When I started to move my wellness Pilates business into the online space 7 years ago, I had more than a few moments of doubt
“Maybe this just isn’t going to work for me.”
“Maybe I chose the wrong niche.”
“Maybe I’m not cut out for online.”
But none of these were true. What was really going on was a mixture of low confidence (despite being great at my job) and poor systems (I was waiting for people to find me) - resulting in slow, painful sales!
In Episode 2, I share what’s actually happening here, and how (although it can feel like it) you haven't failed!
At this point your brain is telling you
- “I should start again with a totally new idea”
- “I need a prettier platform / better branding / new tech”
- “I’ll just go back to in-person and pretend this never happened”

I’ve been a Pilates teacher for over 20 years, and I’ve been in the digital space since 2018.
In that time, I have:
- Built memberships
- Scaled them
- Burnt them down
- Pivoted completely
- Launched things that flopped
- Launched things that flew
I talk about this openly because I want you to see that the plateau you’re in, is frustrating, but normal…and I’ve been there. Many times.
What finally changed things for me wasn’t a fancier platform or a better logo. It was understanding:
- My warm existing audience could only take me so far
- I needed lead generation as a daily non-negotiable, not a nice-to-have
- My prices, promise and niche had to make sense together
You don’t always need to rebuild. Often, you just need to reshape what’s already working. That’s the work I now do every day with wellness experts inside the Scaling Wellness Accelerator.
