If you if most people today whether or not they buy into content or not if they really take inventory of how much how they are nurturing most of their relationships, how they're making friends, they're going to realize that in their personal life, online makes up a big chunk, you know, it makes up a pretty big chunk.
And then if you look at your business, you know, and then think about it. Do you think in ten years that's gonna be more or less right?
Probably more. And then if you look at your business and you think about how much of a chunk of that you're driving relationships via digital mediums, it's not gonna, you know, does it? Does it match your personal life?
And do you think that do you think in ten years it's gonna become more like right? And are you gonna be in business in ten years? Do you know what I'm saying? Like I think that what it is is this break this like cognitive business and culture, our personal culture is very digital. Our business culture is like, Nah, that's for kids, right? So there's a big gray area right now, like you say, it's too late, man. I mean, it might.
I don't think it's too late at all. Like I think it's just starting, man. Like I just think the sooner you get all this thing the better, right? Like and the more and the key is, what is the key to everything?
It's don't don't try to be the star of the stage, be the stage yourself. Don't try to be a king. Be a kingmaker, right? Like the key is serving people.
So if you take the attitude of service when you're growing relationships and when you're helping people out, you're going to do well. If you take the attitude of service when you're making content, you're gonna do well, right? So and it's not too late to do that, man.

Yeah, covid-19 is a good topic. So I mean, 2020 was the covid year. How affected you or your business? Did you change a couple of things? I mean, everybody is going online.
Everybody is using zoom. Everybody is in the digital world. How did this whole thing affect your business and your your way of creating content or producing content?
It has completely unlocked everything, right? Like we at first when we first started, we started in January and we're like, well, we're gonna have people in the office, we're gonna produce this show. When covid hit we were like, well, we're just gonna assume calls.
And now we don't have to fly in a guest. Now we can talk to somebody in San Francisco and it's no big deal, right? So covid, I believe that outside of the obvious tragedies of people getting sick and dying outside of the tragedies of people in the hospitality industry and people in the travel industry and everything in just about every other scenario, covid has simply accelerated a bunch of trends that were coming down the pipeline anyway, right? Like the fact that you don't have to live in new york to work in an investment bank because you can really do it virtually from anywhere that was already happening.
Now it's obvious the fact that you know, you know universities in the united states are way too expensive, and they spend a bunch of stupid money on big buildings. When really you could just learn online and not charge you $40,000 a year. That was already happening.
But now it's obvious. For us the fact that you can create relationships with people via content via zoom calls. And maybe it's not 100% of the same. Propinquity is the word I'm thinking of here. Like maybe it's not the same level of connection, but is it 85% the same level of connection, and does that 85% allow you to do it 500 times more, and therefore it's worth it? Yeah, it is right. So so I am fortunate that my business and I had, you know, I tell people that I've been working on this problem before covid. I've been working on how do I scale human relationships for about five years now.

So I mean, I am convinced. So I I believe in your strategy, and I but I know when people listen to this, they think well this Pablo. He's so he's speaking and he's so energy driven.
Although yakup is also energy driven. But I can't do this. I'm an introvert. I can't go to the people. And what would you say to this kind of people who say, well, other people can do it, but I can't do this?
First of all, introverts are some of the most valuable people in the room, right? Like me an as an extrovert, I am always missing s*** because I'm so I'm, like, always expending energy.
So I find I find introverts to see to be some of the most observant people in the room. And if you're not comfortable on stage, speaking to a bunch of people you're blog can be your stage.
Your email list can be your stage, you know? So use that superpower of observation to create, you know, a stream of observations that could help people, and the way that you use it as a stage is some of the stuff you're writing about you. Some of the stuff you're writing about somebody else.
It's the same one to one strategy. You just don't have to be in front of a camera, right? Like there's plenty of blog-driven communities, man, you know, so so as an introvert.
By the way, the other fallacy is that introverts don't like people. Introverts like people. They just don't like them they just get drained when they're around a lot of people, right? So I do believe that I've everybody that's like, I'm an introvert. But once I start talking in a conversation, I love it, right. So, you know, if it doesn't mean that you gotta be like height man like I am right? Like, this does come very natural to me, but you can reach out to someone and be like, hey, I got this blog.

When it comes to community. How would you define community or yeah, first of all, this question and then the second question would be when you want to create your own tribe, your own community, what are steps to start?
I mean, we're already so much high. And when people are starting out, they need some baby steps. Yeah, I would focus on serving as many people as you can around the topic that you care about, right? Like and what that looks like is exactly how I started with jwb. Who are you trying to serve, like? What's the cause that you're passionate about? Right they were passionate about rental properties. I'm passionate about building relationships. So everything that I talk about in content is just like giving every piece of advice that I have on how to make people like you more.
Right. And once you figure that out, right, like once you, first of all, find your voice, right? Like, understand what you're speaking about.
What you believe define, define what it is. What are your core values, right? Like if you wanna build a community, you need to build it around something, and the minimum viable thing that you build it around is values.
Right, so so get really clear on that. First. Once you're clear on that, right, like and I'm assuming that the person that's thinking I want to create a community is already clear on that figure out who you're trying to serve with, those that have those values what they care about.
You know, like, what else do they care about? What you have to say is one thing that they care about, what else do they care about?
And then once you can figure out what else they care about, try to give it to them, right? So that's why to me, the stage is the crucial thing, right? Because if you can, if you can then be like, okay, so then my stage is gonna be my Facebook group or my Facebook account, right? And let's say I care about yoyos and all I have is a Facebook account. Nothing else.
