We wanted to create something that we wish existed. It’s called Motherhood: Beyond Books because we believe in the interconnectedness of all aspects of health and well-being. A place where we can be curious and think outside the box. We want to bridge the gap between western psychology and eastern holistic systems to provide a fresh, insightful approach to parenting.

To give you an example of what that might look like, in the second episode we will dive into becoming a mother, including sharing our own experiences. We will look at becoming a mother from the perspective of psychology, as well as socially and culturally. Looking at how ancient eastern practices restore and rejuvenate a new mother.

We are connecting the dots from physical health to mental wellness, to nourishing our bodies and souls. Join us as we explore how everything is intricately linked. In conversations that will give practical tips, tools and insight to empower us on our parenting journey. From wellbeing, to food, to spirituality and emotions in a practical manner, to foster insightful conversations that will empower and enlighten parents on their journey.
