds us that we are all spiritual beings navigating a human journey, and that peace, joy, and forgiveness are always within reach when we invite Spirit in.

5 Key Takeaways

Grief isn’t linear—waves of sadness can return as new layers of healing arise. Let yourself feel them fully so they can move through you.

Ask Spirit for signs—inviting divine communication can shift you quickly from pain into gratitude and hope.

Regulate your nervous system—yin yoga, sound healing, or time in nature can help restore balance and open your connection to Spirit.

Hold your vibration—choose to observe, not absorb, the energy of others; remember, light has the power to uplift shadow.

Practice forgiveness—use the Ho’oponopono prayer (“I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you”) to clear guilt and open your heart.

Sacred Selfishness | S04.E0821 Oct 202500:32:13

In this solo episode, Rebecca reframes “selfish” as sacred, making the case that real self-care is energetic responsibility—not ego. She shares how depletion shows up (irritability, resentment, leaks in our energy) and offers simple daily practices to refill your cup, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with your true self so you can live—and give—from alignment.

Five key takeaways

Sacred selfishness ≠ ego: Choosing yourself first is devotion to spirit within and benefits everyone around you.

From depletion to devotion: Burnout is a signal; daily micro-rituals (even 5–10 minutes) keep your cup full.

Energetic hygiene basics: Try “run your energy,” shower-as-light cleanse, cord cutting with Archangel Michael, and a golden bubble of protection.

Boundaries without guilt: If it’s not a full-body yes, it may be a sacred no—or a pause. “Pause, feel, respond” > people-pleasing.

Solo soul time: Nature walks, journaling, and meditation recharge your “soul battery” and make intuition clearer.

CHANNELING: Remembering Your Divine Nature | S04.E0714 Oct 202500:23:28

In this episode Rebecca opens as a conscious channel for the Trinity — a unified stream of higher-consciousness guidance — and shares a clear, gentle transmission about remembering our divine nature, shifting out of ego-driven struggle, and choosing an easier, higher timeline. The Trinity invites listeners to daily practices (prayer, attunement, sound, movement, color) that help the body and consciousness receive light codes, release density, and step into more flow, joy, and discernment. Listen with your heart as much as your mind; this episode is both a soothing reminder and a practical nudge to start and end each day by claiming your I AM presence.

Q&A | S04.E0607 Oct 202500:30:36

In this episode, Rebecca unpacks one of the most overlooked parts of spiritual growth: the descent before the ascent. She explains why shadow work, ego death, and ascension symptoms are not signs of failure but essential stages of our evolution. Rebecca shares how to recognize and move through these intense phases with compassion, practical tools, and divine support, reminding us that the messy middle is what prepares us for expansion into our truest, most radiant selves.

Key Points:

The descent is sacred — True ascension requires facing our shadows, not bypassing them.

Shadow work = soul work — Repressed emotions and old beliefs must be integrated, not denied, for authentic wholeness.

Ascension symptoms are real — Physical, emotional, and energetic shifts (like fatigue, mood swings, or strange dreams) often signal spiritual expansion.

Ego death feels intense but leads to rebirth — Shedding outdated identities and roles opens the doorway to higher consciousness.

Grounding practices help — Tools like barefoot grounding, breathwork, EFT tapping, affirmations, hydration, and play support the process.

Trust The Upgrade | S04.E0530 Sep 202500:20:42

In this episode, Rebecca unpacks what Ascension and 5D really mean, why shadow work is such a crucial part of the process, and how to recognize when you’re aligned with higher frequencies of love, harmony, and unity. She also explains timelines, timeline jumping, and what it means to live your version of Heaven on Earth right now.

Five Key Points:

1. Ascension & 5D, defined: Ascension is shedding ego and elevating consciousness; 5D is a love-based state of unity, harmony, and oneness (vs. 3D fear and separation).

2. Shadow rises with light: More light exposes what’s been repressed—anger, shame, unworthiness—so it can be seen, healed, and released.

3. Allow, don’t force: You can’t “muscle” ascension. Surrender and follow intuitive flow; forcing is ego, allowing is higher self.

4. Staying in 5D is a practice: Expect ebbs and flows. Daily intention entrains your vibration so 5D becomes your set point; use tools like “wings on, bubble wrap, rooted.”

5. Timelines & jumping: Timelines are potential destinies. If life feels stuck or heavy, choose again—heal, set boundaries, align with love—and you’ll “jump” to a higher, easeful path.

Our focus this season was my latest book, WYH, serving as your guide to experience Heaven on Earth - an inherent purpose often blocked by past traumas and unhealthy patterns.

We've delved into the notion of Earth as a school where we learn and teach specific life lessons or assignments we've chosen for ourselves. The season's overarching aim: cleanse our Karma, resolve our lingering issues, and embrace a life marked by grace, ease, and joy instead of pain and struggle, embodying a truly heavenly existence.

Hopefully, this season has equipped you with wisdom and inspiration to further your soul's evolution into realms of expanded light and love.

Channeling the Trinity | Small Medium at Large S02.E0930 May 202301:01:18

In this episode, Rebecca shares her spiritual journey with her long-time friend, Katie Burke. Together, they share their experiences of personal growth, spirituality, and the discovery of channeling. The episode concludes with a channeling with the Trinity.

Questions answered by Trinity in this episode:

Could you please describe the time and space between our incarnations?

What is the ultimate goal for us learning lessons in the earth school and raising our frequency?

Do experiences have to be hard and painful in order to learn from and can we ask for an easier road and still elevate even if we originally put something in our life plan?

Do we choose our human vessel and all of its physical characteristics?

Do we really have our memories of past lives?

Can we uncover our soul's purpose by following what lights us up?

Do we have soul circles that we travel through many lifetimes with?

What Is Déjà vu?

When we recognize a pattern in our life but struggle with identifying WHAT is the lesson we are supposed to learn, how would you advise we figure out WHAT that lesson is?

Raising Consciousness: The Incarnation of Highly Evolved Souls | Small Medium at Large S02.E0816 May 202300:25:42

In the episode Rebbeca answers questions related to soul contracts, the journey of spirits after death, our predetermined exit points, and the incarnation of highly evolved souls. I explain how abusive relationships might serve as soul contracts, providing challenging yet invaluable lessons on establishing boundaries and self-worth. I discuss the ebb and flow of spirit presence after death, explaining that the sense of their absence does not necessarily mean they have moved on completely. We explore the concept of exit points in our soul contracts, which are potential opportunities for our souls to leave the body once our earthly mission is completed. Finally, I explain the idea of angels incarnating, clarifying that highly evolved souls, not angels, are incarnating more frequently now to raise the planet's consciousness to a higher place of love and light.
