Genny Wilkinson of Mission Yoga - Europe's largest yoga studio joins us for a chat ahead of the venue opening on the 20th March.
Genny has been practicing for a fair while and has amassed some of the finest instructors in the scene right now to uplift East London and the globe with the new studio set over 5 floors on Fashion Street just off Brick Lane.
The lofty studio that can take 75 students overlooks the historic Nicholas Hawksmoor Grade 1 listed church. 75 persons + the instructor all on the Ohmmmm - we can already feel the positive vibrations from here.
Alongside yoga they will also be offering Calisthenics, capoeira, handstand classes and ballet, as well as meditation, Pilates and breathwork classes.

This podcast series will see us in conversation with the team at Searcys who operate and run a number of luxury Champagne bars and restaurants across London.
You will probably be familiar with the Searcys Champagne Bar at St Pancras International which is the longest in Europe!
They also have sites in the Gherkin in the City of London, on The Mall, they serve up bubbly at the Barbican and supply a host of soirées and celebrations with Champagne and fabulous food.
In this episode we will be in conversation with Martin Dibben who is head of Champagne for Searcys.
Also known as Mr Bubbles – Martin has a glittering career in food and beverage having worked for Prue Leith for many years, he ran his own restaurant in Clerkenwell, has been a keen supporter of youth projects and also worked for her late Majesty The Queen.
Martin talks us through the steps of champagne making, the history of the drink, how tastes have changed over the years plus the masterclasses he hosts and invites you to join him on at Searcys.
