I’m ditching the “F” word… Failure, (failing fast, failing forward, etc)…I’m ditching these words.
I’m replacing “failure” with “growth experience”...because that’s what it is.
Success and failure produce the same opportunities for leaders.
Both offer an opportunity to learn and grow. I’ve hindered my growth for too long considering my past actions as failures.
All of it…good, bad, successes, dumpster fires…it’s all growth experiences for growth-minded leaders. Without every single experience,
I would not be who I am, And leaders who excel are the ones who embrace every experience.
