Seeing The Menstrual Cycle as a Breath
Saison 2 · Épisode 44
jeudi 29 août 2024 • Durée 37:00
Our physical bodies are a direct reflection of our energetic rhythms, and that includes our menstrual cycles. This episode kicks off a series in which we will discuss the nuances of the menstrual cycle and its role in many areas of our lives. To truly understand the phases of our menstrual cycle, we have to first understand that it is way bigger than just a monthly cycle.
Menstruation is linked to many cycles in life that operate within different rhythms. And what we often fail to realize is that our menstrual cycle is a direct reflection of what we need on an energetic level. So instead of diving into the hormones and the data and the dos and don’ts for each phase of your cycle, I’m talking more about the energetics behind our cycle today and how our feminine energy is defined by life, death, and rebirth.
We must learn to listen to our bodies and adjust our energy to step into our full feminine radiance. It begins with nurturing ourselves. Tune in today to hear more about the energetics surrounding your menstrual cycle, and be sure to come back next week as we dive more into this series!
In this episode:
[00:46] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[02:28] We’re starting a series on the menstrual cycle this week.
[05:17] The Five “I”s of Feminine Wisdom.
[10:13] We are made in the image of God, which means we are made in the image of the Mother.
[19:03] The rhythm of our menstrual cycle goes far beyond the data points and the hormones involved.
[25:08] Our cycles are representative of the life, death, and rebirth cycle. It is representative of what is and what is to come.
[31:36] The same concepts that make up our menstrual cycle can teach us how to move through the different rhythms in our lives.
[35:52] Thanks for joining me this week. Tune in next week for more on this topic!

Repatterning an All or Nothing Mindset by Understanding the Polarity of the Mind Part 2
Saison 2 · Épisode 43
jeudi 8 août 2024 • Durée 01:04:38
There is so much power in words and within our minds that we often overlook the core concepts that drive the change we desire to see in ourselves. To be able to tap into this power and these dynamics, we have to understand the masculine and feminine parts of our minds, and how they feed each other.
The conscious and subconscious minds reflect the masculine and feminine parts of ourselves. The feminine is your subconscious mind, and the masculine is your conscious mind. The subconscious mind is influenced by the actions of the conscious mind.
When we seek to change our perfectionistic or all-or-nothing mindset tendencies, we have to remember that action will always be the last step. We have to begin with changing our words, thoughts, and energy. These are the predecessors to any action you can take because action is the fruit of these changes.
Join me today to learn more about the polarity of our minds and how we can leverage it to step into our true purpose. I know you’re going to love this, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
In this episode:

[00:12:52] The masculine and feminine aspects of God that brought creation to fruition.
[00:24:06] Action is the last step. It is the fruit of the change in your mind and energy.
[00:31:20] The beautiful dynamic of the masculine and feminine.
[00:39:42] I share some background on survival archetypes and how they impact us as women.
[00:45:28] Step into your feminine power and master your internal universe.
[00:47:32] The five eyes of feminine wisdom.

Hair Care Mistakes I've Made, Hair as Love & Giving Yourself Space to Breathe
Saison 2 · Épisode 33
jeudi 23 mai 2024 • Durée 59:11
My hair care journey has been exactly that, a journey. I’ve made so many mistakes when it comes to my hair, but I’ve finally found the right path to see growth and beauty both within my hair and myself. If you’re ready to start using your hair care routine as a way to give yourself space to breathe life and joy back into your body, then listen in!
So often when we talk about our hair, we’re talking about what’s going wrong and how to fix it. Whether it’s having bad hair days, thinning, hair loss, or breakage, we’re always looking for the quick fix and if it’s natural, even better.
But your hair is usually the last thing in your health and wellness journey to show positive change.
As I started healing my metabolism, finally getting out of burnout, fixing my hormones, and changing the environment that I live in, my hair went through a bunch of changes… not all of them good.
One of the biggest mistakes I made with my own hair was not knowing my true hair type. This goes beyond having curly hair or straight, fine or thick, blonde or brown. Do you know your hair porosity?
I didn’t.
And when it comes to hair products, your porosity makes a huge difference.
Want to learn more? Listen in and hear all about my journey and what you consider as you start looking at your hair care routine and products.
In this episode:
[00:46] It’s time to add to the conversation about natural hair care.
[03:22] The state of our hair is closely related to our internal health.
[06:31] When you experience hair loss your energy shifts… in a bad way.
[08:31] Don't neglect your hair.
[23:08] Learn more about my personal hair journey.
[25:14] Scalp health and hair health are two different things.
[26:00] No matter what changes you’re making, if something doesn’t feel right, trust yourself.
[29:51] Pay attention to what your products are doing over time as well.
[32:19] Even if you’re crunchy, you don’t have to be crusty.
[33:38] Things I wish I would have known before trying to go all natural with my hair care.
[36:10] Your environment matters when it comes to hair care.
[40:21] What hair porosity is and how it impacts your hair care.
[44:36] If you have super hard or soft water, try soaking your hair with distilled water before showering.
[46:16] What it really means when a brand says it’s “sulfate free”.
[53:00] The hair care routine that is working for my hair.
[57:00] Let’s start focusing on resilience over fear.

“Feral” Herbalism, Plants Aren’t Scary, Natural Haircare, Sovereign Beauty & Getting Over Our Fear of Nature with Arielle de Martinez
Saison 2 · Épisode 32
jeudi 16 mai 2024 • Durée 53:24
There has been a long developed stigma surrounding herbs and their uses in our lives. Common marketing surrounding herbal remedies is often stamped with confusing labels like, “Not FDA approved” and “If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a physician.”
What society has forgotten is that these herbs are the plants that our creator gave to us on this planet. They all have a purpose in our lives, from healing to beauty and everything in between—and they shouldn’t be considered dangerous if you are in tune with your body, whether you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or just wanting to seek more natural remedies.
My guest in this episode is Arielle De Martinez, and she shares such a refreshing and freeing perspective surrounding herbs and their uses in our everyday lives. Coming from a background as a hairstylist, Arielle began to wake up to the reality that surrounds the beauty and healthcare industries. Shampoos and products that she was using in her client’s hair were loaded with the fragrances and endocrine disruptors that we are all striving to get away from when leading a more holistic life.
If you’re considering leaning into herbalism in your everyday life and replacing some of the over-the-counter drugs and beauty products that plague our society with herbs, this episode is for you! I know you’re going to love it. Tune in today!
In this episode:
[02:19] Welcome my guest, Arielle De Martinez!
[03:19] Arielle shares her background and how she found her way into herbalism.
[07:05] How Arielle went from a hairstylist into a truly natural beauty product entrepreneur.
[10:46] The concept of sovereign haircare and Arielle’s hair care routine.
[16:39] What is at the core of the fear stigma surrounding herbs?
[19:25] The use of herbs during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
[27:28] Using your intuition and instincts when using herbs.
[29:47] Why you should stop using essential oils.
[37:21] The risks of using essential oils during delivery and with infants.
[43:41] Arielle’s favorite herbs to support beauty.
[47:34] Where can we source herbs?

Anima and Animus: Feeding the True Feminine Instead of Conforming to the Male Anima
Saison 2 · Épisode 31
jeudi 9 mai 2024 • Durée 48:18
Media has always had the power to shape our outlook on life and even how we choose to behave. I recently rewatched Sex in the City and identified how it so wrongfully shaped the definition of femininity in the late '90s and early ‘00s, by portraying empowered women operating under the guise of masculine energy.
Along with this, which arguably gave an extra boost to the feminist movement, we have a new spin on the definition of femininity that is coming from what is portrayed on social media between the boss babes, wild feminine, and trad wife movements.
This episode is full of so much information surrounding how we interact with the men in our lives, how the men in our lives shape our male anima, and how Yin and Yang energetics are supposed to interact. Tune in now!
In this episode:
[00:46] Welcome to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[07:29] The different groups of “femininity” that are portrayed on social media.
[12:54] What is misunderstood to be femininity is actually feminism, which is damaging to our true feminine energy.
[14:03] The background on Anima & Animus and what those terms mean.
[18:40] The difference between Yin and Yang energy dynamics.
[26:19] The masculine behaves in response to the feminine.
[28:31] The misconception of true femininity and women who shape themselves into what they think the men in their lives want.
[38:46] Feminine and masculine energy are not roles that we play.
[42:26] We cannot heal until we begin to mother ourselves and care for ourselves.

The War on Physiology, Trying to Erase Women and Why the Words We Use Matter with Isabella Malbin
Saison 2 · Épisode 30
jeudi 2 mai 2024 • Durée 58:14
Today’s episode is jam packed with meaningful conversation surrounding the controversial topic of what it truly means to be a woman. It is no secret that society is desperately trying to erase what makes women different and unique, and my guest - Isabella Malbin - joins me in this episode to discuss all that is being stolen from us under the guise of transhumanism.
The definition of a woman comes down to the physiology that sets us apart. As Isabella so clearly states, we are human first, then gender second. It is literally the second most important factor as a dimorphic species. While gender roles may vary across the globe or even across neighborhoods, there is nothing that changes the underlying physiology that connects us all as women.
We talk about the impact that gender ideology has on our power as women, the controversy of societal beauty standards, and about the lie we’ve been fed that our value is derived from what we achieve. Join me in this episode where we dive deep into these topics and so much more.
In this episode:
[02:20] Welcome my guest today, Isabella Malbin.
[04:28] Isabella’s experience with becoming a Doula and how gender ideology was introduced in that process.
[06:22] The story behind how Isabella discovered that gender ideology and birthing are completely incompatible.
[09:42] The slow waking that Isabella experienced while working with women and helping them advocate for their own health.
[13:00] How the concept of transgenderism waters down both the male and female physiology.
[19:21] The role that birth control has played in how women relate to their own physiology.
[26:51] Are women more powerful than ever, or is our power being taken from us?
[30:00] The difficulty of finding a political home when we hold the types of views that we do.
[32:11] The benefits of having children at a younger age and the misconception of fulfillment from funneling our self-worth into a career or accomplishment.
[39:44] We are robbed of the opportunity to watch our elders age without chemical intervention.
[50:08] Why does the language we use to describe women matter so much?
[52:03] The real end goal of the transhumanist takeover.
[56:14] Thanks for joining me on the Fully Nourished Podcast today!

One of the topics that came through that piqued my interest and that I thought warranted some discussion was fasting and how it doesn’t really work with female physiology. I could talk for an entire episode on this topic, and I will soon, but today I give the cliff-notes on fasting, how it is significantly different for women, and how it can actually keep us from stepping into our true potential.
Nourishment is a gateway. If your cells are not nourished, you will not be able to progress beyond basic survival. In order to connect to your feminine experience and expand your perspective in life, you have to move beyond a state of survival.
