| Ep 236: How to Tell If a Boutique Buyer Is Real: 2 Questions to Ask | 16 sept. 2026 | 00:14:49 | |
A boutique owner walks up to your booth, says “I love these, send me your line sheet,” and then goes silent for three weeks. If you’ve been there, you probably decided the silence meant your product wasn’t good enough. In this episode, Andee shows you why “I love this” is a social signal and not a buying signal, and gives you two questions you can ask any store owner, at a market or in your DMs, to find out in under a minute whether she has a real place and a real time for your product. You’ll learn exactly what a real answer sounds like, what a polite answer sounds like, and what to do with each one so you stop pouring full effort and full hope into buyers who were never going to order.
• “I love this,” “do you wholesale,” and “send me your line sheet” are things a nice person says when she likes your work. They are also sometimes the opening line of a real buyer. You cannot tell which from the words, because the words are identical. • A real buyer has a shelf and a calendar. If she has both, she’s real. If she’s missing one, she’s a maybe. If she’s missing both, she’s a fan, and fans don’t get a line sheet and three weeks of your attention. • The shelf question, “Where do you see this in your store?”, does two jobs. It qualifies her, and it gets her picturing your product next to her register before you’ve sold anything. • The calendar question, “When are you bringing in new product next?”, turns follow-up into an appointment. When she’s given you the date, checking back is professional, and you’re no longer guessing at timing. • Most of the emotional damage in wholesale comes from unqualified hope, not rejection. Two questions let you decide how much of your time and heart to hand over before you hand it over. | Ep 235: 3 Things to Say When You're Asked for a Discount | 09 sept. 2026 | 00:15:34
A buyer loves your line, wants to order, and then asks if you can “do a little better” on price. Most makers cave in the first ten seconds, and every cave teaches that retailer your price sheet is a starting point. In this short episode, Andee gives you three exact things to say instead, in the order to say them, so you can hold your wholesale price, keep the account, and stop handing over margin to make an awkward moment go away. It works in a buyer’s inbox, in your DMs, and at a market table. KEY TAKEAWAYS • Nobody negotiates on something they don’t want. A discount request means the buyer has already decided to carry your product and is now working on the deal, which puts you in a stronger position than you feel. • The first move is a question, not a concession. “Tell me more about that” reveals whether the ask is budget, risk, or reflex, and each of those needs a different answer. Many habit asks end right there. • Hold your price by connecting it to her outcome, never by explaining your costs. Retail price, keystone margin, sell-through timing, and “everyone pays the same” do more for trust than any discount. • When you do concede, trade instead of discounting. Lower first-order minimum, free shipping at a threshold, a tester and display card, or a reorder bonus all cost less than margin and get something back. • A retailer who only buys at a discount is a leak, not an account. Holding your price is how you find out which one she is. | Ep 234: The Most Expensive Mistake in Your Business Is Undercharging | 02 sept. 2026 | 00:36:18
This one is a first for the feed. Four women, four completely different businesses, one microphone, and the topic most of us circle for years without landing on: what to charge. Andee is joined by Jan Touchberry, Lindsay Fletcher, and Gabe Cox for an unscripted roundtable on pricing. They get into why the fear runs so deep, what actually happens to your business when you price low to feel safe, how consumers read a low price, and the specific methods each of them uses to set a number and then raise it. There is a lot of practical strategy in here. There is also a candid conversation about faith, ministry, and money that most business podcasts will not touch, including why several of them believe charging well is not the opposite of serving well. If you have been sitting on a price change for months, this is the episode that gets you off the fence.
• [01:03] The experiment: four business owners, one roundtable, and why they wanted to do it this way • [02:29] Why pricing keeps coming up in the mastermind, and why it hits women harder • [03:14] Gabe on the first fear: can I actually charge this, and will anyone pay it • [03:48] Lindsay adds the second fear, the one underneath: once they pay, I have to deliver • [04:10] Andee on why a no feels personal when you built the thing yourself • [06:29] Lindsay on the belief that helping and charging cannot coexist, and where burnout comes from • [09:10] Gabe on the ministry guilt, and what actually happened when she coached for free • [11:28] Andee on Proverbs 31:18 and what "her trading is profitable" is doing in scripture • [12:44] Lindsay on what changes in a community when women hold the money • [16:17] Andee on pricing psychology: the washing machine test and what a low price signals • [18:01] Gabe on starting at the high end instead of the bottom, and why you need three clients, not three thousand • [20:46] How to raise your prices: the last-chance window and over-communicating the change
• Jan Touchberry (host) is a brand and website specialist. • Lindsay Fletcher helps women learn to sell and lead sales conversations with confidence. • Andee Hart helps women with product-based businesses get onto retail shelves through wholesale. • Gabe Cox is a goal planning and business strategist for faith-fueled entrepreneurs who want to market beyond the social media grind. | Ep 233: Hiring for Growth: The 1st Person You Should Hire to Win Back Your Time | 26 août 2026 | 00:12:10
You’ve got a beautiful product line. You’re selling online, maybe at weekend markets, and you’ve landed your first few wholesale accounts. And yet you’ve hit a ceiling — not because you ran out of ideas, but because you ran out of hours. In this short but pointed solo episode, Andee walks through why so many product-based business owners stall out right at the moment things start working, the first hire almost everyone makes (and why it’s backwards), and the one hire that actually gives you your business (and your evenings) back. This is not a “just work harder” episode. This is a calendar problem, and you cannot out-hustle a calendar problem.
1. Track your actual working hours for one week — don’t estimate, track. 2. Sort every task into Only Me / Anyone With a Checklist. 3. Add up Column 2. That’s your job description. 4. Write one checklist for your packing and shipping process, with a photo of a finished order. 5. Post for 5–10 hours a week of help. Local part-timer, student, or VA. | Ep 232: How to Quit Your Job and Sell Your Products Full-Time: The 3-Move Salary Roadmap | 19 août 2026 | 00:11:58
If you’ve ever done the late-night math on your product business — added up a strong sales weekend, multiplied it out, and wondered if it could ever replace your paycheck — this episode is your roadmap. Andee breaks down why product income feels so unpredictable and why the answer isn’t to sell more. It’s to change the shape of your revenue so it stops behaving like a lucky streak and starts behaving like a salary. Drawing on her own story of quitting a 17-year sales career in 2023 after she started wholesaling her candle brand, she walks through the exact three moves that turn scattered, one-off sales into steady, recurring income. Key Takeaways • Your income problem is usually a shape problem, not an amount problem — one-off sales start you back at zero every single month. • Name your “replacement number” before you do anything else: your monthly take-home pay plus what your job quietly covers (health insurance, retirement, withheld taxes). • You almost certainly can’t replace a salary one random stranger at a time — you’ll burn out first. The closest thing to a paycheck in a product business is a repeat account, not a customer. • Price retail-ready with math, not fear: your wholesale price should be roughly half your retail price and still leave you profit. If it doesn’t, that’s information you need now — while it’s cheap to fix. • Land one account and you learn the script; by the fifth, you’ve built a machine that produces predictable orders whether or not you felt inspired that week. Resources Mentioned The Retail Ready Challenge ($25) — walks you through how to find, pitch, and win your first or next wholesale account. | Ep 231: A Retailer & Wholesale Brand Owner on What Really Sells with Lauren Rauter | 12 août 2026 | 00:39:38
Lauren Rauter has one of the rarest vantage points in the product world: she’s both a retailer and a brand. She opened her boutique, Rock Paper Scissors, in downtown Franklin, Tennessee back in 2003 — and then turned two decades of retail-floor instinct into a thriving wholesale business now spanning three brands. In this episode, she pulls back the curtain on how living on both sides of the sale shapes everything: what she makes, how she prices it, how she shows up on Faire, and how she treats the retailers who carry her. It’s a masterclass in selling from the buyer’s point of view — plus an honest, funny look at imposter syndrome, pivoting through hard seasons, and building a business alongside her family. KEY TAKEAWAYS ● Build from the buyer’s side of the table. Before you make a product, ask what a retailer will actually reorder — not just what looks cute in a flat lay. If you’d get stuck with it, so will they. ● Price for the customer you actually have. The “right” price isn’t the highest or the lowest — it’s the one your specific buyer says yes to. Know your niche and price into it. ● On Faire, story sells before product does. Buyers decide in seconds based on your look, your lifestyle, and the feeling you evoke. Merchandise your page like a shop window. ● Loyalty is built one thank-you at a time. Reorders come from retailers who feel genuinely appreciated — treat every order like an honor, because it is. ● Pivoting is what keeps you alive. Every hard season (recession, COVID, a lost account) pushed Lauren into a new revenue channel. Don’t give up — adjust. GUEST OFFER FOR SHE SELLS DIFFERENTLY LISTENERS Use code ANDEE10 on Faire for 10% off orders of $150+ — valid across all three of Lauren’s brands: Rock Paper Scissors, Pip & Co., and Pop Squish Co. | Ep 230: The Legal Foundations Every Product Brand Needs to Scale | 05 août 2026 | 00:30:34
You can pour years into building a product brand — the name, the packaging, the look customers recognize on sight — and never stop to ask whether any of it is actually yours to keep. In this episode, attorney Amber Gilormo, founder of The Boutique Lawyer, breaks down the legal foundations every product-based business needs before it scales: the one protection she tells every client to set up first, what a real wholesale contract has to cover, and the single most common (and most expensive) mistake she sees product sellers make. It’s a plain-English, zero-jargon conversation about turning “the scary business stuff” into the very thing that lets you sell with confidence. KEY TAKEAWAYS • Form your LLC first. It’s the firewall between you personally and your business’s debts and liabilities — and the peace of mind that lets you actually dig into growth. • A contract isn’t distrust; it’s a service to your buyer. Clear wholesale terms (pricing tiers, minimums, net terms, damaged or late shipments, returns and restocks) protect the relationship and help it grow. • Selling B2B raises the stakes. Bigger orders mean more money on the table when something goes wrong, so clarity in your wholesale agreement matters more than ever. • Clear your brand name before you scale. Search it before someone else’s trademark forces a costly rebrand — and remember, two similar names can coexist if you’re not in the same space (Dove Chocolate vs. Dove Soap). • Awareness is 90% of the battle. Use free tools to spot issues early so you can act on your timeline — not someone else’s cease-and-desist. • Protection creates boldness. When your legal house is in order, you feel safe enough to take the risks growth requires — and you’re set up for a clean exit if you ever sell. | Ep 229: Grow Your Business Without Social Media: The “Anti-Social” Strategy That Built 7 Figures | 29 juil. 2026 | 00:31:35
Holly Haynes built a 7-figure business — and eventually retired both herself and her husband — without ever leaning on daily posting or dancing on reels. A former Fortune 500 strategist who started her company in the middle of the 2020 pandemic while working full-time and raising twins, Holly built everything around a simple idea: social media is the sidecar, not the engine. In this episode, she breaks down her “anti-social” approach — the home base, email, SEO, and offline strategy that actually move revenue — and the mindset shift that lets quiet, sustainable marketing outsell the hustle. KEY TAKEAWAYS • Social media is a sidecar, not the engine. Before you post another thing, look at your data and ask where your sales actually came from. • Build a “home base” — one piece of consistent long-form content (podcast, blog, YouTube, Substack) on the platform you genuinely enjoy — then repurpose it outward. • Email is a sales engine. Holly credits 71% of her revenue to email and trains her list to expect (and reply to) her. • SEO now includes AI. Create content that answers buyer questions and objections so search engines — and tools like ChatGPT — recommend you to the right people. • Redefine success around the life you want first, then build the business and systems to fund it. Boundaries and rest can grow revenue, not shrink it. | Ep 228: Burnt Out or Plateaued? Check These 3 Business Foundations First | 22 juil. 2026 | 00:10:21
Andee is recording this one from the road, driving home from a weekend in Nashville with a friend she had not seen in years. What started as a kitchen-table conversation about a career crossroads turned into the clearest explanation she has given of the PEG method: the three foundations she believes every business is built on, and the reason so many good business owners stall out without ever understanding why. If your business has plateaued, if growth feels heavier than it should, or if you have quietly wondered whether you are even in the right lane, this episode gives you language for it. It is short, it is honest, and it will probably make you want to call someone who knows you well. KEY TAKEAWAYS • Passion, experience, and God-given talent are the three foundations that let you build a standard of excellence. Remove one and the whole thing gets wobbly, no matter how good your strategy is. • Missing passion does not make you bad at the work. It makes you burn out doing it, because entrepreneurship is a roller coaster and passion is what carries you through the dips. • Experience is developable and it is not measured in years. It is measured in whether you have enough of it to hold a standard of excellence. • God-given talent is the one you cannot manufacture, and it is the one you are worst at spotting in yourself. The people closest to you have been telling you what it is for years. • A plateau is often a foundation problem wearing a strategy costume. Before you buy another course, audit which of the three is actually missing. • Capability is not the same as calling. You can be good at something and still be in the wrong lane. schedule a 1:1 call with Andee here. | Ep 227: Your "Slow" Month Might be your Best One (but You're Ignoring this One Thing) | 15 juil. 2026 | 00:08:50
Ever feel like you’re working hard on your shop but just guessing at what actually moves the needle? In this quick episode, Andee pulls back the curtain on the one thing most product-based business owners avoid — their data — and shows why that avoidance is quietly capping their growth. Through two real client stories, she reveals how the right numbers turn “I think” into “I know,” and how that shift creates clarity, strategy, and sales. This is a permission slip to stop flying blind, told with zero shame (Andee’s been guilty of it too). KEY TAKEAWAYS • You can’t grow strategically or sustainably while ignoring your data — guessing isn’t a strategy. • A high conversion rate on low views is a hidden goldmine: people already want the product; it just needs more eyes. • Optimize listings with the keywords retailers actually search, then test the conversion rate in 2–4 weeks to confirm visibility went up without conversion dropping. • Your assumptions about your business (“that month is always slow”) are often wrong — the data tells the real story. • Don’t ignore the data, but don’t hate it either. It’s the source of clarity and strategic direction. | Ep 226: The Wholesale CEO Mindset: 5 Shifts Every Product Business Owner Needs | 08 juil. 2026 | 00:19:01
👉🏼 Apply for the Faire Accelerator Most product-based business owners who struggle with wholesale aren't struggling because their products aren't good enough. They're struggling because they're still operating from the wrong identity. In this episode, Andee Hart names the maker-to-CEO gap that quietly caps wholesale growth, and delivers five practical, identity-level shifts to close it.
• The gap between makers who stall and wholesale brands that grow is rarely about products — it's about identity. • Your wholesale pricing must be built from COGS up, not from feelings or competitor comparison. If a retailer keystones your price and your margins collapse, you have a foundation problem. • Writing out your product's 'retail case' — why a boutique owner needs it, what it does for her customers and her bottom line — is the fastest way to replace hope with certainty. • A sales system doesn't have to be complicated. Answer five questions: Who am I targeting? How am I reaching out? What am I saying? How am I following up? What does my Faire shop do to convert? • You don't build confidence first and act later. You build the system, and the confidence comes from the action.

| Ep 225: How to Break Through to Your First $100K in Wholesale Revenue | 01 juil. 2026 | 00:14:58 | |
If you've been hustling to grow your wholesale revenue and still feel stuck, this episode is going to stop you in your tracks — in the best possible way. Andee Hart breaks down exactly why most product-based sellers stall out before hitting $100K in wholesale, and what separates the sellers who break through from the ones who stay stuck. This isn't a motivational pep talk. It's a roadmap, complete with real math, practical shifts, and an honest look at what a $100K wholesale business actually requires.
• The gap between where you are and $100K in wholesale is not a hustle gap. It is a strategy gap. • $100K sellers are not doing more things. They are doing the same things consistently, with a system behind them. • Retention is as important as acquisition. If you have 50 accounts reordering twice a year at $500 each, that is $50,000 in revenue from buyers you already have. • You cannot build a $100K wholesale business on guesswork. Knowing your average order value, your reorder rate, and your top-performing products is where the strategy starts. • The Faire 5 Framework moves through three phases: Foundation, Content Engine, and Flywheel. Each phase compounds on the last. Ready to reach your first (or next $100k) on Faire? Apply for the Faire Accelerator here. | Ep 224: Stop Losing Money Faire Market: 2 Pricing Hacks That Protect Your Margins | 24 juin 2026 | 00:13:47
If you've been opting into Faire market events and wondering why the orders aren't moving the needle, the answer probably isn't your products. It's your pricing. In this episode, Andee breaks down the two math hacks that allow product-based business owners to offer the Faire market discount confidently, attract new retail buyers, and still walk away with real profit. This is not a theory episode. You'll leave with a framework you can apply to your actual product line today.
• The market discount is not meant to come out of your profit. It should be a planned line item in your pricing from day one. • The Discount Stack Method teaches you to build your pricing from the bottom up: starting with your cost of goods, adding your target margin, then layering in your maximum potential discount before you ever set a retail price. • Every product in your Faire shop needs an internal floor price, which is the absolute minimum wholesale price you will accept, regardless of what discount is applied. • Before every Faire market event, audit your product list against your floor prices. Exclude anything that would fall below that number, or raise the base price before the event goes live. • Volume is only valuable when your margin is intact. Lots of orders at a loss is not a win. | Ep 223: How to Price Your Products So Buyers Say Yes with Jan Touchberry (Pt 2) | 17 juin 2026 | 00:32:12
If you have ever looked at your own pricing and felt a knot of guilt, this episode is going to feel like a conversation you needed to overhear. In Part 2 of Andee's talk with Jan Touchberry, they get specific about the thing most product based business owners quietly wrestle with: charging what their work is actually worth. They dig into why women in particular tend to undercharge, how to price around the buyer's return instead of your own costs, and why reaching for a discount can quietly cost you more than it earns. It is honest, practical, and full of reframes that change how you look at your next price. Episode highlights [00:00] The guilt that shows up the moment you set a price, and why we talk ourselves down. [03:50] The Proverbs 31 reframe: how charging your worth connects to provision and generosity. [09:39] Why you should sell the transformation, not the deliverable, told through a real wholesale example. [13:00] The $45 hat story: how strong branding gives you permission to charge more. [29:23] The pricing move that beats discounting every single time. Key takeaways 1. Price from the buyer's return on investment, not just your cost of goods. Start with the transformation your product creates, then work backward to a number that reflects it. 2. Your branding sets the price expectation before you say a word. When your visual presence matches who you serve, charging more feels earned instead of awkward. 3. Undercharging is often a control problem in disguise. You cannot guarantee a client does the work, and pricing low to feel responsible for their results only teaches people to undervalue what you offer. 4. Discounting trains the market to see you as the cheap option. If cash flow is the concern, offer a payment plan instead of cutting your price. 5. Your price is not permanent. Revisit it at least once a year, survey your ideal buyers, and do not be afraid to raise it as your value and the market shift. Resources and references mentioned • Part 1 of this conversation, on scarcity and provision thinking • Proverbs 31 episode (referenced in the pricing mindset discussion). • Base44, the AI "vibe coding" tools mentioned for building sales pages and calculators. • Jonathan Mast's AI training referenced for landing page prompts • Jan Touchberry, host of the Marketing Without Socials podcast Resources & Links 👉🏼 Apply for the Faire Accelerator 👉🏼 Grab your seat for the Retail Ready Wholesale Challenge. 👉🏼 Join the waitlist for my signature She Sells Wholesale course – doors open soon!

| Ep 222: Why You Keep Playing Small in Your Business (with Jan Touchberry) | 10 juin 2026 | 00:35:14 | |
If you have ever said yes to a wrong-fit client because you needed the money, or kept over-delivering and undercharging because it felt generous, this conversation is going to feel like we read your mind. Andee sits down with Jan Touchberry of the Marketing Without Socials podcast for an honest talk about scarcity: the mindset that quietly shapes how women entrepreneurs price, give, and grow. The surprising part is that scarcity almost never shows up as fear. It shows up as hustle, humility, and being the helpful one. This is Part 1 of a two-part conversation, with pricing getting its own deep dive next week. Episode Highlights • [00:00] Why scarcity rarely looks like fear, and what it looks like instead • [03:44] The early-business confession: saying yes to every client out of need • [10:07] The three places scarcity hides: pricing, discounting, and over-giving • [12:33] The line that stopped the room: “continue playing small” • [26:50] Why 10x is easier than 2x, and the 80% you need to let go of Key Takeaways • Scarcity disguises itself as virtue. The yes you give too quickly and the extra you throw in for free are often fear wearing a kinder face. • Not everyone is your customer. Chasing every low-fit yes drains the time and energy meant for the work you are actually called to do. • Playing small does not serve anyone. Shrinking your gifts robs you and the people who needed what only you could offer. • Money is a tool, not a verdict on your character. It is the love of money that is the warning, not money itself. • Simplicity scales. Cutting the 80% that drains you is what frees you to grow, not adding more to your plate. | Ep 221: The Faire Shop Audit You Haven't Done Yet: 5 Conversion Fixes | 03 juin 2026 | 00:20:21
Ready to grow your Faire Shop to $10k+ months? You opened your Faire analytics and the views are there. Hundreds, maybe thousands of shop visits this month. Retailers are finding you. But they are not clicking to purchase. They scroll your products and leave. No order. No favorites. Nothing.
Here is the thing: that is not a traffic problem or a product problem. That is a conversion problem. And conversion problems are almost always clarity problems. Confused retailers do not buy. They bounce.
In this episode, Andee breaks down five specific reasons retailers are visiting your Faire shop and walking away without placing an order. For each reason, she hands you the exact fix. This is the Faire shop audit you probably have not done yet.

| Ep 220: Your Hidden Revenue Source: Why Existing Retail Buyers Are Your Biggest Growth Opportunity | 27 mai 2026 | 00:09:48 | |
Ready to grow your Faire Shop to $10k+ months? What if your next revenue breakthrough isn't coming from a new audience, a new platform, or a new launch? What if it's already sitting inside your business, inside the list of people who already bought from you and loved what they got? In this episode, Andee challenges one of the most expensive habits product sellers carry: the obsession with new customers at the expense of the ones already in your corner. This is a short, strategic episode with a clear action step you can take this week.
• Selling to an existing customer is 5 to 7 times less expensive than acquiring a new one. The math alone should shift where you focus your energy. • Past buyers don't come back because life got busy, not because they didn't love your product. That is a follow-up problem, and it's fully fixable. • Your warm audience is your most valuable list. Every person who has ever purchased from you, on Faire, Etsy, Shopify, or at a market, already believes in what you make. • The 3-Move Reactivation Framework: (1) Identify your top 10 buyers from the last 6-12 months. (2) Send a personal message, not a newsletter blast. (3) Give them a reason to act now. • Sustainable revenue comes from tending the relationships you already have, not just chasing cold traffic. | Your Shopify Store Is Only Running at 30% — Here's How AI Changes That | 20 mai 2026 | 00:26:10
Your Shopify store has more horsepower than you think — and most product brand owners are using less than half of it. In this episode, Andee sits down with Deonnah Carolus, founder of Ecommerce Savvy and a decade-deep Shopify strategist, to unpack the AI tools already baked into the Shopify platform that product sellers are either ignoring or barely touching. This is not a tech-heavy episode. It's a practical, eye-opening conversation about what's actually possible when you stop avoiding the tools and start using them to sell smarter.
• Shopify Magic and Sidekick are two distinct tools: Magic handles product imagery and copy generation; Sidekick functions as an in-store data assistant and strategy partner. • Generic AI output comes from generic prompting. Building a brand brain inside your AI tool of choice — with your voice, customer profile, and brand assets uploaded — dramatically improves results. • You do not need a paid theme, an agency, or a technical background to get started on Shopify. The free Horizon theme is solid and the basic plan supports most sellers up to five figures in monthly revenue. • Your digital footprint matters more than ever. Social channels, a strong product data feed, and consistent online presence are what allow AI-powered search and shopping tools to surface your brand. • Avoiding AI does not protect you. Learning it, even at an hour a day, returns your sense of agency. As Deonnah put it: you automatically take your power back.

| Fear Disguised as Wisdom: Why Your Gut Instincts are Keeping You Stuck (And How to Change It) | 13 mai 2026 | 00:14:40 | |
In this episode, Andee challenges one of the most widely accepted pieces of advice in entrepreneurship: trust your gut. But your gut instinct is only as wise as the experiences you've had. If you've spent years selling at weekend markets but never pitched to a boutique buyer, your gut has no frame of reference for what's actually possible. In this episode, you'll learn the difference between genuine red flags and discomfort, why limited experience creates false confidence, and how to make decisions based on data instead of feelings. This conversation is for anyone who's stayed stuck at the same revenue level because they kept listening to the voice telling them "not yet." Key Takeaways:

| The Buyer That's Been Hiding in Your Inbox (And How Faire Just Made It Official) | 06 mai 2026 | 00:14:20 | |
If you sell on Faire, this episode is a must-listen. In April, Faire officially launched a verified Business Use buyer category, opening the door to a whole category of customers that most product sellers have already been serving informally through email threads and one-off invoices: hotels, corporate gift buyers, wellness studios, event companies, and more. In this episode, Andee breaks down exactly what changed, why it matters more than most sellers will realize, and the three specific moves you can make this week to capture margin you have already earned.
[0:00] Introduction: the buyer hiding in plain sight [1:45] What Faire's Business Use category is and who it includes [4:10] How these buyers differ from your typical retail accounts [6:30] Why the revenue is real but the system is broken [9:15] Faire Direct: zero commission and what it actually means for your margin [12:00] How Faire Direct also boosts your Faire shop visibility [14:30] Three action moves to make this week [17:00] The bigger picture: building wholesale revenue that compounds Resources & Links 👉🏼 Apply for the Faire Accelerator 👉🏼 Grab your seat for the Retail Ready Wholesale Challenge. 👉🏼 Join the waitlist for my signature She Sells Wholesale course – doors open soon!

| Why You Can't Stop Procrastinating (And It Has Nothing to Do With Motivation) | 29 avr. 2026 | 00:32:06 | |
You know what you need to do. You might even know how. So what's actually getting in the way? In this episode of She Sells Differently, Andee sits down with Robin Emdon, known as the Procrastination Slayer and the Momentum Architect, to pull back the curtain on why product-based business owners stall on the work that matters most. This is not a pep talk. This is a research-backed, honest conversation about the missing piece that no productivity app can replace. Key Takeaways • Procrastination is not a motivation problem -- it's a structure and accountability problem. The fix starts there. • External accountability works because we are wired as social, herd-instinct animals. We cannot empathize with an app. We can let down a real person. • Research from Dominican University of California found that people with full accountability structures achieved 33% more of their goals than those without -- in just one month. • Productivity that doesn't move you toward your actual vision is just dopamine in disguise. Cleaning the garage feels productive. It is not. • The question to ask before any task: is this a needle mover, or a creative distraction? Write it down where you can see it. • Start with five minutes. Not a plan. Not a schedule. Five minutes on the thing that matters, today.

| The 5-Day Plan That Gets Your Products on Boutique Shelves | 22 avr. 2026 | 00:13:34 | |
If you have been working hard at your product business and wondering why the sales still feel so inconsistent, this episode is going to name what you have been feeling and give you a better path forward. Andee breaks down why the hustle-heavy model of markets, Etsy, and social media posting is designed to keep you busy, not to build freedom, and how wholesale changes that math entirely. This is a no-fluff episode that ends with a concrete next step for makers who are ready to stop grinding and start building something that compounds.
• [0:00] The burnout cycle most product makers are stuck in right now • [2:30] Why pop-up markets and handmade order flows are not designed to scale • [3:45] What wholesale actually looks like and how one boutique order changes the revenue math • [5:00] Lori's story: from farmers market fatigue to a $1,200 wholesale order in three weeks • [6:15] The mindset shift that separates makers who break through from those who stay stuck • [7:30] What is inside the Retail Ready Wholesale Challenge and what you will walk away with • [12:34] The one thing to stop doing immediately if you want to scale
• Markets and direct-to-consumer platforms are not broken, but they have a ceiling. Wholesale is the model that removes it. • One boutique order can bring in more revenue than multiple weekends of markets, without you ever leaving home. • The pitch that actually gets replies is shorter than you think. Three lines. That is it. • Eighty percent of wholesale accounts are won not in the first pitch but in the follow-up. • Building a wholesale habit means creating a repeatable weekly rhythm, not a one-time launch.

| Building a Six-Figure Business in 20 Hours a Week with Gillian Perkins | 18 mars 2026 | 00:42:51 | |
What if the ceiling on your business growth isn't your strategy… it's your schedule? In this episode, Andee sits down with Gillian Perkins, founder of Startup Society, who built a 700K+ YouTube channel, a thriving online education business, and a full homeschool life for her six kids, all working 20 hours a week or less. Gillian is the real-world proof that hustle is not a prerequisite for results. This conversation goes deep on what it actually takes to build a six-figure business with less: fewer offers, fewer platforms, and one very important boundary. Key Takeaways • Working more hours and earning more money are not correlated. What you do with your time matters infinitely more than how much of it you log. • Doing fewer things with singular focus produces exponential results, not just additive ones. One platform, one offer, one strategy at a time. • Setting a hard limit on your working hours forces creative decisions about what actually moves the needle. The constraint is the strategy. • The right hire isn't always a VA. Sometimes what a visionary entrepreneur needs most is someone skilled enough, and confident enough, to manage them. • Making your business your hobby in the early stages isn't a compromise. It's a sustainable on-ramp that many successful founders have quietly used.

| The Buying Behavior That Determines If Customers Ever Come Back | 04 mars 2026 | 00:46:28 | |
Most business owners think buying behavior ends when the sale is made. In this episode, Andee Hart sits down with Bradley Rausch to unpack the buying behavior patterns that determine loyalty long before repeat purchases show up. This conversation will completely change how you think about selling, onboarding, and what actually keeps customers coming back. We talk about why chasing new customers is often the wrong move, what most businesses get wrong about “overdelivering,” and the simple post-purchase shifts that make every customer worth more—without being pushy, salesy, or discount-driven. 🎯 Listen if you want to: · Turn one-time buyers into repeat customers · Understand buying behavior beyond the sale · Build loyalty without more ads or funnels · Sell differently—and more sustainably If this episode made you rethink how you sell, leave a review and share it with a business owner who needs to hear this conversation.
About Bradley: Bradley Rausch works with founders to understand why customers stay, return, and deepen relationships over time. His focus is on the gap between strong early traction and long-term customer value, where many businesses stall despite good products and clear strategy. Bradley studies behavioral patterns that predict loyalty long before they show up in revenue or retention metrics. He’s known for translating customer dynamics into practical insight without relying on hype or tactics. www.linkedin.com/in/bradley-rausch/

In today’s episode of She Sells Differently, Andee is breaking down the most common product wholesale myths that keep product-based business owners stuck, overwhelmed, or afraid to pitch their products to retailers. In today’s conversation, Andee shares a hard but freeing truth about selling products online: 👉 Nobody actually cares about your product… until you do.
This episode breaks down why features don’t sell, effort alone isn’t rewarded online, and how emotion, belief, and conviction are the real drivers behind consistent sales. Andee walks you through the exact mindset shift that transformed her own marketing, and how you can apply it to your product descriptions, content, emails, and offers starting today.
You’ll learn: · Why customers don’t buy products — they buy belief · The role emotion plays in selling products online · How to inject conviction into your content without feeling fake or salesy · Why “quiet confidence” is no longer enough in today’s market · How to stop sounding like everyone else and start creating content that actually converts
Andee also shares how this work comes to life inside the Product Marketing Bank, where product-based business owners learn how to communicate their value with clarity, confidence, and emotional connection — on repeat.
