May 2024 Reiki Reiju gathering, we combine the 'Leaves on a stream' therapeutic meditation with our Reiki healing to allow us to explore the movement of thought. Often when we face a thought storm or repetitive thought patterns we try to distract or run away from it. Turning to face the storm has an impact of slowing it down and taking the power away from the thoughts and back into our hands. Isolating each thought and slowing it down can very quickly calm us down and allow us to see that thoughts themselves do not hold power.
