  • The two biggest mistakes people make when they rely on cardio

  • How compensation (both with food and movement) keeps people stuck

I also walk through the simple framework I used to lose 60 pounds and keep it off for over a decade — and the same approach I use with my clients to achieve sustainable fat loss without endless workouts (and in many cases, without formal exercise at all).

Cardio can be a useful tool — but it's not an effective stand-alone fat loss strategy.
