In this episode I am joined by Laura Ligos, a registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in fertility optimization, women’s hormone health, and functional nutrition.
As a mom of two who’s personally experienced the emotional and physical challenges of conception, Laura helps women dig deeper when conventional fertility testing comes up short.
