Do you find that at times you are at the bottom of the list of priorities?  As demands and responsibilities increase, it is common for this to happen.  Within this episode, Heidi and Sarah discuss factors which are important to re-evaluate periodically as you transition through different chapters of your life.  Different transitions in life mean changes in priorities.


The importance of accountability and goals are discussed.  The power of words and intentions hold a huge amount of weight when health and wellbeing goals are considered.  Proactive measures are provided to create a health and wellbeing routine.
