Today I hike the Woodland Trail at Pickerel Lake Park and see wildlife! An entire flock of turkeys crossed the trail and the camera captured the flock just off the trail. The Woodland Hike is a short walk (though there are quite a bit of hills, up and down), so I continued unto a portion of the Lake Trail.

Today I hike Luton Park's Prairie Overlook trail. This may be my favorite walk at Luton Park and presents a stunning view of Michigan prairie. I can almost imagine covered wagons trekking across the landscape.
