This leads to an important question for all of us, especially as pest control business owners setting our objectives for 2024... What makes the transition from dreaming to action so daunting?

Consider how often we start sentences with "I wish...". "I wish I had sent that email." "I wish I was hired that technician." "I wish I could sell more leads." "I wish I was a better negotiator."
