How much protein do we need?
The optimal sources of protein.
Complete and incomplete proteins?
Should you consume protein powders?
The controversy around protein.
I don't know why I haven't made a podcast about this sooner. I enjoyed it and I hope you do too!
The calculations:
(for example: 0.8 x (weight in kg) = protein per day for sedentary adult)
Sedentary adult: 0.8-1g per kg of body weight
General training: 0.8-1.5g per kg of body weight
Heavy training: 1.2-1.7g per kg of body weight
To build muscle: 1.5-1.7g per kg of body weight
