Hi, I'm Jayme! I'm an artist and meditation teacher. I use symbolism, visualization, and mood invocation to create immersive guided meditations. Through meditation and creative expression, I have found relief, connection, and fantastical experiences of self-exploration. Life is a strange and wonderful adventure! I try not to take it so seriously :)

CREATIVE GUIDED MEDITATIONS: Tap into your inner magic, creativity, and intuition with these guided meditations. The imagination is a powerful tool for growth, problem-solving, self-discovery, and healing. You can access your imagination and connect to your breath anytime, anywhere. 

BEDTIME STORY MEDITATIONS: Part bedtime story, part meditation, these guided sessions use calming breathing exercises and soothing storytelling to help kids (and grown-ups!) get ready for a restful sleep.

New to Vipassana? This is an ancient Buddhist meditation technique focused on seeing reality as it truly is by cultivating continuous, non-judgmental awareness of the changing physical sensations and mental processes occurring in the present moment. I've added a twist here by incorporating a drawing exercise (instead of closed eyes).
