About Guest:
Madeleine Hamann is a PhD oceanographer turned regenerative entrepreneur and co-founder of PACHA, a company reimagining bread through sprouted, sourdough buckwheat loaves and tortillas. After years studying climate change, Maddie realized that knowledge alone wouldn’t solve the crisis — action would. She left academia to build a business that nourishes both people and planet, leveraging the healthy-eating market to accelerate farmers’ transitions to regenerative agriculture. Drawing on her diverse background in civil engineering, ocean science, project management, and creative production, Maddie scaled PACHA from a homegrown idea to six-figure monthly revenue in under a year. A self-described “renaissance woman,” she brings systems thinking, adaptability, and a deep sense of purpose to every project she touches. Maddie’s work embodies the belief that true sustainability starts at the intersection of food, community, and ecological regeneration.

Get to know Chef Babette Davis, a survivor who shares how she moved from a meat-eater who suffered from many health ailments including eczema, acne, digestive issues and drug addiction to become a plant-based lifestyle icon. Today, she thrives as a vivacious and beautiful woman in her 70s who looks as though she stopped the clock in her 40s when she went full vegan.

Chef Babette even opened a vegan restaurant in her hometown of Inglewood, California in East Los Angeles area. She didn't go vegan for any ethical reason, at least not in the beginning. Today, she speaks for animals, against our cruel food systems, and operates as a willing spokesperson for Mercy For Animals, and even spoke at an event on their behalf in fall of 2022. She has made it her personal mission to help people reach optimal health by eating "something alive" in every meal they consume.

We discuss the recent Netflix documentary that featured a twin-study performed at Stanford University, "You Are What You Eat: A Twin Experiment". If you watch the video version of this podcast, you will see Chef Babette in all her glory, a woman in her 70s who has had no difficulty maintaining muscle mass as a vegan and fitness enthusiast.

You will also receive simple and actionable recommendations for how you can make a bigger impact by reducing your consumption overall, and even consider following Jonathan Safran Foer's recommendation of going "vegan before dinner".

About Guest:

Chef Babette is a world-known vegan chef, fitness enthusiast, and motivational speaker. She runs a successful restaurant, “Stuff I Eat”, which was the first plant-based restaurant in Inglewood. Not only does Chef Babette have a massive fan base on social media but she participates in global health and wellness speaking engagements on a yearly basis. Fresh off her 73rd birthday, she truly is a force of nature who can do it all.

Becoming a self-taught chemist in the kitchen, Babette has perfected eating healthy while keeping her dishes tasting out of this world. Her combination of mindful preparation of food and fitness has allowed her to enjoy the meals she loves without the guilt. Her goal is to share her knowledge with others, and be a catalyst to get people moving and eating healthy! As she so eloquently says, "It’s important to not only have longevity, but to live a life of quality."

Blue Mind: For The Love Of Water With Dr. Wallace J. Nichols14 Feb 202400:56:35

The concept of Blue Mind has been around since the beginning of recorded human history. At present, Marine biologist Dr. Wallace J. Nichols advocates for this very concept, spreading the positive impact of water on our lives. Joining Corinna Bellizzi, he talks about his book “Blue Mind” and how being in, on, or under water delivers profound transformation deep within yourself. He discusses how spending as little as 23 minutes around water – or just the feeling of it – could elevate your health and bring happiness to your state of mind. He also shares how he uses a small blue marble to spread awareness about his advocacy, educating everyone regarding their important role in saving our beloved water planet.

About Guest:

Dr. Wallace J. Nichols (J) has been called a water warrior, one who commits to helping others access their “blue mind state.” His visionary ideas related to ocean and aquatic ecosystems, migratory species, marine protected areas, fisheries management and plastic pollution inspire others to find a deeper connection with nature and embrace inventive approaches to issues ranging from protection of ocean life to global water supply to the mental health benefits of a life spent on or near the water.

Formerly a senior scientist at Ocean Conservancy, J holds a M.E.M. degree in Natural Resource Economics and Policy from Duke University and a Ph.D. degree in Wildlife Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona. He received a Bradley Fellowship to study the impacts of sea level rise at Duke University Marine Lab, a Marshall Fellowship to study at the University of Arizona, and a Fulbright Fellowship to study at the Universidad Autonoma de Mexico marine station in Mazatlán. In 2011 he was inducted as a Fellow National member of the Explorers Club. In 2014 he received the University of Arizona's Global Achievement Award.

J has authored more than 200 publications, lectured in more than 30 countries and nearly all 50 states, and appeared in hundreds of media outlets including NPR, BBC, PBS, CNN, MSNBC, National Geographic, Animal Planet, Time, Newsweek, GQ, Outside Magazine, USA Today, Elle, Vogue, Fast Company, Surfer magazine, Scientific American, and New Scientist. His book Blue Mind, published in summer 2014 by Little, Brown & Company, quickly became a national bestseller. It has been translated into numerous languages, most recently Mandarin, and inspired a wave of media and practical application.

From Vegan Chef to Regenerative Rancher: Mollie Engelhart Challenges Food, Politics & Belief14 Aug 202501:12:53

Mollie Engelhart’s journey from vegan chef and Los Angeles restaurateur to regenerative farmer in California and Texas is anything but ordinary. In her new book, Debunked by Nature, Mollie shares how motherhood, land stewardship, and firsthand farming experience dismantled long-held beliefs about veganism, soil health, and politics.

In this candid conversation, we explore her personal and political transformation, the realities of running Sovereignty Ranch, and how she navigates both the ecological and ideological divides in today’s regenerative agriculture movement. From raw milk revelations to the necessity of animals in building healthy soil, Mollie challenges assumptions on all sides of the aisle.

We also discuss the complexity of immigration reform, the pitfalls of partisanship in environmental issues, and her vision for a more sovereign, resilient future. Whether you agree with her or not, this dialogue will make you think about food, farming, and freedom in new ways.

COMPLETE BLOG & TRANSCRIPT https://caremorebebetter.com/a-conservative-regenerative-farmers-journey-with-mollie-engelhart

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • Why Mollie left veganism after becoming a farmer
  • How regenerative farming confronts both environmental and political narratives
  • The importance of coalition-building across ideological divides
  • Realities of animal care and death on a regenerative farm
  • Mollie’s approach to immigration reform and labor in agriculture
  • Her vision for Sovereignty Ranch as a model of self-reliance
About Guest: Mollie Engelhart is the executive chef and founder of Sage Regenerative Kitchen in Los Angeles alongside her husband Elias as well as a leader in the Regenerative Agriculture movement with 200 acres at Sovereignty Ranch in the Texas Hill Country. Her mission is to produce healthy food from healthy soil for her communities. Mollie is the mother of five, a film producer, poet, and thought leader examining the connections of humanity, family, soil, food, and culture, constantly questioning “Where do we go from here?” She is passionate about health freedom, natural birth, breastfeeding, regenerative agriculture, community, and humanity’s place in partnership with nature and God. As a self-proclaimed lifelong liberal, Mollie became confronted with the bureaucracy that destroyed her once thriving restaurants in Los Angeles during the pandemic. Mollie came to the conclusion that the democratic party did not center around family, God or freedom and now sees herself as a “radical centrist”. Since her revelations, Mollie has done many speaking events, giving testimony to how she became pro-life, the challenges of doing business in California, regenerative agriculture and the connection between soil and health. She regularly gets standing ovations and brings people to tears with her inspiring conversations. Mollie has been featured on podcasts, news outlets, public speaking engagements and more including; Texas State University, Epoch Times, Turning Point USA, Fox News, Bon Appetit, ABC News, NPR, Luke Storey, Max Lavine, Confluence and the Exit & Build Summit.

Alexander Inchbald: How Art And Silence Can Help Reconnect Yourself With Mother Nature24 Jan 202400:58:33

With so much happening in the world today and everyone having easy access to mobile devices on a whim, humanity is becoming more and more disconnected from Mother Nature. Climate artist Alexander Inchbald joins Corinna Bellizzi to share how painting in the most unusual setting taught him that quieting the mind is the best way to commune with nature. He explains how rediscovering connection with the world requires letting your emotions loose and realigning the mind with the flow of nature. How Eco-Fiction Can Push Forward The Fight Against Climate Crisis With George Paxinos17 Jan 202400:51:36

The climate crisis is worsening each day that passes, and yet society continues to turn a blind eye to its alarming impact on the entire planet. Climate activist George Paxinos, celebrated as the world’s most cited neuroscientist, has decided to try a different approach to catch everyone’s attention regarding this matter: eco-fiction. Sitting down with Corinna Bellizzi, he talks about his first novel, A River Divided, a story about two parties fighting over the Amazon Rainforest. George explains how his narrative aims to challenge readers to stand up and take part in the battle of nature versus nurture. He also discusses his goal to have a reset of religion, science, and culture, as well as how the ethics of scientific exploration and climate crisis might intersect.

About George Paxinos

George Paxinos is a visionary neuroscientist who has discovered and mapped more brain regions than anyone in history. He uses principles of the mind, free will, and consciousness from neuroscience to shape the characters of his eco-fiction novel, A River Divided. An environmentalist himself, his novel explores some of the most important questions of the 21st Century: Is the human brain capable of solving the environmental crisis it created? Is this generation creating the conditions for the extinction of its progeny? In a battle of nature versus nurture, which will be victorious?

Science and idealism are woven together in this novel about the search for meaning, for love, and for an understanding of what is important for us both as individuals and as actors in the environment. The characters of A River Divided will stay with you long after you read the powerful and evocative last sentence: “A Child, I will bring to the world a child.”

FOREVER YOUNG RADIO SHOW: How To Turn Your Metabolic Fire Back On with Dr. William Li, NYT Bestselling Author of Eat To Beat Your Diet13 Dec 202300:47:29

Republished with permission and with thanks to Kelly Cappasola and the Forever Young Radio Show Team.

I was honored to co-host this interview episode with my favorite doctor in health & wellness, Dr. William Li. This will be the 3rd time my loyal listeners have heard from him on this podcast, and for followers of Nutrition Without Compromise, you may also have heard from him there. It's my sincere pleasure to share this deep dive with you, as Kelly and I worked to glean important information from Dr. Li - providing tools to any listener to help them turn their metabolic fire back on - so we can live our longest, fullest, and healthiest lives together. -- Corinna Bellizzi, host of Care More Be Better.

SHOW NOTES:

The pioneering physician scientist behind the New York Times bestseller Eat to Beat Disease reveals the science of eating your way to healthy

weight loss. In his first groundbreaking book, Dr. William Li explored the world of food as medicine. By eating foods that you already enjoy, like tomatoes,

blueberries, sourdough bread, and dark chocolate your body activates its five health defense systems to fight cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular,

neurodegenerative autoimmune diseases, and other debilitating conditions.

Now in Eat to Beat Your Diet, Dr. Li introduces the surprising new science of weight loss, revealing healthy body fat can help you lose weight; your metabolism at 60 can be the same as when you were 20; yo-yo dieting can be good for your health; 8-hour fasting windows can be as effective as 12-hour fasting windows; and losing just a little bit of weight can have big impacts on your health. Eat to Beat Your Diet shows readers how adding the right foods to your diet can heal your metabolism, reduce unhealthy body fat, and result in the kind of weight loss that can increase your lifespan and help you thrive.

3 Years of Podcasting: Reflections, Top Episodes, and Listener Feedback Request (guests discussed include: Paul Hawken, Mo Gowdat, Mokhtar Alkhanshali, Dr. William Li, Nina Simons, Tzeporah Berman, Donna Grantis, Kelly Ryerson, Starhawk, Jeffrey Smith, and the incredible Beth Craig)06 Dec 202300:23:26

This week, I'm thrilled to share a few of my reflections and takeaways after reviewing my top episodes of all time after 3 years of podcasting. This will be our 168th episode. The primary goal of this podcast episode is to connect with my audience. What have you liked over the past 3 years? What haven't you liked? And indeed what would you like to see more of?

The primary categories we've covered in this time are:

  • Social Impact
  • Sustainability, Regeneration and Circularity
  • Health & Wellness

Generally, there have been 2 formats to the show. The first is the primary format -- interviews. The second is solocasts -- which are journalistic deep dives in to a particular topic, book or issue. The third is a screen shared commentary with a few different guests in a panel format (though these are rare). And we've also shared bonus episodes, where I have guested on other shows, primarily in the health & wellness space that I call my professional home.

Our top podcast after 3 years of podcasting are:

Tied for 1st: Regeneration: Ending the Climate Crisis in One Generation with Paul Hawken

https://caremorebebetter.com/regeneration-ending-the-climate-crisis-in-one-generation-with-paul-hawken-5-time-best-selling-author-and-environmentalist

Tied for 1st: Scary Smart: Scary Smart: How Artificial Intelligence Will Change Our World with Mo Gawdat, Bestselling Author

https://caremorebebetter.com/scary-smart-how-artificial-intelligence-will-change-our-world-with-mo-gawdat-bestselling-author

2nd:

Indulge In A More Responsible Coffee with Mokhtar Alkhanshali, CEO of Port of Mokha, Producers of World-Renowned Coffee from Yemen

https://caremorebebetter.com/indulge-in-a-more-responsible-coffee-with-mokhtar-alkhanshali-ceo-of-port-of-mokha-producers-of-world-renowned-coffee-from-yemen

3rd: Eat To Beat Disease: Reimagining Our Healthcare Systems With William W. Li, MD

https://caremorebebetter.com/eat-to-beat-disease-reimagining-our-healthcare-systems-with-william-w-li-md

So where do we head from here? Questions:

  1. What do you want to see more of? Interviews? Solocasts and deep dives by yours truly? Both? Something else?
  2. Do you want to continue to hear about health and wellness topics? Other topics?
  3. Is there something you feel this podcast is lacking that would make it better? It could be news updates, or a second episode each week. While I'm not able to promise these things right now, if I hear from you that they're important enough, I may be able to move mountains and make it happen.
  4. Who do you want to hear from on this show? YOU CAN RECOMMEND GUESTS -- AND EVEN ASK TO COME ON YOURSELF! What's the worse that could happen? I could say no -- but we could also become friends IRL the way Beth Craig and I have. The sky is the limit! Dream BIG.

How do you provide this feedback? Simple! You have several options:

  1. Submit a contact form on caremorebebetter.com and tell me what you think.
  2. Subscribe to our newsletter! You'll receive a survey to complete anonymously (or you can tell me who you are -- your choice)
  3. Leave a review with your recommendations and thoughts on podchaser or Apple Podcasts / iTunes. Find instructions on how to do so right here: https://caremorebebetter.com/how-to-leave-a-review/

Eliminating Algae Blooms Using Ultrasonic Tech With Lawrence Field20 Nov 202300:38:23

If algae blooms go out of control, they can cause devastation to aquatic life and destroy coastal communities. This is typically addressed through chemical-based techniques, which are highly effective yet lead to other environmental problems. Lawrence Field presents an ecologically safe way to eliminate algae blooms, which features the use of ultrasonic tech. He joins Corinna Bellizzi to share how certain levels of frequencies are targeted into the ocean to get rid of harmful kinds of algae without negatively impacting wildlife and humans. Lawrence also explains how algae respond to rising sea temperatures and how they plan to push their ultrasonic tech into the mainstream.

About Guest:

Lawrence Field is CEO of WaterIQ, a provider of modern ultrasonic algae mitigation solutions, proven across a wide range of problem areas. He brings 30 years of experience in investing and operating service and manufacturing businesses. In 2008, he led the buyout of Tulsa Inspection Resources, where his pipeline customers were governed by public utilities commissions and they utilized ultra sound technology for their pipeline inspection process.

Find A Common Ground: Free The Soil Of Glyphosate With Kelly Ryerson @GlyphosateGirl01 Nov 202300:54:40

It is not surprising to find glyphosate in our bodies because it is basically everywhere. It is in the food we eat, the water we drink, the rain that falls on our roofs, and the air we breathe. Despite its rampant use, it is a poison that slowly kills us and must be eliminated from our bodies, and it all begins by getting rid of glyphosate from the soil. Joining Corinna Bellizzi is the Glyphosate Girl, Kelly Ryerson. She talks about the work needed to improve soil health by encouraging farmers to stop depending on poisonous chemicals and shift to organic agriculture. Kelly explains how glyphosate leads to anxiety, depression, and ADHD, which mainly affect children. She also talks about her documentary film and how she uses it to push the conversation about this crucial matter towards the mainstream.

About Guest:

Kelly Ryerson works at the intersection of agriculture and health. She regularly collaborates with farmers, scientists, policymakers and media to address agrochemical damage to our soil and bodies. She also started the news site Glyphosate Facts, which explains the link between chemical agriculture and the explosion in chronic disease. Kelly has contributed to several documentaries and news publications, co-hosts the morning show on CHDtv, and is a frequent speaker on podcasts. She is an Ambassador for The Rodale Institute. She has a BA from Dartmouth College, an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and completed training in integrative health coaching at Duke Integrative Medicine. She is featured in the new documentary, Common Ground alongside giants in regenerative organic agriculture and Hollywood icons including: Jason Mamoa, Woody Harrelson, Rosario Dawson, Laura Dern, and many more.

The True Destructive Impact Of GMOs On Global Health With Jeffrey Smith11 Oct 202301:01:19

Genetic modified organisms or GMOs have transformed the entire food industry and global health on a massive scale. And with the recent advent of CRISPR technologies and more complex genetic engineering methods, the new landscape of GMO 2.0 has arrived. Although they are a testament to our scientific progress, they could be doing more harm than good to our bodies. Corinna Bellizzi sits down with global thought leader and author Jeffrey Smith, who presents the dangers of GMOs and genetic engineering. He explains how agrochemical/agricultural biotechnology corporation Monsanto continues to find legal loopholes to integrate toxic chemicals into their food products. Jeffrey also talks about the difference between hybridized and GMOs, why microbes are the hardest species to genetically engineer, and how eating organic food delivers way more benefits than you could imagine.

About Jeffrey Smith:

As a global thought leader on the health dangers of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) for over 27 years, Jeffrey Smith has authored 2 bestsellers, directed 5 documentaries, delivered 2,000 lectures and interviews in 45 countries, trained 1,500 speakers, and organized more than 10,000 grassroots advocates. Jeffrey has counseled world leaders on six continents, and his meticulous research presented at medical conferences inspired thousands to prescribe non-GMO and organic diets. The success of the GMO education movement he pioneered is measured in part by the 48% of world consumers who acknowledge GMOs are unhealthy. Taking on GMO 2.0 Jeffrey and IRT are now sounding the alarm about new genetic engineering techniques, such as gene editing. Unregulated, GMO 2.0 can cause health and environmental disasters. The most urgent danger comes from genetically engineered microbes. Jeffrey is stewarding a global effort to prevent their release.

Soil and Health Forum: Permaculture with Starhawk; The California Watershed with Brock Dolman20 Sep 202300:55:44

Those of you who have been following our social media over the course of the last few weeks, or who subscribe to our newsletter have heard about the Soil & Health Forum hosted at Tara Firma Farms in Petaluma on September 16, 2023. It was an incredible gathering of like-minded individuals who are pushing for real change. Each person in attendance was and is dedicated to soil and to health. We felt the quiet prayers of Wendy Johnson who led the opening ceremonies, and even tasted the life-giving force of apples grown on the farm as the day began.

How Regenerative Farming Can Lead to Healthier Living With Mollie Engelhart23 Aug 202300:57:15

Adapting a fully organic diet and lifestyle requires a huge amount of effort and dedication. Mollie Engelhart responds to the call for healthier living by focusing on regenerative farming. Joining Corrina Bellizi, she talks about her work as a farm-to-table farmer who promotes organic diet by adopting a closed food loop and getting rid of the use of fertilizers. She explains the benefits of vertical farming technology, how to be mindful of excess food, and why our health is directly connected with healthy soils. Mollie also talks about how to become regenerative beyond farming and even into community-building approaches, food production, and our daily routines.

About Guest:

Mollie, a mother of four, is one of California's foremost advocates for regenerative farming.

She uses sustainable practices on her three regenerative farms, two of which are located in California and the other in Texas. They supply fresh and organic produce to many residents as well as her four restaurants and brewery, including Sage Vegan Bistro, which is co-owned by famous actor and activist Woody Harrelson.

Mollie started Sow a Heart Farm in 2018, which has become known for its exemplary regenerative practices and inspirational volunteer opportunities. The farm now delivers pesticide-free CSA produce boxes throughout the Greater Los Angeles area, and it also facilitates a sustainable food and compost loop with Mollie’s renowned restaurants.

Mollie sits on the board of Kiss the Ground, the foremost soil and regenerative agriculture nonprofit that raises awareness through storytelling, education, and advocacy—it has large followings on both Instagram and Facebook. The foundation produced the film Kiss the Ground to show the potential of stabilizing Earth’s ecosystems through regenerative practices.

Mollie is dedicated to living and sharing a natural and practical earth-minded lifestyle. From her regenerative farms and restaurants to her deep concern for healthy eating and holistic family life (she delivered four home births), Mollie is showing a way forward for Americans.

The Unseen Negative Impacts Of Coal Mining With Isabel Reddy, Author Of That You Remember12 Jul 202300:42:54

In 1972, the Buffalo Creek Disaster took place, where coal mining waste dams failed and caused severe flooding. This resulted in 125 casualties, while thousands were either left injured or homeless. Isabel Reddy does not want people to forget about this disaster. She is now on a mission to encourage everyone to call out poor business practices that cause destruction and save vulnerable areas from suffering. She joins Corinna Bellizzi to talk about her book, That You Remember, which is loosely based on the Buffalo Creek Disaster. Isabel explains how fictionalized stories can inspire readers to push for actual change and not simply sweep disasters under the rug. She talks about her experiences living in a small town and why such places should be protected from destructive corporate projects. Isabel also shares her inspirations in creating her characters, particularly the woman she saw on a videotape about the Buffalo Creek Disaster that became her story’s protagonist.

About Guest:

Isabel Reddy began her career in clinical research as a science writer. She has been a guest columnist for numerous newspapers and she is working on her MFA in Writing at Goddard College. Ms. Reddy lives in North Carolina with her husband and German Shepherd, Mac.

How To Properly Vet Charities To Support With Michael Thatcher05 Jul 202300:40:04

Numerous charities pop up left and right whenever a crisis arises. Although these not-for-profit organizations raise money for good causes, some only gather financial donations to feed their selfish interests. As a donor, how can you separate legitimate charities from fake ones? Michael Thatcher makes charity vetting way easier through Charity Navigator. Joining Corinna Bellizzi, he shares how their team evaluates and rates different charities across the country, helping people ensure that they are putting their hard-earned money on reputable not-for-profit organizations aligning with their values. Michael also discusses the power of charity collaboration in today’s economic market, with inflation and rising interest rates directly impacting how much donors are giving to charities.

About Michael Thatcher

Michael leads Charity Navigator in its efforts to make impactful philanthropy easier for all by increasing the breadth and depth of evaluation methodologies to facilitate ratings coverage of substantially larger numbers of charities and expand how the information engages new and existing audiences. Prior to joining Charity Navigator Michael spent more than fifteen years with Microsoft, the last ten of which, as their Public-Sector Chief Technology Officer responsible for technology policy initiatives and engagements with governments and academic leaders in Asia, the Middle-East and Africa. Michael's eclectic background includes years at sea conducting oceanographic research with Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, composing music and dancing internationally as the co-founder and co-director of Dance Music Light. He has held various board positions within the nonprofit and tech sector, holds several patents in enterprise systems management and has a degree in Music from Columbia University in New York. How the Debt Ceiling Deal Undermines Critical Environmental Protections With Maya van Rossum28 Jun 202300:50:59

Several acts were put in place by the government to ensure that the environment is well-protected and benefits every single citizen adequately. But because of the debt ceiling deal, these are not being implemented to their fullest. Corinna Bellizzi speaks once again with Maya van Rossum of Green Amendments For the Generations. This time, they discuss how the debt ceiling deal undermines critical environmental protections. The two explain how it hinders people from enjoying clean water and air, as well as puts endangered species at more risk. They talk about the needed work at the federal level to make a real change in this matter and finally create a Green Amendment in the US Constitution. Maya also highlights a glimmer of hope happening in Montana, where youth plaintiffs are fighting against climate change and demanding their constitutional right for a healthful environment.

About Guest:

Maya K. van Rossum is the Founder of Green Amendments For the Generations, a grassroots non-profit inspiring constitutional recognition and protection of environmental rights in every state and ultimately at the federal level. She is also the Delaware Riverkeeper, leading the 4 state, watershed-based advocacy organization, the Delaware Riverkeeper Network, for 30 years. Since launching her national Green Amendment movement, New York passed a Green Amendment in 2021, with proposals advancing in 12 additional states. She authored the book The Green Amendment, The People’s Fight For a Clean, Safe & Healthy Environment which was released in its second edition in November 2022.

Address Plastic Pollution One Boxed Water At A Time With Robert Koenen07 Jun 202300:47:24

Every plastic bottle you throw away will certainly go somewhere, but only a handful of them are actually recycled and reused. Plastic pollution is a serious problem most people ignore in exchange for the convenience it offers. That’s why a huge number of them unsurprisingly ends up in landfills and in the ocean. Corinna Bellizzi is eager to solve this problem, and she sits down with Robert Koenen to talk about how he helps address such a massive issue. The Founder of Boxed Water Is Better shares how they contribute to lessening needless plastic by creating eco-friendly and biodegradable water containers. Robert also explores the benefits and dangers of aluminum, why you should be wise in choosing companies to support, and why most water brands are only out there for marketing.
