046: Removing the Pressure

When you allow yourself to remove some of the pressure we put on ourselves, it can really fill our souls. In this episode, I’m talking about letting go of the pressure we feel to do and learning how to rest, take a break and give yourself that soul care you really desire. Nourishing yourself will allow for deeper creativity and a better you and that’s exactly why I am practicing what I am preaching and taking a summer break to rest and reset.

Today, we are continuing our theme of love! So let me ask you: Is it possible to improve our relationships without the other person changing at all?
So often we want to evaluate or assess relationships by what we imagine the other people might be thinking about us. But we don’t have control over what other people think. Paying attention to our own thoughts about someone else and understanding those thoughts is what makes our relationships so powerful.
In this episode, I am sharing an important exercise to help you understand how you interact with people and sharing examples from my own life to help you create a manual for creating more love with the people around you.

When you want to start a new creative endeavor or hobby, sometimes the hardest part can be just that - getting started!
