mardi 28 avril 2026 • Durée 41:43

Exploration prompts mentioned:
Imagine the connection you have to yourself as an image. That could be a texture, rock, color, plant, weather pattern, etc. What information does that give you about how it feels and if there is anything you would like to change?
Intention: we are externalizing the way you feel about how you connect with you. This gives you the opportunity to look at it with less judgement, and more curiosity.
What are some of your favorite ways to connect with other people? Let yourself be as creative and specific as you'd like. Do you feel like you're able to engage in those types of connections? Why or why not?
Where in nature do you find yourself feeling the most grounded? That could be an imaginary place you go in meditation, or a literal place you visit. What elements (earth, air, water, fire, spirit) are present in this place?
