176. I'm Back! Part Three-My Husband's Attempt and Immediate Shifts
mercredi 21 janvier 2026 • Durée 42:54
The moment my world froze: July 14th, 2025, as I was sitting in a parking lot with my daughter, while our lives unraveled.
This episode is the hardest one yet — raw details of the day my husband attempted suicide, the whirlwind that followed, and the impossible choices I had to make in the chaos.
I'll be sharing a lot of intimate details publicly despite the inevitable pushback... because vulnerability and community are exactly what kept me from crumbling during the hardest moments.
Content note: This episode discusses a suicide attempt, mental health crisis, and related trauma. If you're in crisis, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or chat at 988lifeline.org.
You are NOT alone.

175. I'm Back! Part Two-Rebuilding from the Ground Up
mardi 20 janvier 2026 • Durée 29:58
After the Costa Rica high and the painful decision to leave my marriage, I decided to rebuild everything — starting with myself, my energy, and Birthworker.com...
In this episode, I share the raw, real details of that first chapter of starting over as a single mom and entrepreneur:
- How reclaiming my energy felt like magic after years of daily fights draining everything out of me...
- How the exact same “I’ll just do it all because I can” pattern from my marriage had been quietly killing my business too — and what happened when I finally broke the cycle
- Losing my nanny, stepping into full single-mom mode… and the huge irony: carrying the load alone felt easier without the shadow of a failing relationship...
- The warp-speed rebuild that had me 99% ready to relaunch by early July… and feeling more like me than I had in years...
If you’re in a season of rebuilding — whether it’s your business, your family, or your whole damn life — this one’s for you.
When you stop pouring energy into what drains you, you finally get to pour it into what lights you up. Sometimes the scariest changes unlock everything else.
