Building rapport with your patients is important during appointments, and that can be challenging when you’re also trying to take timely and detailed documentation. That’s why Jane built AI Scribe – to help you document important information, without the manual note-taking. This feature transforms your session recordings into chart entries. All you have to do is review your notes, sign the chart, and you’re done! And since security is a top priority at Jane, AI Scribe was built securely in-house to be fully HIPAA and PIPEDA-compliant. | 10 | How to Cultivate Your Ideal Patients Through Your Marketing | 11 May 2021 | 00:21:34
Are ideal patients found, or made? I've got to say, I think it's the latter! So how the heck do you cultivate this kind of patient? Where do they come from? The number one way I’ve found to do this is to constantly educate your audience about how acupuncture works in your marketing. When I say "how it works," I mean everything that you find yourself repeating to your new patients on a regular basis. So this would include, primarily, treatment frequency, i.e., the fact that acupuncture is cumulative, as well as how you practice and what your unique expectations are of your patients. | 4 | The Number One Thing Your Email Marketing is Missing to Help You Get More Patients | 16 Feb 2021 | 00:24:00
Today on the podcast we're talking about one of my favorite topics: Email marketing! Specifically, lead magnets. Are you familiar with lead magnets? A lead magnet is usually a free PDF download from someone's website that you get in exchange for giving them your email. Typically lead magnets are educational in nature - they teach you something, answer a question, solve a problem you have, or relieve a frustration. You've probably downloaded a ton of these - they're super popular because they really work! The primary goal of a lead magnet is to grow your email list faster, so that you have the opportunity to turn those subscribers into patients with further email marketing. Plus a REALLY good lead magnet will not only build your list quicker, but it will also help fill your email list with your ideal patients. But figuring out how to create a lead magnet (what to say in your lead magnet, and how to design it, etc.) is a big stumbling block for most small business owners. They don't know where to begin, so they never create one. Such a missed opportunity! In this episode I explain some of my best lead magnet tips, including my technique for creating a lead magnet that attracts your ideal patients. 🎙️ And, the Acupuncture Marketing School Podcast is now available on iTunes, Stitcher and Spotify! Click to subscribe: Can't wait to hear your thoughts on lead magnets after listening to the episode!

| 91 | What Marketing Worked Well to Grow My Acupuncture Practice in 2024 | 08 Jan 2025 | 00:31:04 | |
This week on the Acupuncture Marketing School Podcast, I’m sharing the details about what worked well in marketing my practice in 2024—and what I learned along the way. As a disclaimer, remember that I LOVE marketing, so I do a LOT of it. You do not have to do all these things. But I hope at least one idea that I explored this year inspires your marketing for 2025! Here’s a look at what I cover in today's episode:
I also share how I focused my marketing efforts to fill another practitioner’s schedule at my clinic—and the small tweaks that made a big difference. As an acupuncturist, your main priority is caring for your patients, not worrying about rising EMR costs. That’s why Jane has come up with the new Balance Plan, which includes the essential features you need to run your clinic, without any of the extra stuff you don’t. With the Balance Plan, you’ll get really helpful features like 1:1 telehealth, email appointment reminders, and unlimited customer support. It’s a great fit for new or growing practitioners who are booking up to 20 appointments a month. And the best part is that Jane pays for itself with the cost of just one appointment. Click here to check out their plans starting at $39 a month in the US. And if you’re ready to get started, don’t forget to use the code ACUSCHOOL1MO at sign-up for a 1-month grace period on your new account.
