A quoi cela sert de respirer ?

Dans les épisodes précédents j'expliquais comment la respiration se déroulait et comment elle était régulée mais je n'ai pas encore répondu à cette question pourtant essentielle.

Cet épisode est donc l'occasion de plonger au plus profond de nous-mêmes, dans nos cellules, pour enfin comprendre pourquoi on respire.
