Paul Scrivano is a citizen of Los Angeles who owns multiple business and restaurants in the city and has been an advocate for cleaning up the streets of Los Angeles. This episode talks about Paul's story when he encountered a heart attack and was rescued by LAFD's paramedics. The topics include raw opinions on whos making the decisions that keep the city of Los Angeles in squalor as crime rates are higher than before, drug trafficking, drug use, and decay of the city streets.
