I first discovered this tool while listening to a podcast with Bob Proctor where he shared how this practice that he learned from Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill that powerfully changed his life. I started working with them after listening to that episode to shift my beliefs around money, career and finances and I couldn’t believe the transformation that occurred.
