Episode 31: Hypnosis for Change - with Kristi Simons14 Jun 202300:30:33

RELAX, BREATHE, BE PRESENT, AND LISTEN TO CREATE CHANGE

*Please follow this hypnosis while in a safe and quiet space.*

Hypnosis is a practice that I have fallen in love with over the past year because it has allowed me to truly come back home to myself.

A few months ago, I officially finished my spiritual hypnosis training and am now a hypnotherapy practitioner. I have seen so much success during sessions with my clients. During this hypnosis, you will relax comfortably and become aware of your subconscious mind and the messages that are intended for you. Do not focus on an outcome and do not set any expectations. Know that whatever you see, feel, or hear during this hypnosis is intended for your highest good.

Episode 27: Timeless Creations - with De-Anne Strange17 May 202300:35:10

FOLLOW YOUR INTUITION & DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY ...

This was such a beautiful conversation with someone who crates beautiful things!

De-Anne is an Australian textile designer who also is a joint manager in their family agricultural business based in the Central Wheatbelt of Western Australia.

De, her Husband Leigh, and their 3 young sons, love living and working on the land and De’s art has always been inspired by their beautiful remote surroundings.

De has always been creative and has worked for about 20 years to build her Hairdressing and photography business, then last year stopped and listened to her heart and totally pivoted. She put both businesses on hold to go back to study and start a new direction in the textile design industry. With her heart saying go for it, her head was full of fear and saying are you crazy! She has kept going forward in this direction following her gut feeling that it just feels right. She is now creating work that she loves and has her designs on products in the World. She hopes to inspire others to follow their hearts and do what they love.

Her designs are nature inspired, elegant and unique. They can be purchased on fabric and homewares from Spoonflower and all her designs are available for license to use on any products worldwide.

Episode 20: Emotions and Empathy - with Erin Thorp29 Mar 202300:33:25

E M O T I O N S

This episode was exactly what I needed, and I didn't even realize it until we ended our recording. Honestly, since becoming a mom in 2020, I have been struggling with the range of emotions that I have never been properly taught how to manage. My go to was always to shove them away, to feel guilty for feeling, and to think there was something *wrong* with me. Sometimes the emotions are overwhelming and they can change so rapidly, and even more than that, I did not truly understand until recently how important it is to have EMPATHY for ourselves while navigating this new identity of mama.

It was such a pleasure to share space today with Erin Thorp, speaker, coach, and author of the book : Inside Out Empathy.
This conversation is all about emotions and empathy as they relate to motherhood and just life in general.

Episode 19: Finding my purpose through hypnosis - with Jennifer Schlueter22 Mar 202300:32:52

After this episode I felt a pull again, a shift inside me, and an inner knowing I know I have felt for some time.
I am excited to announce that I will be continuing my journey under the teachings of Jenny.

I am officially a student of her spiritual hypnosis training!

Hypnosis, simply put, is putting our bodies into a state of meditation but with a purpose.

Each and every day, I feel more and more connected to my purpose and to the things in my life that truly light my soul and fill my entire being with LOVE.

Looking back at how far I have come on my journey reminds me of what is possible when we sit quietly and listen.
Listen to what we desire to do with this one life we have to live, and we embrace the time we have been given to make it the best that we possibly can.

Never take the gifts you have been given for granted, and trust your intuition, because she is always guiding you home.
