Margaret holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sculpture from Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California. She is an approved teacher for the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America, (BCTA-NA) and has completed trainings in several bodywork modalities: Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing®, Pre- and Perinatal Psychology, and Polarity Therapy. She has been seeing individual clients in her private practice since 1997.

In addition to loving her work at the School of Inner Health, Margaret loves being a mom to her daughter Nicole and a therapist for her clients. She loves writing, sewing, traveling, laughing and having her mind blown. William R. Emerson, Ph.D. is a world pioneer in the field of pre- and perinatal psychology. Dr. Emerson has practiced psychotherapy for more than 40 years, specializing in regression therapy, and developing and implementing methods for treating pre- and perinatal trauma in infants, children and adults. He was the first in the field to develop treatment techniques for infants, including psycho therapeutic interventions. He is renowned as a workshop leader, writer and international lecturer.

Gary Peterson is a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist who has been teaching and practicing energy therapies for over 30 years. He teaches Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy trainings, Settling trainings and Working with Babies classes at various locations around the United States, as well as birthsurround workshops and other therapeutic work for the nervous system.

His teaching and private practice are inspired by his strong desire to understand and alleviate the deep causes of suffering found with stress and trauma to the nervous system. He is especially motivated to help babies, moms and their families to resolve the crippling effects of traumas and stresses that happen during gestation, birth and early neonatal life.
