This episode marks the beginning of something new. Jan shares a personal moment of conviction and clarity—an invitation from the Lord to return this podcast to its faith-first foundation. Instead of starting the week with strategies and to-do lists, these short Monday episodes are designed to reset your heart, your focus, and your leadership by meeting with God first.
Drawing from Exodus 33:7–11, Jan reflects on the Tent of Meeting—a place where Moses met with the Lord face to face, as one speaks to a friend. The reminder is simple but confronting: too often, we watch from a distance or seek human guidance before seeking God’s direction ourselves.
This episode is an encouragement to stop outsourcing spiritual discernment and to step into intentional, personal time with the Lord—especially as a business owner navigating decisions, clarity, and direction.
Jan closes by praying over you, your business, and the work of your hands as you commit it to God first.
Key Takeaways
Why this podcast is shifting to short, faith-forward Monday devotionals
The danger of watching others “meet with God” instead of going yourself
What the Tent of Meeting teaches us about leadership, intimacy, and clarity
Why seeking God first matters before hiring coaches or making big decisions
How stillness and proximity create space to hear God clearly
A prayer over your week, your business, and your obedience
Scripture Referenced
Exodus 33:7–11
Closing Encouragement
Before you open your calendar…
Before you make a decision…
Before you pay someone else to help you get clarity…

Ep. 2 Pressing Into God's Presence To Change Your Life
Welcome back to the podcast, friends! In this second episode, I felt a strong calling to discuss a topic that might be challenging for some of you. So, get ready for a little self-reflection and maybe even a swift kick in the pants. Before we dive in, I want you to know that while I've spent most of my life in vocational ministry, I'm not a theologian. I'm just a girl running after the heart and will of God for my life and business.
Today, I want to ask you a question: When was the last time you had a deep, supernatural, life-changing experience with God? Whether it's through reading His word, prayer, meditation, or worship, the experience varies for everyone. But let's be honest, many of us struggle to access the powerful, life-changing presence of God regularly.
I'll share a story from Exodus chapter 33, where Moses set up the Tent of Meeting to commune with God. The people stood at the entrances of their tents, perhaps intimidated by the thought of entering God's presence face to face. But the truth is, we no longer need a physical tent. Through Jesus and the Holy Spirit, we have direct access to God's presence.
What's stopping you from that deep connection with God? Is it fear? Do you believe it's not for you? I'll share personal experiences, like a powerful vision during worship and a moment during a Texas storm where the presence of God was palpable.
As believers, our faith won't be surface level or passive in heaven. In Revelation 4, elders bow down, worship, and lay their crowns before God. That should be us every day, transformed and led by the Almighty.
Imagine the impact on your life, relationships, and work if you embraced the full power of Christ's work on the cross every day.
I challenge you to take action, press into God's presence, and be changed. Don't just listen; truly encounter the Almighty and let it impact every aspect of your life. It's time to kick our own butts and live in the fullness of God's power.

Building a Visibility Plan That Actually Works for Business Growth
Saison 2 · Épisode 93
mercredi 19 novembre 2025 • Durée 24:30
If you’ve been showing up online but still feel like your visibility is stuck in neutral — you’re not alone. In this episode, we’re breaking down why most visibility plans fall flat… and how to build one that’s actually aligned with your mission (and energy).
In this episode, Jan Touchberry walks you through what she calls a Visibility Blueprint — a practical strategy to expand your reach through aligned collaboration instead of content overload. Think: podcast swaps, IG Lives, list takeovers, and panel events — but done with intention, not exhaustion.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Identify the people who are mission-aligned (not just audience-adjacent)
Reach new audiences through collaborative visibility (without feeling weird about it)
Keep your eyes on purpose, not pressure — and still grow your reach in the process
Whether you’ve been stuck in your own content bubble or just need a refresh on how to show up without burning out, this episode will meet you right where you are — and help you take a bold, strategic step forward.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Most visibility plans stop short because they’re too inward-facing.
Kingdom visibility isn’t about being everywhere — it’s about being obedient where you are.
You don’t need a bigger platform. You need aligned partnerships.
Collaboration can be strategic, life-giving, and mutually beneficial — when you root it in generosity and mission, not metrics.
Visibility done God’s way builds trust, multiplies impact, and keeps your soul intact.
