What the Hell Is Menopause?: On Aging, Hormones, and Chutzpah with Lauren Tetenbaum
Épisode 31
jeudi 16 octobre 2025 • Durée 01:02:39
Eva and Caroline sit down with therapist, lawyer, and author Lauren Tetenbaum, whose new book Millennial Menopause shines a light on one of life’s biggest transitions that no one seems to talk about: menopause.
Rather than feeling down about aging, Lauren offers practical advice and real solutions to help women feel better—and yes, sexier—as we trade tampons for hormone therapy. From “meno-bellies” and brain fog to SSRIs and HRT, Lauren keeps it real about what’s happening to our bodies and minds. As she puts it, “My collagen is waning, but my chutzpah grows.” Whether you’re already in menopause, trying to get pregnant, or just curious about what’s ahead, this episode will leave you informed, empowered, and maybe even a little excited about aging.

Miami or Mamdani? | Ep 21
Épisode 21
jeudi 31 juillet 2025 • Durée 50:37
With the Big Apple starting to rot and Mamdani looking like our next mayor, Eva and Caroline seriously consider fleeing the concrete jungle for the Sunshine State. They try not to get political — but how can you stay silent when NYC’s leading Democratic mayoral candidate is a fan of the "globalize the Intifada"? They give a Cliff Notes overview of Zohran Mamdani, question the sanity of New Yorkers who back him, and ask when progressivism started to feel so hostile to Jews. If you’re thinking about a move to Miami, or just curious about why we are, this episode is for you.

Do You Need a Save-the-Marriage Trip? | Ep 20
Épisode 20
mardi 22 juillet 2025 • Durée 01:02:02
Is your love tank running on empty? Are the kids sleeping in your bed? Do you and your spouse feel more like coworkers than lovers? You need a Save-the-Marriage Trip! Caroline swears by her annual Amalfi Coast getaway to remember how much fun she and Jeremy have together — and yes, the Mediterranean Sea and Italian accents are non-negotiable. Eva can’t recall the last time she and Doug spent more than two nights away somewhere that required a passport. Caroline makes it very clear that Maine just doesn’t cut it. Because when it comes to saving your marriage, no price is too high. This episode might not fill your love tank, but it will definitely fill your laugh tank.

The Inimitable Jane: NYC Mom, Birkin Queen, Reluctant GILF | Ep 19
Épisode 19
jeudi 17 juillet 2025 • Durée 47:46
Meet Jane — aka Caroline’s mom. She’s glamorous, wise, and impeccably classy… and she hates when Caroline says f*ck on the podcast. In this episode, Jane joins us to talk motherhood, Manhattan, and the perks of plastic surgery (ask her about her perky boobs). She opens up about raising kids, including one with behavioral challenges, and how parenting has (and hasn’t) changed over the decades. Don’t miss the original Queen of Hermès, the GILF, and the woman who’d always rather wear Italian than eat it.
Guest: Jane Scheinfeld

Épisode 18
jeudi 10 juillet 2025 • Durée 49:44
Ever felt like the black sheep of your family? Like no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to follow the well-worn path everyone else is on? Meet Philip Scheinfeld, who spent years trying to fit in before realizing his superpower was standing out. Now 15 years sober, college-educated, and one of New York City’s and Miami's top real estate brokers, Philip shares his story of finally embracing his (heavily tattooed) black sheepness. Spoiler alert: He's also Caroline’s younger (but much taller) brother.

Where's My Trophy? | Ep 16
Épisode 16
jeudi 26 juin 2025 • Durée 45:21
Caroline and Eva rant, rave, and laugh their way through end-of-school-year burnout (okay, full-on crash and burn!). They've officially run out of gas — and patience. How is anyone supposed to enjoy summer on an empty tank? They vent about feeling unappreciated and demand praise from their husbands for keeping everyone educated, healthy, and mostly happy.
If you’re feeling spent and slightly feral, we see you! Come laugh with us, because as Dr. Gullo says, “If you can’t laugh at yourself, you’re probably missing the best joke of the day.”

How to Raise a Jack Not a Jackass with David Roberts | Ep 15
Épisode 15
jeudi 19 juin 2025 • Durée 01:20:02
Can you still have scrappy kids if you grow up with $? Former financier turned Substack writer David Roberts sits with Eva and Caroline to talk about the social faux paus no one wants to admit — like the awkward realities of generational wealth and getting into school through the back door. David hilariously discusses his trek moving from the UES to the wild West (side, not Wyoming!). How do you teach your kids to appreciate the grit of their Eastern Europe ancestors when they think a $50 sushi roll is normal? Can NYC kids grow up to be game changers or are we destined to raise Bonfire of the Vanities' masters of the universe who will feel broke making $5 million a year? We don’t have all the answers, but we promise a really fun and cheeky episode.
David's Substack is Sparks From Culture where he writes weekly essays focused on aspects of wealth and status. Beauty, Class, and Wealth was a recent essay.

Recitals, Graduations, Health Forms, Oh F**k! | Ep 14
Épisode 14
jeudi 12 juin 2025 • Durée 46:43
Eva and Caroline sound off about how June is the hardest month of the year. How is anyone supposed to balance the endless demands — from school moving up day, end-of-year performances, and class picnics to after-school recitals and awards ceremonies — while smiling and capturing all the "special" moments? There's no time to savor anything, let alone the big milestones like preschool graduation or completing junior year, when we also have to answer 182 emails and navigate all the school and activity websites just to make sure we don't miss any of the 17 events we're expected to attend. Oh, and don't forget to fill out forms for September 2026! Did summer even start yet?
