Our food expert, Faith, talks about meal planning and shopping the contents of your freezers and cupboards. While Lynn, shares her hacks for spending less while you’re actually in the supermarket.

 

The average UK family throws away £60 of food a month according to Love Food Hate Waste, so we take a look at ways you can reduce your own food waste

 

Next up is cooking from scratch, with tips for saving money on those nights when you really don’t want to be in the kitchen. Plus take-aways vs. fake-aways, and whether the subscription boxes are worth it.
