A few years ago when Rebekah first become an entreupener she was a single mum to a 1 year old little girl who was going through a divorce that lead her to becoming bankrupt having her car & home repossessed, she was so broke to the point her and her daughter were eating expired food in her pantry waiting for the next pay day to arrive, living week to week. 

 

Rebekah knew that this wasn’t the life she wanted for her daughter therefore she decided that enough was enough and she was going to change her reality. Within a few short years she was able to turn her situation around and now she is the CEO of Rebekah Jade Enterprises a multi 6 figure company that teaches women through how to become financially independent and to tap into their feminine super power, their magnetism.

Over the last few decades, the amount of time that people spend sleeping has decreased, as has self reported quality of sleep. Coincidentally, at the same time, the average BMI has increased. We are seeing a trend of higher body weights and higher levels of obesity.

A number of different studies have suggested that lower levels of sleep and poorer sleep quality may lead to metabolic disorders, weight gain and an increased risk of obesity and other chronic health conditions. The existing research points to a positive correlation between good sleep and healthy body weight.
