Stephen got this start in the Car business in 1994 in Austin, TX. He worked for several franchises and struggled for years as a young Salesman. He rose to the leaderboard and maintained his work with Munday Chevrolet for 9 years. Selling over 300 cars a year for most of that time!
Eventually, moving into management and staying on for 3 more years. A New Car Directors position became available at Newly opened Toyota store, which connected him with the eLead CRM company. He signed on as a National Sales Trainer for the eDesk. Traveling the country and soaking up the experience. The last ten years have been spent in the independent space.
